India faces major challenges related to waste management as large quantity of waste is generated but not effectively disposed of. Though various policies are in place, yet the current system is unable to cope with the growing needs of waste management. Waste segregation does not take place in most of the households including organic wet waste. Eventually, the waste from the households ends up on the streets, consumed by stray animals as well as becoming breeding ground for insects and infections; that which goes to the landfills, generates powerful greenhouse gas methane, which contribute to global warming. The need for organic wet waste recycling has thus increased over the years as waste management has become an emerging issue in most metropolitan cities. The present study was conducted on 70 households of Delhi to gain insight into the waste management practices adopted, 10 maids and 10 waste collectors to find out the cycle of organic waste from household to final disposal site, and two NGOs working in the field of organic waste management. The subjects selected from the households were 20-40 years old, well-educated, both employed and homemakers with a family size of upto four family members. Waste management for them was recycling or re-using and segregation of waste and organic waste was perceived mostly as food waste. The households cooked 3-4 meals in a day and the amount of vegetables and fruits purchased in a week was up to 6 kg while the amount of pre-cooked plant based waste including vegetable peels, green leafy vegetables generated per day was more than 400 g. The households stored their waste in garbage bags, disposing the same in mixed form either to the waste collector, the tipper (vehicle collecting waste) or a nearby bin. Waste after being discarded either went to the community bin, an open space nearby, the dhalao (waste dump) or along the roadside. The major challenge faced by both the maids and waste collectors while handling waste was bad odour and fear of infection, particularly for the latter when segregating mixed waste. Both the NGOs profiled worked towards installing and promoting organic waste composting in different areas of Delhi; however, they faced resistance from some residents as they felt composting led to stink and insect breeding in the area. Possibility of effective use of organic waste can be explored to generate products like compost, bio-enzyme and bathing soap to promote a clean and safe environment intended towards zero waste as well as monetary gains.

Safety pharmacology is a fast-growing field that generates data to support risk/benefit analysis using the fundamentals of pharmacology in a regulatory-driven manner. The identification of an adverse effect liability, data projection for the safety margin computation, and clinical safety monitoring are the three main concerns for safety pharmacology. Man's breathing is impacted by many medicines. After they are administered, the respiratory system is either directly affected, or a central, metabolic, or vascular action results in alterations in respiratory function. These guidelines suggest that the first investigations be conducted on conscious, unrestrained animals, with a single dose of the medication being given in most cases. Plethysmography in guinea pigs or rats is the most effective method for studying the impact on respiratory function. It is possible to distinguish between medications that change lung mechanical properties and those that impact respiratory control by measuring the ventilatory parameters of resistance, inspiratory time, expiratory time, peak inspiratory flow, and peak exploratory flow. Studying how these medications affect pathogenic animals' respiratory systems is therefore highly beneficial.

With the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D printing is also known as additive manufacturing. There are various 3D printing technologies available, including Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Stereolithography (SL), and Fused Deposition Model (FDM). Many biomedical materials, including metals, polymers, bioink, ceramics, and bioactive glasses, are used in it. Recent technological advancements in 3D printing have revolutionised the use of organ models, such as the intricate heart structure that is vital to human health maintenance. Hearts are frequently printed in three dimensions using FDM and polyjet technologies. Using 3D bioprinting, we are now in the early stages of creating artificial organs such as pancreas composed of pancreatic islets. The uses of 3D printing are outlined in this review. Because of its sustainable properties, which include low cost, minimal post-processing, and minimal material waste even when making complicated organs like hearts 3D printing is a technology of the future.

This study has been undertaken to inspect the impacts of rhymes channels in fostering educational values in early childhood. It also explores the crucial role of these channels in the cognitive development of young audiences in addition to enhanced second language acquisition. As rhymes, songs and rhythms play a major role in the early stages of childhood its impact is much stronger and faster in early childhood developments such as language learning, phonological and Psychological awareness, reading and spelling, social interactions, vocabulary expansion, syntax and sentence structuring and more. The purpose of this study was to investigate the direct and indirect impacts of YouTube children's songs on preschool children's language development and second language acquisition. The article examines the impact of direct exposure to YouTube children's music on the preschool child. Furthermore, a research of the effects of these nursery channels on preschoolers revealed that exposure to YouTube music can help children learn by increasing engagement, creating a desired environment, improving concentration and memory, and keeping children on track. On the contrary, these channels might be far more misleading to children because passive consumption causes behavioural changes and greater screen time limits their imagination and inventiveness. Thus, nursery rhyme channels can be employed as an effective learning aid. This article aims at understanding the loyalty of customers who travel across borders for medical treatments by exploring various factors of customer relationship management. Medical tourism has become an influential industry in last few years and contributes heavily in any corporate hospital's revenues, however it is not short of any challenges though, thus through this article, relationship between CRM, and customer loyalty was identified. The study is based on Mixed Methods (qualitative and quantitative) wherein the quantitative study was done via cross-sectional analytic study design, wherein primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale from 419 respondents and processed through descriptive statistics and multiple regression technique using SPSS. The qualitative study involved a focus group discussion between the employees working across several divisions of International Patients Services of the hospitals under the sampling frame chosen for a quantitative study. 'Trust' as a driver of CRM was found to be the most significant contributors of loyalty, thus strategies around this element shall guide the corporate hospitals in establishing India for its competitive advantage and a hub for medical tourism. Since there have been very limited studies of this kind that have been undertaken concerning the Indian hospitals, this study is one of its kind which shall highlight the important factors as perceived by international patients and employees of the hospitals and thus can further be utilized by the corporate hospitals to strategies their business processes to make the most out of this emerging area of medical tourism.

Tuberculosis (TB), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, remains a critical global health issue, with an estimated 1.7 billion people infected and 10 million new cases in 2020. TB is a leading cause of death worldwide, outpacing HIV/AIDS, and is increasingly complicated by drug resistance. Current treatment for drug-sensitive TB involves a combination of isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide. However, multidrug-resistant (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB) require more complex regimens, incorporating newer agents such as bedaquiline, delamanid, and pretomanid. Despite historical advancements, including the discovery of the TB pathogen by Dr. Robert Koch in 1882, TB continues to challenge global health systems. In India, a high-burden country, TB remains a significant issue with a high mortality rate. The Revised National TB Control Program (RNTCP) and the WHO's END TB strategy aim to drastically reduce TB deaths by 2035. Addressing TB effectively requires ongoing research, innovative treatment approaches, and improved diagnostic and treatment strategies to overcome the persistent challenges of this disease.
