 Abstract

Consumers have steadily moved to online portals as a result of advancements, and most have switched to online or hybrid ways. Customers are willing to embrace change and even watch for switching demands. Consumers in the modern world watch closely to get the most out of internet sellers. The increase in electronic sales, which is undoubtedly due to the advantages of the internet, such as the transformation of big, quick, and inexpensive communication and easy accessibility, has led to the rise of electronic commercial transactions. According to studies, the e-commerce industry is expanding steadily, and customers' increasing desire to purchase goods or shop online has significantly altered the worldwide market environment. This platform has enabled consumers to deal in goods and services without time barrier and geographical barriers. Examining the online commerce environment, it is clear that online shoppers also have a variety of behaviors, as E-commerce is an important asset. Due to fragmented online sales, since transactions are processed through the Internet, there is sparse inspection of products, quality verification cannot be verified. Various cases have been discovered where consumers have received different products, quality and quantity of products from what they actually ordered. E-market users should exercise more caution and act true to the necessary statements when engaging in e-commerce to ensure their safety.

 Abstract

This study aims to analyse the psychological characteristics of inter-collegiate male athletes who compete in six sports: Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey, Badminton, Kho-Kho, and Kabaddi. Using the Sports Personality Questionnaire (SPQ-20), the study examines two crucial psychological variables: Fear of Failure and Managing Pressure. A total of 230 athletes were chosen using Stratified Random Sampling. The data were analysed using ANOVA and Scheffe's post hoc test. The level of confidence was set to test significance is 0.05. The results reveal that Hockey players show significantly higher levels of controlling Fear of Failure than other players. However, Kabaddi and Kho Kho players are also less prone to Fear of Failure than volleyball players. Further, the results show that Basketball players have less Managing pressure than Hockey and Kabaddi players. In addition to that, Hockey players have significantly better Managing Pressure than Volleyball players. In conclusion, it is observed that players of Hockey, Kabaddi, and Kho-Kho have better control over Fear of Failure and Managing Pressure. The study highlights the importance of psychological training in enhancing athletic performance and offers recommendations for coaches and policymakers to develop personalised interventions for athletes.

Traditionally reliant on methods such as direct mail and telemarketing, direct marketing has shifted toward more personalized, data-driven, and digital-first strategies. The study highlights key innovations including the use of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, big data analytics, automation, and CRM systems, which enable businesses to target audiences more accurately and efficiently.A significant emphasis is placed on omnichannel marketing and the growing importance of first-party and zero-party data as privacy regulations limit the use of third-party data. The study also examines how tools like predictive analytics, interactive content, and augmented reality (AR) are enhancing customer engagement. Ethical data use, transparency, and consumer trust emerge as critical factors influencing modern direct marketing strategies.Using a mixed-methods approach, this paper combines quantitative data and qualitative insights to present a comprehensive view of current practices and future directions. Abstract AI and Blockchain are two of the most promising technologies of the 21st century. They both have the potential to revolutionize various industries and bring about significant changes in the way we live and work. However, for AI and Blockchain to reach their full potential, they must be implemented in a trustworthy and secure manner. This is where the combination of AI and Blockchain comes in. By using Blockchain technology to secure and validate the data used to train AI systems, we can ensure that these systems are trustworthy and reliable. Additionally, by using AI to secure and validate Blockchain transactions, we can ensure that these transactions are safe and secure. Together, AI and Blockchain have the potential to create intelligent systems that are both trustworthy and secure.The integration of AI and blockchain can also enable new use cases such as decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) which can take decisions autonomously by using AI, and Smart contracts which can automatically execute the terms of a contract when certain conditions are met. This can bring about improvements in transparency, immutability, and accountability in various industries such as finance, healthcare, and supply chain management. However, the integration of AI and blockchain also raises important ethical and legal considerations, such as privacy, bias, and accountability.  Abstract

This study investigates investor behavior towards mutual fund investments in selected districts of Karnataka, focusing on how demographic, behavioral, and technological factors influence repeated investment decisions. With a sample of 400 mutual fund investors, the research applies descriptive statistics, reliability tests, ANOVA, and homogeneity of variance to analyze the data. The findings reveal that factors such as age, income, investment experience, and geographic location significantly affect investors' financial choices and attitudes, while digital tools, trust in companies, and goal-based planning further encourage consistent investments. The study also highlights a growing awareness and positive attitude among investors toward mutual funds, suggesting the need for improved financial literacy, customized investment platforms, and simplified regulatory frameworks to enhance participation and investor confidence.

 Abstract

This study investigates the role of financial literacy in influencing savings and investment decisions among Self-Help Group (SHG) members in Mysore district, Karnataka. SHGs serve as crucial platforms for financial empowerment, especially for economically disadvantaged women in rural areas. Using a descriptive survey approach, data was collected from 400 SHG members across four taluks. Findings reveal that financial literacy significantly shapes savings behavior, investment decisions, and digital financial engagement. Key variables like education, income, and location were found to significantly impact financial behavior, with ANOVA results confirming their influence. The study also shows that SHG participation strengthens members' confidence, enhances financial planning, and encourages goal-based saving. High mean scores across financial literacy and behavior variables confirm positive attitudes and decision-making capacity. The analysis underlines the transformative role of SHGs in improving financial well-being and advocates for targeted, digital-inclusive financial literacy initiatives to empower rural women further. The study concludes with recommendations for strengthening SHG-based financial education programs and proposes future research directions on long-term wealth creation and digital inclusion.

Human life depends on health, yet many people tend to undervalue it, particularly in underdeveloped countries where health aware-ness is still poor. One of the main causes of this is the challenge people have when trying to consult medical professionals because of time, money, or schedule constraints. People who lead hectic lives frequently neglect to get regular medical checkups. In order to solve this, we have created an application driven by artificial intelligence that assists users in evaluating their medical conditions by using the symptoms they enter. Additionally, the device can check if prescribed drugs are being taken as directed and analyze ECG scans. Accessible from anywhere at any time, this intelligent medical interface promotes healthy living and provides individualized health advice. This software seeks to raise health awareness and promote proactive self-care by making it easier to get medical information.

This paper critically examines Plato's communistic proposals, their philosophical foundations, and the implications they hold for understanding justice, individual freedom, and social organization. Through a textual and interpretive analysis, the paper also explores major criticisms from Aristotle to modern scholars, highlighting the tension between the ideal and the practicable in Plato's political thought.

 Abstract

As South and Southeast Asian countries unify their regional energy networks to meet increasing energy demands, massive transnational schemes such as hydroelectric dams and state-to-state transmission lines have raised serious issues of environmental justice, community displacement, and absence of public engagement. This research examines the legal and institutional framework of such projects in India and the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), focusing on whether they offer transparency, sustainability, and accountability in the environmental and social senses. The study investigates important bilateral and regional agreements like the India-Nepal Power Trade Agreement, the India-Bhutan Hydropower Memoranda of Understanding, and ASEAN Power Grid. The study also engages with relevant Indian legal frameworks, in particular the Forest Rights Act of 2006 and the Environment (Protection) Act of 1986. Based on a review of a number of case studies, this paper identifies deficiancies in legal systems, for example, the lack of cross-border Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), weak participation of all the stakeholders affected by such projects, and weak grievance redressal mechanisms. This paper argues that current legislations and regulations are weak and do not deal with local and environmental concerns that cross national borders. The paper also proposes reforms like binding cross-border EIAs, environmental justice clauses in treaties, community rehabilitation and redressal and regional oversight arrangements to foster a more equitable and sustainable model of energy governance in the region.
