In an era marked by increasing lifestyle diseases and dietary awareness, the need for intelligent and personalized nutrition planning has become paramount. This project presents a machine learning-powered Personalized Meal Recommendation System designed to offer adaptive dietary suggestions based on individual health profiles, medical conditions, and food preferences. The core objective is to replace generic meal plans with data-driven, health-conscious alternatives tailored to a user's specific physiological and lifestyle needs. Existing solutions often lack personalization depth and fail to account for multi-dimensional inputs such as chronic illnesses, physical activity levels, or regional cuisine preferences. To address these limitations, the system utilizes a hybrid recommendation model, leveraging XGBoost , LightGBM-based classification and clustering algorithms alongside customized encoders. User data including BMI, age, glucose levels, dietary restrictions, and caloric requirements are processed to recommend optimal meal plans. The platform is built using FastAPI for the backend, integrated with a React and Vite-powered frontend for an intuitive user experience. The system not only enhances dietary adherence but also supports preventive health goals by dynamically adjusting recommendations as user data evolves. The proposed solution demonstrates a scalable, intelligent framework for nutrition personalization, contributing significantly to the fields of health informatics and digital wellness.

Introduction: Dadhi (Curd), a widely consumed fermented dairy product, holds significant therapeutic attributes and dietary application in both traditional Ayurvedic medicine and modern nutritional science. While Ayurveda emphasizes effects of curd on dosha, seasonal suitability, and individualized consumption also mention indication and contraindication while modern literature primarily focuses on its probiotic and nutritional benefits. This review investigates and contrasts these two perspectives to identify areas of alignment, divergence, and potential integration. Methods: A literature-based review was conducted using Ayurvedic classical texts including Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Astang hriday and Bhavaprakasha Nighantu, along with modern textbook and relevant reviewed articles, journals, case studies were also analysed for this study. Results: Ayurveda describes dadhi as ushna (hot), guru (heavy), and amla (sour), advising restricted or modified use based on individual constitution (prakriti), season, and food combinations. It is contraindicated at night and in certain disease conditions due to its potential to aggravate Kapha and Pitta doshas. Modern research emphasizes curd's benefits for gut microbiota, immunity, and digestion but generally overlooks individualized or context-based guidelines. The two systems largely operate within separate paradigms with minimal direct correlation in their conceptual frameworks or usage recommendations. Discussion/Conclusion: The findings reveal a clear gap between Ayurvedic and modern scientific perspectives on curd. Ayurveda adopts a personalized and situational approach, whereas modern science offers a generalized nutritional view. There is limited cross-reference or integration between the two. Future interdisciplinary research is needed to evaluate Ayurvedic claims through empirical methods and to explore how traditional principles might inform more individualized dietary recommendations in contemporary health systems.

This study explores the complex expressions of female desire and autonomy in Toni Morrison's canonical novels: The Bluest Eye, Sula, and Beloved. Drawing on literary and feminist theory--particularly Black feminist thought, objectification theory, and intersectionality--the paper argues that Morrison constructs her female characters' agency through embodied desire, maternal defiance, and transgressive choices that challenge dominant patriarchal and racialized structures. Female desire, in Morrison's work, emerges not as a purely romantic or sexual force but as a mode of self-assertion, resistance, and survival within oppressive socio-cultural systems. The paper contends that Morrison portrays desire as inherently political, especially when expressed by Black women whose subjectivities are historically marginalized and commodified. Through close textual analysis and engagement with scholars such as bell hooks, Patricia Hill Collins, and Hortense Spillers, the research highlights how Morrison's characters reclaim bodily autonomy, resist internalized racism, and redefine motherhood, friendship, and sexuality on their own terms. The narrative arcs of Pecola Breedlove, Sula Peace, and Sethe illustrate how the pursuit of autonomy--whether tragic or triumphant--is deeply entangled with historical trauma and the legacy of systemic dehumanization. Ultimately, the study positions Morrison's fiction as a radical feminist intervention that critiques the ideological and physical constraints placed upon Black women's bodies and identities. It contributes to the growing body of literary scholarship that views Morrison's work not only as fiction, but also as philosophical inquiry into liberation, selfhood, and collective memory.

With the emerging technology, e-waste management and disposal had become a big issue and it is easily conclusive that India had become a one of the biggest e-waste generators. Through being one of the biggest e-waste generators, India is lagging behind the e-waste collection target. In India the big worry related to e-waste management is that 95 percent of e-waste is being handled by the informal sectors. And this had become the cause for various dangerous diseases and even can led to the death of the workers dealing with the e-waste. In the view of this situation, we had tried to propose a portal system which not only channelize the e-waste to the correct destination but also reduce pollution, along with reduction of hazardous contamination. And the most important thing in this approach is to involve the informal sectors in a hygienic manner.

Day by day everything in our lives have changed. And with this change one important thing that is required to sustain our lives that had been adversely affected is the greenery. And a large extent of biomass is being affected in the construction of roads but equivalent number of plants are not planted to meet the deficit. The rapid rise in population led to rapid increase in vehicle density and industries, and the air is being highly polluted, which led to rise in various disease and problems among the living beings on earth and subsequently affecting the environment. But keep a pace with modern development the highways are in a need to be converted into a smart highway. In this article, we are going to propose a model, that will club together greenery with technologies in an innovative way to convert our traditional highways into a green and smart highway with the main objective to reduce pollution in a natural way. The article includes implementation of city trees (consist of mosses), along with some green energy harvesting devices with a provision for good revenue generation through advertisement space and surplus electricity generation in the proposed model.

Gandhiji's educational philosophy, which evolved during his lifetime in the form of Gandhian School of educational thought, has not received adequate attention in policy formulations during last seven decades. Globally, it is being realized that his views were dynamic and futuristic in nature. Fully understanding inadequacies of our over dependence on the alien model of education and the needs of the weakest, the poorest and the neglected, he evolved an indigenous strategy to provide equality of opportunity and success to each and every individual of this category. NCTE lays great emphasis on the contribution of Indian educationists and thinkers and has undertaken a project to acquaint teacher educators with their thoughts. Since Gandhiji has written practically on every aspect of human life and his writings, particularly on education, are full of incisive insight, practical experiences and pragmatic foresight, I cherished the idea of having an anthology of his writings on Education compiled which I relish to present in the form of this book. It traces, in brief, Gandhiji's experiments in South Africa and in India and presents his thoughts on various stages of education, from pre-primary to higher education. Present this paper focuses on views and thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi ideology on sustainable education in global perspectives.

A disorder known as Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) develops when stomach acid reflux causes unpleasant svmptoms and/or consequences. Protor pump inhibitors (PPIs) are used in gastric acid suppression therapy to treat GERD. Here, Rabeprazole used since it provides better efficacy than other PPIs and Itopride a novel gastro prokinetic agent stimulate the movement of the gastrointestinal tract, which speeds up the emptying of the stomach and modifies the sensorimotor function of the stomach. When prokinetic drugs like itopride and proton pump inhibitors are used together to treat gastro-esophageal reflux disease, they work in combination to reduce acid production and improve therapeutic response.
