Abstract: A New education policy was first time introduced in India in the year 2020 Karnataka is the first state to implement NEP system and the system is based on traditional Indian Knowledge System and for the identification purpose, Unified University and College Management system (UUCMS) portal website was given to all colleges, universities and students. The students who enrolled for degree programme under NEP they have to register their name under NEP portal from admission process to examination to till result they have to use same register id under NEP. This study highlights on perspective of students towards NEP. The study is conducted by circulating the questionnaire to 200 under graduate students in Gadag district. The research reveals that even though many technical difficulties NEP system has been proved success. KEY WORDS: NEP, UUCMS, Portal and Technical Difficulties

This research paper investigates the relationship between dividend policy and financial performance in the context of NSE (National Stock Exchange) listed oil and gas companies in India. The study employs quantitative analysis to explore whether the dividend policy decisions of these companies significantly impact their financial performance indicators, such as Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). Data collected from a selected sample of companies over a specific period were analyzed using regression analysis. The findings provide insights into the dynamics of dividend policy in the Indian oil and gas sector and its consequences on financial performance

This paper examines the challenges women face in accessing education in rural Nagaland. While significant progress has been made in urban areas, where female students often excel academically, rural regions continue to encounter substantial obstacles. Key issues include inadequate school infrastructure, cultural norms, and economic constraints. In rural Nagaland, many families prioritize domestic responsibilities over education for girls, exacerbating the problem. Economic factors such as the cost of education and the opportunity cost of girls not contributing to family income further hinder educational access. Cultural expectations frequently require girls to focus on household chores rather than their studies, which limits their opportunities for personal and academic development. This paper analyzes the impact of traditional gender roles and economic challenges on women's pursuit of education and explores strategies to address these barriers.

: The concept of Neurogenesis in adults in the brain region specified as Hippocampus is the most remarkable process due to the uniqueness and budding impact on the cognition level of an individual but also to its localized vertical integration of different scales of neurosciences ranging from molecular and cellular biology to behavior. This occurs primarily in the subventricular zone of the lateral ventricles and the sub granular zone of the dentate gyrus in the hippocampus. Thus, it is a process which is build up pf various steps through which neurons are produced from adult dividing neural stem cells and migrate to be amalgamated into existing neuronal circuits. In this review article, the researcher seeks to help illuminate the concept of adult neurogenesis by providing an overview of the basic concept starting from its inception to its timely evolution. The current paper also focuses on the pros and cons of adult neurogenesis in humans along with all the challenges that one may face in the research with the possible potential solutions. Thus, the author in the paper focuses on and suggests neurogenesis as a potential target for therapeutic intervention for a number of disorders and that make neurogenesis a unique case study for how different parameters in neuroscience can link together.

This article is an exploration of the impact of social media on society. Billions of people using social media platforms daily, this shows it has become an integral part of our lives. While social media has brought about many benefits, it has also had a significant impact on communication, consuming and sharing information, maintaining business, and even on our mental health. These effects intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in emotional disconnection and strained relationships. Financially, addiction drives increased online purchasing, causing economic strain and negatively affecting students' academic performance. Thus, while social media provides notable benefits, its adverse effects necessitate continuous oversight and regulation to mitigate negative impacts and protect public well-being, as emphasized by Elon Musk, who advocates for regulations to balance social media's role in society.

Air pollution is defined as the presence of dangerous or excessive amounts of pollutants in the Earth's atmosphere. These compounds, known as pollutants, can be naturally occurring or man-made, and they can harm human health, the environment, and the climate. There are many different sources of air pollution, including industrial operations, vehicular emissions, etc. Particulate Matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), Nitrogen oxides (NOx), Sulphur oxides (SOx), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and Ozone (O3) are examples of common pollutants. Tirupati which is a pilgrimage city along with its increasing population these two substantial increases in levels of pollution in the air. Four sampling sites are selected for analysis, i.e. Regional Science Centre, Municipal Office, Tirupati, APPCB, RO, Tirupati, S.V.U Guest House, Tirupati. The pollutants data were obtained from the APPCB Office and the pollutants were analyzed through a Respirable Dust Sampler (RDS). This study quantifies various pollutants and Particulate Matter concentrations present in Tirupati city which also focuses upon in and around the city. In the present work, four regions were selected that specify the variations. Here, PM concentrations according to different seasons i.e. Summer (April-June), Monsoon (August and September), and Winter (December to February) are discussed. Results are based on reports of two years 2021-22. The importance of this work is to summarise the data on Air pollution in Tirupati city, which is also one of the world's biggest pilgrimage sites.

Gastroretentive delivery systems can be retained in the stomach and assist in improving absorption and consequently the bioavailability of drug that has a narrow absorption window in a particular region of gastrointestinal tract. Floating beads are often having gastro retentive property without affecting the gastric emptying rate they are used for controlled drug release. Floating beads drug delivery systems are mainly based on non-effervescent system. Floating beads is useful for various categories of drugs which act locally in stomach, poorly soluble in alkaline pH, having narrow absorption window, unstable in intestine or colonic environment and primarily absorbed in stomach. In this review types, method of preparations, evaluation techniques, advantages, limitation and applications of floating beads are discussed.

Khaled Hosseini's The Kite Runner intricately traces Amir's psychological journey, focusing on his evolution from a troubled child in pre-war Kabul to a man seeking redemption. The article explores Amir's struggles with inadequacy and his complex relationship with his father, Baba, exacerbated by his betrayal of Hassan during a kite-flying competition. After fleeing to the United States, Amir tries to escape his past but remains haunted by guilt and emotional detachment. His return to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, spurred by a call from Rahim Khan, represents a critical juncture in his quest for atonement. Through his attempt to rescue Sohrab, Hassan's son, Amir confronts his past actions and begins a process of psychological healing and personal growth. This analysis highlights how Amir's journey reflects broader themes of guilt, forgiveness, and the search for redemption.
