A marriage is a deep and meaningful bond that includes sharing a home, a career, and having a family. An important component of marital satisfaction is work-life balance, which is defined as the degree to which one values one's career and one's married life. Married men who work outside the home are adults who are legally bound to a spouse and participate in paid labour or a profession while working women are paid to work in the private or public sectors. A better work-life balance should help people deal with stress and depression more effectively while also enhancing their own lives. The purpose of this study is to look at the correlation between marital satisfaction and work-life balance in men and women of working age. Sixty married and employed persons made up the total number of research participants. Both work-life balance and marital satisfaction were dependent factors, with marriage satisfaction serving as the independent variable. An independent sample t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used for statistical analysis in the research. There was no statistically significant difference between the sexes on the measures of marital satisfaction and work-life balance, and the findings demonstrated a negative correlation between the two. There is a clear disparity between the sexes among married working people, and studies have shown that couples who manage their time well tend to have better relationships overall. Employers may benefit from the findings by implementing policies that promote a healthier work-life balance, which enhances morale and productivity. Improved work-life balance, marital satisfaction, and mental health may be the result of interventions and support systems that are informed by this information.

Udara roga means any etiology related generalized abdominal distension or hypertrophy. Ascites is the most prevalent sign of liver malfunction, and despite the use of sophisticated medical equipment, there is still no proven method of curing ascites in patients as mentioned in Acharya if it is not treated the patient will die soon. Modern therapies only offer temporary relief with time-dependent recurrence, yet fluid continues to build up in the abdominal cavity. Jalodara is one of the eight types of Udar roga described in Ayurveda. It is mentioned in all three brihatrayee texts (Charaka Samhita, Susruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridaya). In Ayurveda, Udara roga covers conditions such as gaseous distension, hepatosplenomegaly of various etiologies, intestinal blockage, and intestinal perforation in addition to ascites and fluid buildup in the peritoneal (common presentation is abdominal distension throughout). Its pathophysiology is thought to be primarily caused by mandagni. Udakavaha srotas and Ambu vaha srotas are mentioned in relation to Jalodara pathology in all three sources. Talu and kloma make up the moola (base) of Udakavaha srotas. In Ayurveda, kloma is a contentious subject. Some writers liken it to the pancreas. Jalodara is said to be caused by the dusti (fault) of udakavaha srotas or (kloma). Ayurvedic medicine offers relief in such circumstances without causing any negative side effects. Ayurvedic care of Udar (ascites) with medications such as provocation of digestion daily therapeutic purging, stimulants for hepatic function, and only milk diet that operates on the basis of the pathophysiology of ascites and by splitting down of pathogenesis produces good results in management. Cirrhosis of the liver is the most frequent cause of ascites in the developed world. Other causes include pancreatitis, TB, cancer, heart failure, and hepatic vein blockage. The highlighted mechanism in cirrhosis involved elevated portal blood pressure and blood vessel dysfunction. The true cause and severity of ascites have a significant impact on a person's prognosis. This article discusses several Acharya treatments from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Alan Sillitoe is a well known name in the 20th century literary arena. A British writer, Sillitoe was born on 4th March, 1928 in Nottingham, in a working class family. Right from childhood, he was exposed to poverty, troubles and turmoil that were offered by a merciless society that laid great emphasis on class. The troubled childhood gave Sillitoe an extraordinary advantage to look at life in all its gross manifestations. His pen knew no rest as he produced more than 20 novels, a trilogy, poems, screen plays, a novella, short stories, essays, plays, travelogues, compilations and an autobiography till he died in 2010. Sillitoe declared his arrival on the literary scene in style with his first novel Saturday Night and Sunday Morning in 1958 and immediately in the next year that followed, he hit the nail on its head with his extraordinary story "The Loneliness of a Long Distance Runner". Sillitoe became an instant success and a name to reckon with. Many awards and accolades came his way and he won widespread appreciation for his creativity, his angry young man image, the portrayal of Nottingham and the portrayal of life in its gross manifestations during a career spanning more than six decades. Sillitoe was forced out of school due to poverty and incessant misery at home. He donned the role of a factory worker as a 14 year old boy and his life's account is delineated in his autobiography Life Without Armour, published in 1995. Sillitoe never hesitates to subtly mix his autobiographical quintessence in his protagonists and a keen reader can never miss to reconstruct the life of Sillitoe through a reading of his novels. Snowstop is a highly philosophical novel that draws itself away from the regular life of Nottingham and working class life that other novels try to portray. It is part of the class of novels that clearly demarcate themselves as novels that indicate the shift in the priorities of Sillitoe. His protagonist, for a change is capable of and willing to purge himself of the evils that he is capable of. Snowstop is among the class of novels, where a different Sillitoe is at work to convey the quintessential self in man.

Electric vehicles (EVs) have brought transformative changes to India's approach to climate change, significantly impacting both urban air quality and greenhouse gas emissions. By reducing reliance on fossil fuels, EVs help curb the country's carbon footprint and mitigate air pollution, which is a major concern in densely populated cities. The adoption of EVs supports India's broader environmental goals, including the commitment to the Paris Agreement and the reduction of carbon emissions. Government incentives and the push for a robust charging infrastructure further accelerate this shift, making EVs more accessible and affordable for consumers. As the EV market grows, it contributes not only to cleaner air but also to a more sustainable energy ecosystem, aligning with India's ambitions for greener, more resilient urban development.

Li-Fi is the latest technology of the world. The aim of this paper is to provide an idea to reduce road accidents by communication between vehicles using Li-Fi technology. Ultrasonic sensor can be used to measure the vibration level in vehicle and to measure the distance of front vehicle. The gas sensor can be used to measure the liquor level of the driver. If any abnormal condition arises in front of the vehicle, vehicle will stop immediately. Li-Fi is connected to UART function to the microcontroller. Serial data communication and Parallel data communication are two ways of communication in UART for communication between two vehicles. Serial data communication is the main function of UART. Light fidelity is an innovative technology based on data transmission using beam of light as a medium. It uses visible light communication which eliminate the entanglement of cable communication. Li-Fi has proven to be safe, efficient and can transmit data at very high speed. A communication system is also presented in this paper. In this communication system information is transmitted from transmitter to receiver for controlling the speed of two motors using light beam as medium.
