 Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to develop an analytical methodology for the concurrent estimation of Fipronil and Methoprene. This involved the creation and validation of both RP-HPLC and UV spectrophotometric methods suitable for analyzing these drugs in their pharmaceutical formulations. The UV spectrophotometric method employed a Q-absorption ratio approach. This particular method relies on absorbance measurements at two specific wavelengths: the iso-absorptive point (identified as 231 nm for Fipronil and Methoprene in methanol) and the ?max of Methoprene, one of the two components. The maximum wavelength was at 264nm which was of methoprene. Fipronil and Methoprene both showed linearity in the concentration range of 1-10 mg/ml. Using a C11 BDS column (100 mm 4.6 mm), the HPLC separation was accomplished. Employing a mobile phase made of acetonitrile and water in an 80:20 volume ratio. At a maximum wavelength of 254 nm, the analyte was detected while the mobile phase was flowing at a rate of 1.5 ml/min. In samples, the drug was eluted from the column after 3.1 minutes, and after 4.71 minutes. To estimate recovery and linearity, five different concentration levels of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 g/ml were used. The % RSD findings were found to be <2% for both the methods and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999.

 Abstract

Early marriage persists as a critical societal issue in India, despite legislative efforts like The Prohibition of Child Marriage Act of 2006, which legally set the minimum age of marriage at 18 for females and 21 for males. While reported prevalence has seen a decline, India's significant population size means it continues to contribute substantially to the global burden of child marriages. This practice is deeply intertwined with socio-economic factors, rural residence, limited educational opportunities, and poverty, perpetuating cycles of gender inequality and adverse health outcomes for young women and their children.

 Abstract

India's vision to emerge as a global leader--India @ 2047 Vikasit Bharat (Ref 1) --offers a unique opportunity for students, especially from marginalized backgrounds, to play a pivotal role in national development. Government school students, who comprise over 50% of the school-going population and largely come from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, possess untapped potential that can be harnessed through transformative education. This study presents a case analysis of ZPHS Jonnavalasa, (Ref 2) a government school in Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh- India, where a pilot project was implemented using the "Acharya Kalam's National Human Transformative Model" (Ref 3). The initiative, led by Dr Nalla Boina Sudershan Acharya, Founder, Lead India Foundation (Ref 4), and team focused on training and mentoring students as Change Agents, guiding them through a structured "Aap Badho Desh Ko Badhao" ((You Develop, Nation Develops) (Ref 5) training program encompassing human values, goal setting, personality development leadership and Patriotism. The research model analyzes the impacts of the intervention on students' inner dimensions development across physical, mental, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual domains. It further explores the ripple effect on the school day to day extracurricular activities where students take up responsibilities of different groups changing environment, peer groups, and community. This model aligns with National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 (Ref 6) and supports UNO Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) (Ref 7) . Goal No 1 - No Poverty and Goal No 4-Quality Education. The findings showcase how these students not only transformed themselves but also influenced their peers, families, and school environments and communities. Further indicate measurable changes in student behaviour, academic performance, leadership, and civic responsibility, highlighting the model's potential scalability for broader national adoption. This study is authored jointly by Dr. Nalla Boina Sudershan Acharya, Principal Investigator and Founder of Lead India Foundation (Ref 12 ); Dr. Vijaya Laxmi Gannavarapu, Headmistress of ZPHS Jonnavalasa and Project Coordinator; and supported by Dr. Kommu Naveen Kumar, Lead India Alumni.

 Abstract

The present study is entitled A Study of Academic Achievement of Scheduled Tribe Secondary School Students concerning study habits in Bankura District of West Bengal. The scheduled tribe has retreated as untouchables continue to remain at the bottom of India's tribe hierarchy. They also stay at the bottom of the economic hierarchy, having no land of their own and relegated to undertake only menial and ill-paid jobs. The major causes that have kept the scheduled tribe down in society have been poverty, illiteracy, ignorance, and fear resulting in an inability to assert them. Keeping in view the above condition of the scheduled tribe students, the researcher decided to study this topic.

 Abstract

Background: Worm infestation remains one of the major public health challenges among school-aged children in developing countries, leading to malnutrition, anemia, impaired growth, and reduced learning capacity. Children living in orphanages are particularly vulnerable due to overcrowding, poor sanitation, and limited health awareness

 Abstract

Conventionally, neck of femur fractures have been treated with cannulated cancellous screws in an inverted triangle or parallel fashion using the lag principal. In the biplanar double-supported screw system, two screws are medially calcar buttress and among it one of the cannulated cancellous screw is positioned in obtuse angle taking purchase in the diaphysis(lateral column) and in the far end over the femorale calcar as beam with a over hang at the end(head of femur).

 Abstract

In the fast-paced world of e-commerce, pricing is key to shaping customer actions and revenue maximization. Conventional pricing strategies tend to be inadequate in addressing the speed of changing market dynamics, consumer sentiment, and competitor activity. This paper delves into the use of machine learning algorithms for price optimization on e-commerce sites. Through the utilization of big data such as consumer buying patterns, competitor prices, demand for products, and seasonal patterns, machine learning algorithms such as regression analysis, reinforcement learning, and deep learning are able to adapt dynamically and set optimal prices. The paper discusses major algorithms, addresses challenges in implementation, and showcases actual business implementations that reflect enhanced profitability and consumer satisfaction. The results stress the revolutionized possibilities of smart pricing systems in contemporary e-commerce setting
