Abstract: This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among IT employees in Techno Park, Trivandrum. Using a sample of 125 employees, the analysis reveals a moderate to strong positive correlation (r = 0.65, p < 0.001) between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, indicating that higher job satisfaction is associated with increased organizational commitment. Regression analysis further confirms this relationship, with job satisfaction significantly predicting organizational commitment (?1 = 0.45, p < 0.001), explaining 55% of the variance in organizational commitment. These findings underscore the critical role of job satisfaction in enhancing organizational commitment and suggest that organizations should focus on improving job satisfaction to foster greater employee commitment.

Curiosity is an essential human trait that fuels exploration, discovery, and problem-solving. When students are curious, they are more engaged, interested, and motivated to explore and learn. Cultivating curiosity, particularly in the context of problem-solving, has been recognized as a crucial factor for maximizing success. This study aims to identify the strategies that can be employed to nurture and enhance curiosity in problem-solving scenarios. The main objective of the study was to explore effective strategies for cultivating curiosity in problem-solving processes. By examining various approaches and techniques, this study seeks to identify methods that can optimize the learners curiosity levels, leading to enhanced problem-solving abilities. To achieve the objectives of the study, systematic literature survey approach was employed. An extensive literature review was conducted to gather existing knowledge and insights on the topic of curiosity and problem-solving. This involved exploring academic journals, books, and reputable online sources. The research findings highlighted several key strategies for cultivating curiosity in problem-solving i.e. creating an environment that encourages questioning and exploration was found to be crucial. This involves encouraging questioning, providing opportunities for exploration, using open-ended problems, and celebrating curiosity. similarly, providing opportunities for hands-on learning and experiential problem-solving was found to be highly effective. Engaging in real-world problem-solving scenarios, whether individually or collaboratively, enhances curiosity by stimulating curiosity-driven inquiry and experimentation. The findings emphasize the importance of creating an environment that fosters questioning, providing hands-on learning experiences, and promoting intrinsic motivation. By implementing these strategies, individuals, educators, and organizations can harness the power of curiosity to drive innovation, creativity, and successful problem-solving.

Located on the outermost layer covering a living body, skin is an organ which protects the underlying body from the external environment such as shocks, temperature, ultraviolet radiation, chemicals and other threats. The skin is composed of three layers, listing from the outside, which are the epidermis, the dermis, and the subcutaneous fat tissues. The skin is the body's largest organ, made of water, protein, fats and minerals. Your skin protects your body from germs and regulates body temperature. Nerves in the skin help you feel sensations like hot and cold. For studying the degree of burns study of anatomical structure of skin is important. In Ayurveda burn is called as dagdha, and burn injuries is called as dagdha vrana. Total four degrees of burns are explained in which the different part of skin is involved. The practice of first aid is rooted in the idea that prompt care and basic medical interventions administered in the early stages of an emergency can make a significant difference in the outcome. Objective: 1. To determine the difference between pre-test and post test score in knowledge and attitude of first aid management. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of technology-based instruction on first aid management via post test score. 3. To determine the correlation between knowledge and attitude regarding first aid management in the post-test. 4. To find out the association of knowledge and attitude between selected demographic variables in the pre-test and post-test. Methodology: A quantitative research approach, one group pretest and post-test design was used. A total of 100 college students were selected from a college in Chennai, India, using purposive sampling. The investigator collected data using Self Structured questionnaire and five-point Likert scale. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The study found significant improvements in knowledge and attitudes towards first aid management among college students following technology-based instruction. Initially, 58% of students had inadequate knowledge and 42% had moderately adequate knowledge. After the intervention, 96% had adequate knowledge and 4% had moderately adequate knowledge. In terms of attitude, 77% of students initially had an unfavorable attitude, while 23% had a moderately favorable attitude. Post-intervention, 94% had a favorable attitude and 6% had a moderately favorable attitude. The paired "t" test results were statistically significant, with a value of t = 44.833 for knowledge and t = 35.071 for attitude, both at the p<0.001 level. Conclusion: The study's findings concluded that college students' knowledge and attitudes about first aid management were significantly improved after introducing technology-based instruction.

The microbial cells ,including bacteria , fungi, virus and others residing within the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) are referred to as the gut microbiome. The number of these bacteria present outstand the number of host cell by a factor of 10. The human gastrointestinal system is home to over 100 trillion microorganisms. The microbiome is best understood as a virtual organ of the body. This study has been undertaken to give detailed look on human gut microbiome and its role in maintaining health which is a major subject for research today. A normal and well balance gut microbiome plays important roles in drug and nutrient metabolism ,host protection , immune system development, immune modulation , maintain gut barrier , forms the gut brain axis and so on .Various maternal and environmental factors affect development of gut flora in each individuals .Also it is to be noted that the composition of gut flora may vary within individuals. Dysbiosis is the imbalance caused to normal gut flora. The dysbiosis can give rise to various disease conditions mainly metabolic disorders. Thus comprehending the gut microbiome in individuals with good health is essential for identifying its impact on several significant gastrointestinal and nutritional disorders ,as well as for making logical connections to improve human health.
