The smart wearable assistant GuardianAI was created with the elderly and the blind in mind. It combines real-time GPS monitoring, medication reminders, obstacle detection, and fall detection into one gadget. It offers location sharing, audio feedback, and emergency notifications using Raspberry Pi and ESP32. A caregiver dashboard guarantees improved safety and assistance in day-to-day living by enabling remote monitoring, reminder management, and alert notifications. By providing a strong assistive technology platform designed for healthcare and personal safety applications, this project seeks to improve independent living, lower risks, and guarantee quick reaction in an emergency.

Snake is one of the most mysterious and feared creatures on earth, and snakebite continues to be a major occupational health challenge, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions. Globally, an estimated 5 million snakebite cases are reported each year, resulting in approximately 2.5 lakh envenomation and nearly 1 lakh deaths. India alone accounts for the highest mortality, with around 1.5 million bites annually, leading to nearly 1 lakh envenomation and more than 50,000 deaths. Snakebite is a time-critical, acute, and life-threatening medical emergency, yet almost every fatality is preventable through timely intervention. Industrial workers, particularly those engaged in outdoor activities such as construction, mining, agriculture-linked industries, and storage operations, are at increased risk due to frequent exposure to snake-prone environments. The recommended first aid for snakebite is guided by the mnemonic "Do It R.I.G.H.T"--Reassure the patient, Immobilize the affected limb, Get to the hospital immediately, and Tell the doctor about any symptoms. Early initiation of appropriate first aid and rapid administration of Anti-Snake Venom (ASV) remain the cornerstone of survival. Incorporating industrial hygiene practices, use of personal protective equipment, and worker awareness training are crucial preventive strategies to reduce the incidence of snakebite in industrial settings. This article highlights the first aid measures, occupational safety perspectives, and preventive strategies to mitigate the burden of snakebite cases in industrial environments

This paper examines Annie Ernaux's writings, delving into dynamics of trauma, memory and narrative through the multiple perspectives. Ernaux's works are identified by multi-layered narrative and indistinctness between fact and fiction. Her writings propose a peculiar stance through the complexities of traumatic experience, memory fragmentation and narrative reconstruction. This research draws on psychoanalytic theory, trauma studies and narrative psychology to analyse Ernaux's portrayal of childhood trauma, emotional regulation and identity formation. By investigating Ernaux's narrative structures, stylistic choices and cultural context, this study aims to: Illuminate the impact of trauma on memory and narrative, her therapeutic potential of a number of writings and this paper helps to find out the understanding of trauma, memory and identity in social and cultural contexts.

This study provides a detailed historical overview of the sugar industry in the three divisions of western Uttar Pradesh namely Meerut, Saharanpur and Moradabad, focussing on the establishment and development of key sugar mills during the early 20th century. It highlights the founding of notable sugar mills such as Daurala Sugar Works, Modi Sugar Mills, Simbhaoli Sugar Works, Triveni Sugar Mills, Upper Doab Sugar Mills, Raza Buland Sugar Company, Dhampur Sugar Mills and Avadh Sugar & Energy Ltd., emphasizing their contributions to local economies and the opportunities they provided to sugarcane farmers. The seasonal nature of sugar production, transportation methods and the role of railway connectivity are discussed, along with the byproducts of sugar production like bagasse and molasses. The study also explores the impact of the Sugarcane Act of 1934, which aimed to protect farmers and regulate sugarcane pricing, and the broader socio-economic changes brought about by the sugar industry, including shifts in Indian eating habits and the rise of tea culture.

In recent years, cloudbursts in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and other hilly regions have become alarmingly frequent, often resulting in devastating destruction to life, property, and agriculture. Simultaneously, lightning strikes in the plains of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are rising to dangerous levels. These phenomena, once rare, are now increasingly common and seem closely linked with human interventions in natural systems. This paper discusses possible causes behind this environmental destabilization, including the controversial use of hail guns, unregulated exploration of virgin glacier zones, and unchecked military-industrial atmospheric pollution. While research is claimed to be "ongoing," there is evidence that points toward anthropogenic actions knowingly triggering natural disasters. This paper raises critical questions and suggests an urgent need for re-evaluating human behavior toward nature.

An individual who gauges over 20% of the fitting load of his age and tallness is thought of as fat. The main component which prompts corpulence is powerlessness to control ones want to appreciate and indulge delectable dishes with the end goal that energy input surpasses the result and the abundance is put away as fat or aggregation of fat an overabundance for great wellbeing. An individual having greatness and massiveness of the body because of broad development particularly in Udaradi area is named as "Sthoola" and this Bhava (province) of Sthoolata is called as "Sthoulya". Sthoulya has been characterized as an individual who by virtue of the excessive increment of fat and tissue is recognized with pendulous rear end, tummy and bosoms and whose expanded mass isn't matched by a comparing expansion in energy. Aims & Objectives: To assess the impact of diet and lifestyle in Obesity. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted to assess the weight, BMI and Anthropometric Measurements in obesity among the people of ILKAL city, Karnataka. The 20 subjects were selected for the study and advised Ahara and Vihara for 60days. Results: This study showed a good improvement in the reduction of weight and other anthropometric measurements. Conclusion: Diet (Ahara) and lifestyle (Vihara) change had an enormous improvement in Obesity subjects.

Abstract Wound care requires tailored procedures depending on the underlying cause and condition. Sushruta, regarded as the pioneer surgeon of ancient India, has elaborately described principles of wound management in the Sushruta Samhita. Allergic wounds of uncertain origin pose a considerable challenge in surgical practice. This case report presents a wound complicated by necrotizing fasciitis, which developed after the local application of an herbal preparation by a traditional healer in Meghalaya. In Ayurvedic texts, such chronic or non-healing wounds are categorized as Dusta Vrana. The patient was managed through Ayurvedic interventions combined with an initial course of antibiotics for three days. Significant wound healing was achieved, with complete restoration of skin within three weeks, consistent with the principles outlined by Sushruta. The treatment protocol involved oral Ayurvedic formulations along with local use of medicated ghrita. The patient has been followed up to date, with no evidence of recurrence.

Bioenergy has an important role as alternative energy in socio economic development of a country. Bioenergy is green, renewable and sustainable. It is a process of methane production by four steps which includes hydrolysis, acidogenesis, acetogenesis and methanogenesis . In batch digestion by following the above four steps it is possible to produce both methane and hydrogen. In continuous process of methane production, one type of bacteria can resist the activities of other species and delay the overall process. The bacteria as well as enzyme are specific to PH and temperature. At low PH, hydrogen gas and volatile fatty acid are produced in the step of acetogenesis while at higher pH (alkaline medium), optimum production of hydrogen gas is possible
