 Abstract

There are numerous medicinal plants in india. With the development of science and technology, the general people has been using this medicinal plant extensively in an effort to come back health issues like pain and inflammation . The vital significance of secondary metabolites of plants as therapeutic raw materials has been further classified by discovery of numerous new pharmaceutical molecules derived from natural sources .The plant Tabernaemontana Divaricata also known as pinwheel flower is a member of the Apocynaceae .The current study examines preliminary phytochemical and anti-inflammatory screening of Tabernaemontana Divaricata.The flower has anti-inflammatory activity alkaloids , flavonoids , tannins, glycosides, terpenoids. To identify the components in the ethanolic floral extract by performing HRBC Membrane stabilization method &Inhibition of protein denaturation method.The anti-inflammatory properties of crude ethanolic extract of Tabernaemontana Divaricata were examined.

 Abstract

House price prediction is a critical area of study in real estate analytics, aiming to accurately estimate property values based on various features. In this study, we assess the performance of Multiple Linear Regression, Lasso Regression, and a Neural Network model for predicting house prices. Multiple Linear Regression provides a basic approach by modelling the linear relationships between house features and prices, while Lasso Regression adds regularization to enhance prediction accuracy and prevent overfitting. However, our findings demonstrate that the Neural Network model, which captures complex non-linear patterns, significantly outperforms the regression models in terms of accuracy. This highlights the potential of Neural Networks to deliver superior predictive performance in real estate price estimation, offering substantial improvements over traditional regression methods.

 Abstract

Natural Products are produced by all plants, insects, fungi, algae and prokaryotes. All these organisms coexist in different ecosystems and interact with each other in various ways in which chemistry plays a major role. Many natural products are biologically active and have been used for thousands of years as traditional medicines. Phytochemicals are the naturally occurring chemical compounds which are present in all types of plants. On the basis of presence of different types of phytochemicals plants possess different types of properties such as anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti -viral, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. In traditional medicinal systems Ayurveda and Sidha due to the presence of different types of chemical compounds the medicinal plants are used to cure different types of animal diseases. In the present study the phytochemical analysis of a most important medicinal plant Vitex negundo L. belongs to the family Verbenaceae has been analyzed.

 Abstract

During a patient's stay in the hospital, patient comes in contact with the various clinical and non-clinical services offered by the Hospital. So, the problems like delayed services, incompetent staff, inadequate communication, physical environment, etc play a major role in influencing the patient's experience at the Hospital. Since, patient-centered care is a fundamental tenet of Quality Healthcare, it is the need of the hour to deliver services which respond to and are sensitive to the needs and wishes of the patients (consumers). Hence, measurement of quality of care as per the patients' perspective and service redesign in accordance with it, would help the Organisation (Hospital) to achieve its goal i.e. to provide highest quality of patient care. The objective of this study is to measure the patient satisfaction in the In-Patient Department and to provide measures towards improving it. The study was conducted to identify issues faced by patients at the root level and provide solutions.

 Abstract

Any kind of destruction / break / rupture / discontinuity of body tissue/part of the body is called Vrana. Vrana which doesn't heal in its natural course of healing time is said to be Dusta Vrana along with other pathological manifestations further. Acharya Susruta explains, when a person does not have control over his indriya's and follows Apathyaja ahaar ,vihar with untimely treated wound leads to severe vitiation of Doshas forming Dushta Vrana. In classics it's been widely explained about the chikitsa of Vrana. Considering clinical features of dusta vrana and cause here the correlated with non healing ulcer. The Chronic non healing ulcer are the ulcers that have failed to progress through a time. Sequence of repair, or one that proceeds through the wound healing process without restoring anatomic and functional results. According to modern science, steroidal management is being practiced to treat the ulcer, but there are very high chances of re occurrence of ulcer again. To overcome this we can go with Ayurvedic management with shirisha twak churna [Albezzia lebbac] which is having the properties like vishagna ,kandugna ,kushtagna , charmarogahara , varnya karma and having chemical compositions like saponins,tannins, d catechin, d- leucocyanidin. Hence it's time to apply Ayurvedic type of treatment in order to treat the ulcer completely

 Abstract

Parkinson Disease is the brain disorder which may cause a uncontrolled movements of the body and also known for causing tremors ,shaking, abnormal movements or the balance problems. It is most common among the Geriatric The cause of PD is Idiopathic but number of many factors are characterized like environmental factors ,genetic factors, and other risk factors. There are notable differences in Parkinson's disease epidemiology according to period, place, age, sex, and ethnicity. Environmental factors may include smoking, caffeine, and the pesticides . This disorder arises due to the loss of dopaminergic neurons. This condition is not curable but they are various option for the treatment. The perception of sporadic Parkinson's disease (PD) has drastically changed in the last few decades.
