Culture theory in the main stream of social practices has created new exploration and interpretations. The meaning of cultural change is seen by the facts of human beings' acceptance and their involvement of the social practices in a transitory process. Seemingly, Popular Fiction undertakes a transitory approach which appears to be true and enduring. Victor Shklovsky and Leo Tolstoy believed that the task of art can de-familiarize and show the reader the common things in an unfamiliar way to enhance the perceptions of reality. Therefore, strange and even the wildest characters are not forbidden. It could be inaccurate to say fictions simply demonstrate a passion for incidents and events. Literature cannot be produced under fixed canons, because literature is something that grows along with the shifts and changes by its culture and social practices. As people adapt themselves to these changes in the social practices, literature also deform by itself. It is understood that by insisting on a never-changing canon of great literary works, popular fictions preferable stress its openness and flexibility. Cultural studies are already disciplined by virtue of being named and identifiable field of knowledge organized by academic professionals within universities. Inspecting the zones of changes in the literary scenario pertains to a great deal of interpretations on culture. Usually, culture tend to be always on the pedestal of moving and changing. It always replaces the old and looks for new settlements. If there seems to be any persistent world-view of change, then one of the authentic records could also be the popular fictions of its time. Popular fiction consumes a hope of renovation and senses transition in a unique way as a sign of proclamation to break the immediate past and stimulate the present as an "historical license for the new.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is the balance of rewards and benefits that are received by employees in return for their performance at the workplace. Nowadays, people look for more than just the salary when choosing what job to do or the kind of work they want to do. They want to improve their existing skills, develop new skills, and use them to get better jobs and earn better. They look for companies that will help them hone their skills and get better at their jobs. Therefore, it is important for the company to help its employees grow their skills and knowledge. The organisation can do so by creating a value proposition for its employees. The objective of the study is to assess how Employee value Proposition affects Employee Retention and Performance. The paper aims to find the relation between the five main components of Employee value proposition and the gender and education qualification of employees of private sector banks in Guwahati, while preparing EVP.

Front pages in the newspapers have a significant importance. Front pages set the agenda and as well as attract readers' attention to buy newspaper and read it. Front pages show the priorities of newspapers. The researcher tried to analysis the news coverage in regional telugu newspapers on international issues. The study found out that all three selected newspapers are given much more importance to the subjects like governance, sports, pandemic, and business in their coverage of global news. News related to natural calamity, terrorism, politics etc. given lesser priority. The researcher tried to find out the probable reasons for it along with comparison between the selected newspapers and within the newspaper in the sample period of four years.

The intentional use of physical force against oneself, others, or a group, resulting in physical, psychological, or emotional harm, is defined as violence. It infringes on people's rights, safety, and well-being and can manifest itself in a variety of ways, including aggression, verbal abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, terrorism, warfare, and organized crime. Socialization theory [1] is a socio-psychological approach that explains how people learn social behaviours, norms, and values through interactions with their families, peers, and the media. Exposure to violence in the family environment increases the likelihood that a child will believe that violence is an acceptable way to resolve conflicts. Peer groups that support aggressive behaviour may put pressure on individuals to conform to their norms, leading to the development of aggressive and violent tendencies. Television, movies, and video games are examples of media that plays a significant role in socializing people to violence. Violent content can desensitize people to real-life violence and normalize aggressive behaviour. For the purposes of this study, an exploratory research design with 550 respondents chosen at random via a web survey was used. Post a thorough analysis of the data, it has been made evident that raising awareness about the consequences of violence, role modelling, teaching conflict resolution skills, and developing support systems are some of the suggestions for promoting positive socialization. Moreover, nonviolence could be promoted through global and local customs and philosophies such as Ahimsa (Nonviolence) in Hinduism, the Peace Pole Project, Ubuntu Philosophy in Africa, and Gandhian nonviolent principles. It is possible to reduce the prevalence of violence in society and foster a more peaceful and empathetic environment by addressing these factors.

This paper will analyze the portrayal of personal and collective trauma in Makoto Shinkai's anime Suzume no Tojimari. By employing the theory of trauma and Carl Jung's theory of the collective unconscious this paper will do a thorough study on the protagonist of the movie as well as the Japanese society. And look at how Shinkai seamlessly weaves Japanese myth with the narrative of the movie and deals with the theme of trauma and repressed emotions. Further, the paper will also explore how Shinkai makes his movie a therapy to heal himself and his audience.

Fossil fuels are a rapidly diminishing energy source that heavily contributes to air pollution. The optimal way to eliminate all the complications caused by fossil fuel vehicles is to use an electric vehicle. The energy source for electric vehicles is a lithium-ion battery. Compared to other battery types now in use, lithium-ion batteries have smaller battery sizes and higher energy densities while maintaining the same storage capacity. A battery will experience thermal runaway and explode if the heat produced during charging and discharging conditions is not precisely controlled. Therefore, careful thermal management of Li-ion batteries is required to increase their lifespan as well as the lives of those who use them. Li-ion batteries' four main cooling and heating methods are air cooling/heating, liquid cooling/heating, phase change material (PCM)-based cooling/heating systems, and hybrid cooling techniques. Every strategy has merits and negative aspects of its own. The current paper critically examines the thermal management of batteries at low and high temperatures, which analyses various approaches to investigating the potential for employing PCM in BTMS. Furthermore, PCM utilization in hybrid thermal management systems is carefully examined. The current paper further expands the evaluations to the potential usage of inorganic composite PCM and Nano-emulsions for Li-ion battery thermal management in the future.

Multilingualism is a phenomenon that is becoming increasingly common in education, with more and more students speaking two or more languages in their daily lives. While some people view multilingualism as a challenge to education, others believe it to be an asset that should be embraced. There are many benefits to being multilingual in education. One of the most obvious is the ability to communicate with people from different linguistic backgrounds. Multilingual students can easily communicate with their peers who speak different languages which promotes social integration and enhances their understanding of different cultures While multilingualism can enhance cognitive abilities, promote intercultural understanding, and facilitate global communication, it also faces significant challenges related to lack of support, resources, and trained educators, as well as social and cultural barriers. This objective of this paper is to explore the benefits and challenges of multilingualism in education from a sociolinguistic perspective. The study could investigate how multilingualism affects language learning, cognitive development, and social interaction in diverse educational contexts. It could also examine how societal factors, such as language policies, cultural attitudes towards multilingualism, and linguistic diversity in schools, shape the implementation and outcomes of multilingual education programs.

This paper presents an Intelligent Crop Recommendation System (ICRS) that utilizes machine learning to assist farmers in making informed crop selection decisions. The ICRS life cycle covers data collection, preprocessing, model training and deployment. A diverse dataset containing crop attributes and environmental conditions is meticulously preprocessed to ensure reliability. Various machine learning algorithms are evaluated, with Random Forest emerging as the most accurate choice. The ICRS takes into account crucial factors such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium levels, temperature, humidity, pH, and rainfall. It then generates precise crop recommendations based on normalized user inputs. The results underscore the significance of machine learning in agriculture by enabling more precise decision-making. The ICRS enhances crop selection and resource allocation, contributing to sustainability and conservation efforts. The paper concludes by reflecting on the outcomes, discussing their implications for agriculture, and outlining potential future research directions, including the integration of real-time data, remote sensing, and IoT for dynamic recommendations. The ICRS serves as a testament to technology's pivotal role in shaping the future of agriculture, emphasizing innovation for sustainable growth.
