Banks fuel the country's economic growth by enabling capital to move to productive assets at the appropriate time. Banking sector is the backbone of the Indian economy which provides significant insights to effectively generate money in real time for capital formation, credit creation, cash management, monetize debt, business growth, technological development, financial security & stability, and so on. Thus, banks have long been the engine in the development of industry and trade for India's success. Therefore, it is very important to assess bank's performance through productivity indicators to know about soundness of economy. Profitability, efficiency and productivity of banking sector make positive contributions to the financial system. The purpose of this paper is to compare and examines the impact of Covid-19 on the Productivity of public and private sector banks in India. Sample of the study is based on the random sampling to select Public Sector Banks such as SBI & BOB and Private Sector Banks such as HDFC and ICICI. The study covers 6 years time period, before occurrence of Covid-19 from 2016-2019 and during Covid-19 from 2019-2022. The present study will be defining productivity with reference to the efficiency and effectiveness. The study will analyse bank's productivity using key indicators mainly Loans to Deposits, Cost of Capital, Return on Investment, Leverage & Efficiency Ratio and Non-Performing Assets Ratio to do comprehensive and critical analysis of bank's productivity pre and during Covid-19. The study will propose models which can be applied in areas such as Bank Performance Evaluation, Monetary & Non-Monetary Resources Management, and Continuous Improvement & Performance Management etc.

In-doped ZnS thin film prepared by simplified 2-electrode electrochemical deposition technique. The solution 0.1N ZnSO4 (Zinc sulphate), 0.1N Na2S2O3 (Sodium thiosulphate) and 0.1N InCl3 (Indium Trichloride) were used as precursor for Zn, S, and In ions respectively. The electrochemical behavior of Zn, S and In ions studied by using cyclic voltammetry method. As per XRD pattern In-doped ZnS film was found to be zinc blende crystal structure. Effect of In-doping on dislocation density and microstrain has been investigated by XRD data. The optical band gap energy varied between 3.87 -2.57 eV by increasing In-doping from 1% to 3%. Then optical band gap energy was found increases at increasing In-doping at 4%. The thin film sample ZnS: In (3%) has found highest transparency due to low refractive index at wavelength 785 nm in visible region. The electrical parameters such as resistivity, carrier concentration, mobility, hall coefficient were investigated by vanderpauw method of Hall Effect measuring system at doping percentage.

The rapid growth of digital payments in India has led to increased adoption of payment wallets. However, user perception plays a crucial role in determining the success of these wallets. This study investigates the factors influencing user adoption and satisfaction with payment wallets in India. The study reveals that security, convenience, rewards, transaction speed, and customer support significantly impact user adoption and satisfaction. Demographic factors, such as age and income, also influence user perception. The study provides valuable insights for payment wallet providers to enhance user experience, improve security, and increase adoption. The findings contribute to the understanding of user perception and behaviour in the Indian digital payment ecosystem.

Teacher from the nucleus of any system of education As an expert in the field, a teacher is a person who transfers the learning content and information to students. As required by this role, the teacher, the source of information in class, is active, while students demonstrate passive behaviours mostly as those who receive the information provided. Teachers motivate their students in accordance with the learning and development goals and with the results they have obtained; help students gain self-confidence; reinforce and award students' appropriate behaviours; assign students duties and responsibilities to help them become successful; and provide the necessary support in the process via clues, feedback and corrections The behaviours least demonstrated by the teachers were those related to the role of supporting the students and those related to being a model for them.

Endotracheal intubation is the integral part and holds a paramount importance in anesthesia. To facilitate the intubation Succinylcholine is most preferred, which is a depolarizing muscle relaxant, it serves many advantages besides these benefits it has several side effects which are bradycardia, dysrhythmias , increased released in potassium, and triggering malignant hyperthermia. Muscle relaxants are pivotal in Endotracheal intubation by inducing a sequenced temporary paralysis of muscles , which further and Alternatively facilitates the easy insertion of tube .Instead of succinylcholine, the most preferred agents are Rocuronium and Vecuronium which are from the class of non depolarising muscle relaxants . These agents are employed for their longer lasting effects and reduced side effects compared to succinylcholine. By gaining muscle relaxation these agents aid in achieving optimal conditions for successful and secured Endotracheal intubation while minimizing patients discomfort and potential complications associated with airway manipulation. A comparative study between vecuronium and rocuronium enables investigation into neuromuscular blocking agents efficacy and safety profiles. This study aims to discern the nuances between these two agents in terms of various clinical scenarios.

Automation in documentation in the pharmaceutical sector revolutionizes the way organizations manage and maintain their records by leveraging advanced technologies such as Electronic documentation, Human-in-the-loop automation (HITL), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Windward core, SignDesk, Intelligent Document Automation (IDA), and recently developed Medical Document Automation and Fonto Integrated Authoring Platform (IAP) for pharma healthcare. This approach enhances efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in document creation, management, and retrieval processes. Automation tools can streamline repetitive tasks, reduce human error, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards by automatically updating and organizing documents. Additionally, these tools facilitate real-time collaboration and integration across various platforms, improving accessibility and information sharing. As a result, organizations experience significant time savings and cost reductions while enhancing their documentation's overall quality and reliability. The adoption of automation in documentation represents a strategic shift towards more agile and scalable operations, positioning companies to handle better increasing data volumes and complexity in the digital age.

Climate change presents major obstacles for developing nations, exacerbating current vulnerabilities and jeopardizing efforts towards sustainable development. This paper analyzes how climate change affects developing countries, as well as their strategies for adaptation and policy implications. Utilizing a combination of literature, case studies, and empirical evidence, the study pinpoints major climate change effects in areas like agriculture, water resources, health, and infrastructure. Marginalized communities in these nations are experiencing a greater impact, encountering increased challenges with food availability, limited water resources, health crises, and severe climate events. Even with constraints on resources, developing nations have put into practice various adaptations, such as local community projects, new technologies, and policy structures. Nonetheless, ongoing obstacles like limited funding, technological expertise, and institutional backing impede successful adaptation and mitigation efforts. Collaboration and assistance from other countries are essential in overcoming these difficulties, by utilizing tools like climate finance, technology transfer, and capacity building. The article highlights the importance of comprehensive strategies that prioritize climate resilience, sustainable development, and social equity. Policy implications stress the significance of integrating climate adaptation and mitigation into development agendas, promoting partnerships with multiple stakeholders, and empowering local communities. This study enhances global initiatives for climate resilience and sustainable development by improving knowledge of climate change in developing nations and providing practical recommendations.

This paper brings to know the richness of oral tradition in Garo culture. The Garos has a unique cultural identity, where the people are fond of music by birth. There are number of oral traditional folk songs among the Garos like, Ajea, Doroa, Cheraa, Gondadoka, Dani doka, Serejing Ring?a Ha-ra-ra Ring?a, Nanggorere Ring?a, Nokdonggao Ring?ani and Grapmangtata. One of the A?chik oral tradition is Kabe Ring?a or Grapmangtata or funeral wail, which is sung during the funeral ceremonies of the Non Christian Garos or Songsarek. It is believed that the song is acquired from a bird called Renggok bima or female hornbill.
