The impact and behavior of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) within the Indian banking sector are examined in this study. International and domestic banks participate in M&A transactions worldwide in order to improve their competitive positioning and realize economies of scale. Significant progress toward Basel II compliance, enhancements to the user experience, and forays into foreign markets are among the noteworthy changes in the Indian banking sector that have been highlighted in recent media reports. M&A's are now considered essential tactics for Indian banks looking to gain a competitive edge in the local and international markets. They seek to alleviate the demands of competition, attain economies of scale, and consolidate the industry. The Indian banking sector has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. It used to be a slow-moving industry, but it has experienced fast expansion and is becoming more and more appealing to foreign investors. This study looks at how M&A's are influencing this development and helping Indian banks become more well-known worldwide and provide stakeholders with greater value.

This study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of ZnxLa1-xTiO3 (x = 0.1 - 0.7) (ZLTO) nanoparticles. X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed the tetragonal structure and phase purity, with unit cell dimensions expanding as Zn content increased. Morphological analysis revealed the formation of spherical grains, rods, and nanoscale particles. UV-Visible spectroscopy indicated a band gap (Eg) ranging from 3.01 eV to 3.64 eV, depending on the value of 'x'. The frequency and compositional dependence of dielectric parameters were also examined. Space charge polarization was effectively analyzed using complex dielectric modulus and impedance spectroscopy. Cole-Cole plots confirmed the semiconducting nature of ZLTO materials, evidenced by the complete semicircular arcs, and revealed the presence of non-Debye type relaxations.

The criminal justice system now faces added difficulties because of changes in societal socioeconomic norms and scientific and technological advancements. The rate of crime has increased along with societal and technological advances. Due to its ability to produce scientific evidence that is beyond a reasonable question, forensics plays a vital role in both criminal and civil investigations and judicial proceedings. The discovery of DNA has created new opportunities, and the development of DNA technology and its application in legal proceedings has aided in the settlement of both civil and criminal cases. 1989 saw the introduction of DNA technology in India during a paternity issue. Nonetheless, it has long been acknowledged that laws and regulations are required to provide justification for the use of DNA profiling for forensic investigations in India. The DNA Technology (Use and Application) Bill 2019 was presented to the Indian parliament in July of 2019.

Liquid biopsies are different from other types of biopsies, such as core needle biopsies and fine needle aspiration biopsies, which are the main way doctors diagnose and treat most types of cancer. During a needle biopsy, a doctor surgically removes a small amount of tissue from a tumor or suspicious area. Then, a pathologist examines the tissue under a microscope for the presence of cancer cells. A liquid biopsy, however, is performed using a simple blood draw. The blood sample is then sent to a laboratory for analysis. Molecular cancer biomarkers are any measurable molecular indicator of risk of cancer, occurrence of cancer, or patient outcome. Most cancers have multiple genetic mutations and they may not have the same ones in all parts of the cancer. The tissue samples removed for biopsy may not show all mutations whereas liquid biopsies offer an improved chance of detecting these genetic changes.

Sjogren's Syndrome is an auto immune condition that can occur at any age, but it is most common in older women. Symptoms vary in type and intensity but people may able to live normal life. Most treatment of Sjogren's Syndrome is aimed at relieving symptoms of dry eyes and mouth and preventing and treatment long term complications such as infection and dental disease. It is due to immune mediated injury characterised by lymphocytic infiltration of exocrine glands and circulating antibodies. Genetic studies show association of HLA-B8/dr3 in primary Sjogren's Syndrome. Common complications are dental cavities, yeast infection and vision problems. Prescribed eye drops, artificial tears , and moisture chamber spectales can help to relieve dry eyes. Some are at the increased risk for cancer of lymph glands lymphoma. Thus regular medical care and follow up is important for all patients.

Medicated chewing gum represents an advanced dosage form that merges the therapeutic advantages of medications with the practicality and adherence-enhancing features of chewing gum. This innovative drug delivery system consists of a chewing gum base infused with pharmacologically active substances. This review paper examines the different types of medicated chewing gum formulations, emphasizing their composition, advantages, disadvantages, and applications. We classify these formulations into several categories: traditional medicated gums, which depend on straightforward dissolution and absorption mechanisms; sustained-release gums, which use specialized matrices to regulate the release of the drug over extended periods; and bioadhesive gums, which improve drug retention and localized effects. The goal is to enhance both the efficacy of these formulations and their acceptability among patients.

The presence of metallic elements in the environment poses a significant risk to both ecosystems and human communities. These elements, including copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), nickel (Ni), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo) and zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), are common pollutants that can infiltrate the soil through various human activities such as industrial processes, mining, and agriculture. The role of Environment in seed germination is big chaser but soil and mineral elements are playing a big role in germination also. The hazardous effect of Copper and Nickel individually assessed on seed germination and seedling growth of Raphanus sativus variety Pusa Rashmi. It was noticed that both the heavy metals badly affected the seed germination and seedling growth at higher concentrations near about 200 PPM and 500 PPM. Copper was more toxic than Nickel to both seed germination and seedling growth. All the concentrations of Copper and Nickel used except 10 PPM onward showed a gradual decline in seed germination and seedling growth of Raphanus sativus L. variety Pusa rashmi.

Health related problems such as eating disorders, obesity is found to be related with eating attitudes. In the present study, a non clinical sample of (75 adolescent females) 16 to 18 years of age were incorporated. All the participants were tested on Eating Attitude Test, Multi Dimensional Perfectionism Scale, Barrat's Impulsivity Scale, Locus of Control, Body Esteem Scale, Body Shape Questionnaire and along with these their BMI was calculated. For the purpose Kelly's (1935) method of principal axis was used for factorization of the correlation matrix to partial out to some extent the influence of the extraneous factors. The 21 variables were inter-correlated by means of product moment correlations. The 21 x 21 matrices of inter correlations obtained were subjected to factor analysis. Eight factors were found to account for the bulk 71.29% of variance in females. Factors extracted for female adolescents were perfectionism, sexual attractiveness, body satisfaction, motor, individual control, bulimia, attention and perseverance.

A fundamental component of democratic governance is the participation of citizens in decision-making. Citizen participation in decision making is highly essential in a country such as India with a rich democratic tradition. Citizen participation aims to ensure transparency, accountability and responsiveness in governance. With the establishment of numerous mechanisms and platforms to involve citizens in the governance process, this participation has significantly developed in India. This article investigates the idea of citizen participation in India, following its historical evolution, looking at current practices, and surveying the adequacy of these components. Using relevant statistics and case studies, it also delves into the challenges and opportunities that citizen participation presents.
