Adolescent offender control via indirect, coercive, or voluntary means. Society and the state must protect helpless children to grow and contribute. Children are a nation's future; care for them. Artificial intelligence can be described as a simulation of human intelligence in machines, enabling them to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence. AI systems use algorithms and computing power to mimic human cognitive functions. In recent years, the application of AI in the context of animal welfare has emerged as a promising avenue to address critical challenges in animal care, protection, and conservation. The utilization of these innovatory creations is not limited to human requirements only. Animal welfare refers to the well-being and quality of life of animals, both domestic and wild. It encompasses the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of an animal's life and addresses their comfort, health, and ethical treatment. An animal can be identified to have been residing in a good state of welfare if it is healthy and has freedom from unnecessary suffering. The sole objective of inserting the idea of artificial intelligence into animal welfare is to protect and develop a healthy and uplifted residing condition of the animals. This paper analyzes how the animal kingdom can benefit from AI technologies in relation to the existing legal provisions under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, of 1960.

This research explores the measurement of financial performance in the agro-food industry, involving both national and multinational entities. the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework, combined with SPSS for independent t-tests and regression analysis, the study examines a separate sample of agro-food companies. Independent t-tests are utilized to discern variations in financial metrics between national and multinational firms, offering insights into their comparative performance. Meanwhile, regression analysis identifies influential factors affecting financial outcomes. The results of this research furnish valuable insights for industry stakeholders, policymakers, and executives, guiding them in the formulation of strategies and policies aimed at enhancing financial performance in agro-food businesses. These insights are vital for ensuring the flexibility and prosperity of companies operating on both national and global scales within this dynamic and competitive industry.

The green building movement has gained significant traction as a means to address the environmental impact of buildings and promote sustainable development. This research paper examines the application of green building practices in the context of sustainable development in India. Buildings in India account for a substantial portion of resource consumption, energy use, and carbon dioxide emissions. Uncontrolled urban development has further intensified these environmental challenges. Recognizing the need for a more sustainable approach, the green building movement has emerged as a solution to minimize the environmental footprint of buildings. This paper explores the key principles and objectives of green building practices, including energy efficiency, resource conservation, water management, and indoor environmental quality. It highlights the significance of sustainable site selection and life cycle assessment in the context of green building development. A comprehensive review of the green building institutions and organizations in India, such as the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA), sheds light on their role in promoting and certifying green buildings. These institutions have developed rating systems and guidelines specific to the Indian context, fostering sustainable building practices and creating awareness among stakeholders. The findings of this study emphasize the crucial role of green building practices in achieving sustainable development in India. By reducing resource consumption, mitigating greenhouse gas emissions, and improving indoor air quality, green buildings contribute to environmental preservation, energy savings, and occupant well-being. The paper concludes with recommendations for policymakers, professionals, and stakeholders to further promote and integrate green building practices into the Indian construction industry, facilitating a more sustainable built environment.

Introduction: Worldwide, the demand for housing has grown dramatically during the past ten years. It is especially noticeable in nations with rapid economic growth and high rates of population expansion. Many nations use pre-cast concrete technology, which is one of the most economically advantageous and quality-monitored systems. Objectives: Although numerous studies have looked into various facets of prefabrication in the building industry, a comprehensive analysis of its current state of development that combines environmental, economic, and social sustainability components is still lacking. By creating a systematic framework, examining the research status quos, and making suggestions for future research, this study seeks to close this research gap. Methods: In this study, the costs of residential building construction for cast-in-situ versus precast concrete were compared. This study also looked into why using a precast concrete approach for building has lower overall costs than using cast-in-place methods. Four cases - complete monolithic construction, partially monolithic construction (walls alone precast and frames alone precast), and entirely precast construction were taken into consideration. The data analysis was carried out using Primavera P6 software. Findings: After data analysis, it was shown that the cast in-situ construction and pre-cast cost differed significantly. The findings showed that employing the pre-cast construction method, 70.40% of the cost effectiveness and 54.40% of the schedule were attained. Novelty: The exact cost and schedule effectiveness of cast in-situ and pre-cast construction was reported in this study using Primavera P6 software.

In today's digital landscape, recommendation systems play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving business success. This research delves into the intricate workings of recommendation systems, with a particular focus on the Movie Recommendation System using Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP). It investigates three core recommendation techniques: Demographic Filtering, Content-Based Filtering, and Collaborative Filtering. Demographic Filtering leverages user characteristics such as age, gender, and location, often in conjunction with item attributes like image and genre, to provide tailored recommendations. Content-Based Filtering takes a granular view by analyzing detailed item attributes, such as director, actors, and content themes, aiming to offer personalized suggestions based on user preferences. Collaborative Filtering, the third technique, harnesses collective user behavior, including strategies like Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) and item-based collaborative filtering, to uncover hidden patterns and make recommendations. Throughout this research, empirical evidence is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of these recommendation techniques in elevating user satisfaction and engagement. The study underscores the need for a balanced approach to accommodate diverse user preferences and provide accurate, appealing recommendations in today's highly competitive digital landscape.
