At the Global level climate change and natural disaster forced to displace around 30 million people from their shelters, of which natural disaster became the prime reason for this displacement. In India, around 13 million people died as result of adverse health condition resulting from poor living environment and this accounts one in fourth of total death reported at the world level. Climatic factors and poor environment contributes more than hundred diseases and injuries at world level. The current changes in climatic conditions have serious and multiple impacts on society, economy, and population, which are only recently being recognized. These changes result in increased needs for health services, prevention of climate related diseases, etc., and that is why the health experts are paying close attention to prevention of diseases related to climatic factors. Impact of climatic conditions on human health is not only set by the frequency and intensity of extreme meteorological and hydrological processes but also by the previous health condition and the anxiety with respect to possible disaster damages and consequences. Even though Kerala ranked one of the best states in India as per NITI Ayog's States Energy and Climate Index; it is highly susceptible to natural disasters like floods, land sliding etc. due to its geographical condition. This paper indicate a strong link between communicable disease burden of the state and community awareness and engagement in managing their health in adverse environmental changes, emphasizing the crucial role of education and awareness and active participation of the general public to mitigate and adapt adverse climatic changes.

This study investigates the impact of parental involvement on early childhood literacy development, utilizing a case study approach. The research focuses on different forms of parental engagement, including reading to children, use of educational games, homework assistance, library visits, participation in literacy programs, storytelling, and school activities. It also examines how socioeconomic and cultural factors affect parental involvement in early literacy. Data collected from a diverse sample of parents reveals that regular reading, educational games, and homework assistance significantly enhance children's vocabulary, comprehension, phonemic awareness, and academic performance. Library visits and storytelling further support literacy development by exposing children to a variety of books and fostering imagination. Engagement in school activities strengthens the home-school connection, reinforcing literacy skills. The study finds that middle-income families, higher educational levels, and employed parents are more likely to be involved in early literacy activities. Cultural background also influences involvement, with European families demonstrating higher engagement levels. These findings emphasize the importance of addressing socioeconomic and cultural factors to promote effective parental involvement. The research suggests targeted interventions to support lower-income and less-educated families, as well as culturally sensitive programs to enhance parental engagement. By improving understanding and strategies related to parental involvement, stakeholders can better support early literacy development and contribute to children's long-term academic success.

In this paper, I have primarily focused on the evolution of machinery within the realm of Public Administration. Undoubtedly, we are currently in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI), with its presence and significance felt across all sectors. However, the roots of AI can be traced back to the foundational theories of Public Administration. Therefore, my research paper delves into the progression of AI and how it has established its role in governance and public administration. Furthermore, I explore its increasing relevance in upholding the ethical standards of administrative conduct. I have also examined various applications of both traditional and contemporary theories in enhancing public administration, governance, and accountability.

The leached chemicals are deadly toxic and interfere with metabolic processes. The toxicity test indicated that 3.1% of the lechate waste is safe for the fish for 30days, however the fish showed signs of toxicity. Significant decrease in DNA content was observed in lechate exposed fish at higher exposure periods compared to control fish under controlled conditions. Notable changes were noted in RNA content in lechate exposed fish compared to control fish tissues. The toxicant, lechate probably interfere in biosynthesis of DNA and consequently impact growth of the fish. The red mud pond of the industry needs attention. The lechate should be collected and recycled back to the pond after dilution. The earthern dam should be checked and cemented to stop leaking and leaching.

It is obvious that magnetic effects of materials depend on the existence of odd number of electron in their orbits. The materials exist in the odd electrons of orbit, their atoms show their effects in material in spinal movement as magnetic,Furthermore, the materials that have magnetic effects are divided into paramagnetic, ferromagnetic and anti-ferromagnetic,material which have pair electrons in their orbits don't have magnetics properties called diamagnetic.

Following the emergence of the Blue economy concept, there were growing suppositions on its potentials to diversify Nigeria's economy and be used as alternative source of revenue for national economic development. This paper qualitatively examined the prospect and challenges of the concept through reviews and practices by nations that have ventured into it. It unlocks the areas of opportunities and contributions of the exploitation of blue economy in strengthening the development of Nigeria. The study reveals that oil and gas sector has been and is still the major source of revenue for Nigeria's economic development in spite of the enormous potential offered by other sectors of the blue economy which can be harnessed to enhance the economic development of the country. It further revealed that blue economy can be developed to generate energy thereby solving the power generation, transmission and distribution challenges that bedeviled the country over the years, which could act as a catalyst for the economic development of the country. The study uncovered technical capacity building, weak institutional arrangement and misplaced priority as challenges militating against the development of blue economy growth in Nigeria. The need for a more innovative blue enterprise initiative of empowering stakeholders in the maritime industry in order to strengthen their capacity to fully harness the potentials of marine resources so as to boost the socio-economic development of Nigeria is suggested. The need for the nation to value the contribution of natural oceanic capital to the welfare of her citizenry with the intents of making right policy decisions including trade- off between the different sectors of the ocean resources are further suggested.
