This research delves into the historical archives documenting instances of famine-driven hardship in the Mysore region prior to 1924. It centres on the causes, repercussions, and the intricate network of strategies employed to mitigate these challenges. By utilizing a rich collection of detailed historical records, this study provides an insightful exploration into the factors that precipitated widespread famines, encompassing climatic elements, agricultural methodologies, and economic circumstances. The study meticulously traces the progression of approaches aimed at alleviating famine, starting from the inception of the initial Famine Code in the latter part of the 19th century, up to the advanced pre-famine preparations and relief initiatives of the early 20th century. Prominent themes examined in this research encompass the complexities of precipitation patterns, the susceptibility of agrarian economies to climatic fluctuations, and the ramifications of land fragmentation and labor dynamics in agriculture. The research also underscores the pivotal role played by irrigation infrastructure, railway networks, and other precautionary measures in lessening the impact of famines stemming from droughts. The discoveries made contribute to a holistic comprehension of how the historical administration in Mysore confronted famine emergencies. This offers valuable insights to scholars, policymakers, and researchers with an interest in comprehending the historical backdrop of food security, famine management, and socio-economic robustness. By scrutinizing the achievements and obstacles encountered in famine relief endeavours in Mysore, this investigation casts light on the evolving techniques utilized to address food scarcity. Furthermore, it emphasizes their relevance in the context of modern strategies for preventing famines and providing relief.

Fast implementations have formed the basis in a whole rare form of rising performance and fault acceptable circuits premised on approximation technology. High performance comes at the expense of accuracy in many applications. Additionally, such methods minimise system architectural complexity, latency, and power consumption. When compared to existing designs, this study investigates and proposes the design and analysis of an approximation compressor with reduced size, latency, and power and equivalent accuracy. The stated approximation 4: 2 compressor now has relatively small footprint, lower power losses, and reduced latency in comparison with precise 4: 2 compressor. With the optimized compressors, 8 bit and 16 bitDadda multipliers can be designed efficiently. In comparison to current approximation multipliers, these multipliers offer equivalent accuracy

Signature verification is a critical component of document authentication and fraud detection systems, with applications ranging from financial transactions to legal agreements. Traditional methods for verifying signatures often rely on manual inspection and feature engineering, making them susceptible to errors and time-consuming. In response to these challenges, this research presents an innovative approach that leverages deep learning techniques, specifically Siamese and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), to automate and enhance the accuracy of signature verification. The Siamese network architecture is employed to compute the similarity between two signature images, allowing for a precise determination of their authenticity. This network comprises identical subnetworks that share weights and are trained to extract discriminative features from input signatures. The Euclidean distance between the learned embeddings produced by these subnetworks serves as a measure of similarity, enabling reliable signature verification. Complementing the Siamese network, a CNN is employed to extract hierarchical features from signature images. This deep learning architecture includes convolutional and pooling layers, enabling automatic feature extraction. Extracted features are subsequently fed into fully connected layers for classification, providing an additional layer of verification. Experimental evaluations were conducted on two distinct datasets: the Cedar dataset, comprising genuine and forged signatures, and the ICDAR dataset for classification tasks. The results demonstrate the efficacy of our proposed approach. The Siamese network achieved an impressive accuracy of X% on the Cedar dataset, effectively distinguishing between genuine and forged signatures. Additionally, the CNN attained a validation accuracy of Y% on the ICDAR dataset, showcasing its ability to classify signatures as genuine or forged. In conclusion, this research offers a compelling solution for automated signature verification by combining Siamese and Convolutional Neural Networks. By addressing the limitations of traditional methods, our approach contributes to the field of document authentication, with the potential to enhance security and efficiency in various domains.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the difference between male and female partners in marital adjustment and to investigate the relationship between marital adjustment and trust among married couples. Purposive sampling method was used. The sample consisted of 50 married couples (50 males and 50 females) from the urban population who had been married for 5 to 10 years. The sample was interviewed using the "Marital Adjustment Questionnaire" by P. Kumar and K. Rohatangi and the "Confidence Scale" by Remple and Holmes. The collected data were evaluated and analysed using the t-test for independent samples and Pearsons correlation. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between marital adjustment and trust. However, there was no significant gender difference in the two variables. Quantitative research in the future would help to gain insight into the factors that influence trust in the marital relationship, which in turn may help professionals to raise awareness among married couples for better adjustment in married life.

Machine Learning is finding applications in a wide number of disciplines throughout the world, including the healthcare industry. It can be used to predict the existence or lack of locomotor disorders, cardiac illnesses, and other conditions. When these assumptions are established well in advance, it means they can provide vital insights to clinicians, allowing them to personalise diagnoses and therapies to each individual patient. The goal of this study is to apply algorithms based on machine learning to anticipate possible cardiac problems in individuals. A comparative investigation of classifiers such as K-Nearest Neighbours (K-NN), Decision Trees, Support Vector Machines (SVM), Logistic Regression, and Random Forest is part of the project. It also presents an ensemble classifier which employs both strong as well as weak classifiers to conduct hybrid classification. This method is helpful since it allows for the incorporation of a wide range of validation and training samples, which leads to improved precision and predictive analysis. This Model accepts as input the qualities that are kept after the feature selection techniques have been applied. Only 14 of the 75 features that make up the UCI Heart Disease data set are chosen and utilised for prediction. This model predicts whether a person has heart disease or not.

India, the largest democracy in the world, is very much proud of her rich traditional cultural heritage and technically skilled manpower .Recent Indian scientific, industrial and technological developments, particularly in space, nuclear and missile technology, computer engineering and information science have earned India world recognition as an emerging global power From a nation dependent on food imports to feed its population, India today is not only self-sufficient in grain production but also has a substantial reserve. The progress made by agriculture in the last four decades has been one of the biggest success stories of free India. Agriculture and allied activities constitute the single largest contributor to the Gross Domestic Product, almost 33 per cent of it. Agriculture is the means of livelihood of about two-thirds of the workforce in the country.

Fish seed is the most important component for fish culture. Culturing of high resistance, High growth rate and low mortality rate fish species will brings huge production rate. The mohi tummeda vagu have providing shelter for various species of fishes, birds, weeds and other Aqua related organisms. The freshwater resources of our country for fish culture are estimated to be 2.85 million hectares of pond and tanks. In addition to this, another 2.05 million hectares of water area is available in the form of reservoirs or lakes. It has been estimated that nearly 14250 million fry would be required for stocking even the present available cultivable resources of 2.85 million hectares on a conservative stocking rate of 5000 fry/ha. The present production is 15007 million fry. Apart from this, at least an additional quantity of 4100 million fry are required for stocking the available area of lakes and reservoirs with an average stocking rate of 2000 fry/ha. This indicates that there is a necessity to raise the fry to stock the available water resources.
