Mrs. Anusha K .P - Research Scholar, SJB College of Research Centre, University of Mysore Dr. Sudha . B. S - Research Guide , SJB College of Research Centre, University of Mysore ABSTRACT: As environmental concerns and sustainability issues gain prominence in global discourse, only few investors are turning their attention towards socially responsible investment options, particularly green mutual funds. This study aims to explore and analyse investors' perceptions towards green mutual funds, delving into the factors that influence their investment decisions in the realm of environmentally conscious financial instruments. The study investigates the impact of factors such as environmental consciousness, financial performance expectations and risk perception on the decision-making process. Additionally, the study sheds light on the role of education and awareness in influencing investors' choices, providing guidance for policymakers and financial institutions seeking to promote sustainable investment practices. In conclusion, this research offers a nuanced understanding of the complex dynamics surrounding investors' perceptions towards green mutual funds. By bridging the gap between environmental concerns and financial decision-making, it contributes to the ongoing dialogue on sustainable finance and underscores the importance of aligning investment strategies with environmental goals for a more sustainable future.

The use of "truth serum" tests, also known as narco-analysis, has sparked considerable debate in the context of Indian legal proceedings. These tests involve administering drugs to induce a state of semi-consciousness in which a subject may be more likely to disclose information. While often perceived as a tool for extracting hidden truths, the admissibility and reliability of such tests in court remain contentious. This paper explores the legal, ethical, and constitutional challenges surrounding truth serum tests in India, particularly in light of landmark judgments by the Supreme Court and various high courts. The Constitution of India, under Article 20(3), provides protection against self-incrimination, raising concerns about the voluntary nature of such tests and their alignment with fundamental rights. Furthermore, the scientific validity of narco-analysis and its potential for coercion cast doubt on its reliability as evidence. Through a critical analysis of legal precedents and evolving jurisprudence, this paper seeks to unveil the complexities of integrating truth serum tests into India's legal framework and examines the balance between investigative necessity and safeguarding individual rights.

Molecular docking is crucial for drug discovery, with various methods and applications discussed in this review. Sampling algorithms and scoring functions are key theories summarized, along with differences in docking software performance. Flexible receptor docking, including backbone flexibility, poses challenges for current methods, but a new approach called Local Move Monte Carlo offers a promising solution. Three drug discovery application examples are also presented.

Student absenteeism remains a pervasive challenge in educational settings and it creates negative impact on students' academic and behavioral development. This study aims to systematically evaluate how absenteeism affects students' educational outcomes and conduct. Utilizing a comprehensive analysis of student attendance records, academic performance and behavioral reports, the relationship between varying levels of absenteeism and subsequent declines in academic achievement, including lower grades and test scores are analyzed. In addition, the study assesses the impact of absenteeism on student behavior, focusing on increases in disciplinary issues and decreased engagement in classroom activities. Through statistical analysis students the study highlights significant negative correlations between absenteeism and academic and behavioral indicators. The findings suggest that absenteeism not only impairs academic success but also contributes to behavioral challenges, reinforcing the need for effective intervention strategies to promote regular attendance and enhance overall student outcomes. This study provides valuable insights for educators, and parents seeking to address absenteeism and improve educational experiences. The results underscore the importance of promoting regular attendance to foster academic success and positive behavior in educational environments.

Ensuring the stability and reliability of power systems is crucial for the continuous and safe operation of electrical grids. Switchgear and protection systems play a pivotal role in maintaining these parameters by isolating faults, managing electrical loads, and safeguarding equipment. This abstract explores the significance of switchgear in power system stability and reliability, emphasizing the integration of protective devices and technologies to enhance system performance. The paper discusses various types of switchgear, including circuit breakers and isolators, and their functionalities in fault detection and isolation. Additionally, it covers modern advancements in protection systems, such as digital relays and smart grids, which contribute to improved system resilience and operational efficiency. By analyzing case studies and recent developments, the abstract highlights the critical role of effective switchgear and protection strategies in sustaining power system reliability.
