 Abstract

Department Data Management System (DDMS) is a software system designed to facilitate data management in a college department. The data includes attendance data, student data, student marks, and university data. The system also implements the functionality to map student university seat nos. The software automatically maps student attendance, generates academic reports and maps Course Outcomes (CO), and Program Outcomes (PO) to the result. Timely notification of attendance is provided to the respective students as well as their parents including insights and analysis of performance for students and faculties alike. The software is made available on all major operating systems like Android, iOS, Web, Windows, macOS, and Linux (all major distros), using a Progressive Web App (PWA). The user can extract data from uploaded documents regardless of whether they are in .csv, .xlsx, or .pdf (scanned or textual) format. In this application software, most of the manual tasks are automated, and data is accessible in a secure and timely manner, while maintaining a higher level of accuracy. The system is highly protected from most cyber attacks to maintain data privacy. DDMS offers a streamlined and efficient approach towards data management in various universities.

 Abstract

The paper deals with 30 plant species belonging to 28 genera and 20 families comprising 40 ethnomedicinal uses for dental care (toothache, tooth decay, pyorrhea, out smell and as tooth brush) by the different tribal and rural people in Pendra, Kondagaon and Korba districts of Chhattisgarh. The highest number of species recorded in the family Fabaceae (07). As medicinal plant species are on the verge of extinction. And lack of awareness and research on this group of plant in this area, people of this region are unaware of the wealth of this heritage. From biodiversity point of view, the vegetation survey is very much important for the research of database from this region which ultimately can be utilized for medicinal experts, plants explorers, researches etc. for their further studies. This survey provides a preliminary source of information of traditional medicinal practitioners in this areas. These uses were compared and cross-checked with the published ethnomedicinal data from Chhattisgarh, literature published in scientific journals and other states of the country and found that 12 uses of the referred plants had not been reported earlier. These plant species are arranged alphabetically with their botanical names, family and local name(s), followed by the method of uses for dental care along with field collection number(s) and uses cited by earlier workers.

 Abstract

Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), also known as consumer-packaged goods (CPG), are products that are sold quickly and at a relatively low cost. Examples include non-durable household goods such as packed foods, beverages, toiletries, candies, cosmetics, dry goods, and another consumable. Fast moving consumer goods have a high inventory turnover and are contrasted with specialty items which have lower sales and higher carrying charges. Many retailers carry only FMCGs particularly hypermarket, box store and warehouse club stores. Small convenience store also stock fast moving goods; the limited shelf space is filled with higher turnover items. FMCGs have a short shelf life because of high consumer demand e.g., soft drinks and confections or because they are perishable e.g., meat, dairy products, and baked goods.

 Abstract

This abstract delves into the intricate tapestry of cultural symbols in Telangana, where history, tradition, and identity are intricately woven together. From the iconic Charminar to the rhythmic Bathukamma dance, each symbol holds a story that reflects the region's rich heritage. The Golkonda Fort and Telia Rumal art serve as echoes of bygone eras, embodying the resilience and adaptability of the people. These symbols act as mirrors reflecting Telangana's diverse essence, cultivating a sense of belonging and pride among its populace. Bridging the gap between past and present, they knit together the people's heritage while embracing progress. This exploration underscores the profound importance of these symbols in shaping Telangana's cultural identity, nurturing unity, and preserving customs across generations.

 Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought major challenges to health care systems and public health policies globally and it required novel treatment as well as prevention strategies. Individuals with addiction come under a high risk for infection. In various studies, it has been observed that alcohol and tobacco consumption increases the risk of acquiring infections. The magnitude of the problem of drug addiction is very high in the Indian population. Hence, it is a vulnerable population to acquire this infection. This study is to understand the influence of addiction and non-addiction on synthesis of IgG antibodies for SARS-CoV-2 among Malegaon urban area population. The researcher has analysed the research with Chi-square without Yates correction for learning statistical relevance Chi squared equals 16.362 with 1 degree of freedom and two-tailed P value is less than 0.0001 The association between rows (groups) and columns (outcomes) is considered to be extremely statistically significant

 Abstract

Respectful maternity care refers to the process of providing care of all women in a way that maintains her dignity, privacy, confidentiality, freedom from mistreatment, informed consent and continuous support during labour and childbirth. RMC not only ensures positive outcome during pregnancy but also promotes cognitive development of babies later in life. It helps reduce preventable maternal and newborn mortality, morbidity and stillbirths associated with care during delivery in labour room. The study aimed to assess the level of maternal satisfaction, to correlate the domains, and to associate the level of maternal satisfaction with their selected demographic and obstetric variables. Descriptive research design was used for the present study with a sample size was 50 postnatal mothers who were admitted in labour room at SMVMCH and was selected by using purposive sampling technique. Instrument was used to assess the level of maternal satisfaction by using semi-structured questionnaire adapted from Person-Centered Maternity Care Scale. The findings of the study revealed that Frequency and percentage wise distribution of level of maternal satisfaction among postnatal mothers on respectful maternity care shows that out of 50 postnatal mothers, majority 32 (64%) of them had satisfied level of maternal satisfaction, 12 (24%) of them had slightly satisfied level of satisfaction and 6 (12%) of them had dissatisfied level of maternal satisfaction and the mean and standard deviation were (21.26+5.886) respectively. A positive correlation exists between the domains of respectful maternity care such as dignity & respect, Communication and autonomy, supportive care, privacy & confidentiality, trust, facility & environment. The demographic variables such as age of participants and obstetric variables such as neonatal outcome and relationship of birth companion and status of episiotomy has shown statistically significant association between the level of maternal satisfaction among postnatal mothers on respectful maternity care. The researcher concluded that the level of maternal satisfaction on respectful maternity care among postnatal mothers is on rise because of staff nurses who treated them in a positive way.

 Abstract

Binge Eating Disorder (BED) is a prevalent and complex overeating condition characterized by excessive food consumption beyond one's control. This disorder has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 lockdown, affecting individuals of diverse ages and occupations. Shockingly, 97.5% of surveyed participants reported experiencing binge eating episodes, emphasizing its widespread impact. Emotional triggers, disordered eating patterns, and technology's influence were prominent factors contributing to BED. Lifestyle modifications are crucial for overcoming this disorder, including adopting a balanced diet, reducing processed foods, opting for healthy snacks, preserving nutrient content, staying hydrated, choosing healthy fats, regular exercise, avoiding meal skipping, regulating sleep, and establishing fixed meal times. Seeking professional support is also vital in the journey towards recovery. Understanding BED's prevalence, causes, and treatment options is essential for addressing this pressing issue.
