Women are fundamental component of a society and play a pivotal role in various aspects of life. Women empowerment is the key to socio- economic development of the community. Empowering women is an essential tool for reducing poverty and sustainable development. Women empowerment refers to the activities undertaken to improve the economic, social and political status of women in the world. Regarding women empowerment, Self Help group plays a vital role. Through self help group, women can bring economic development not only to their family but also to our society. This article aims to study the impact of SHG highlighting their contribution to socio-economic development. The study also aims to discuss the role of SHGs in rural areas.

This paper presents a descriptive analysis of gender representation in a curated sample of 50-75 contemporary children's books published in India between 2020 and 2025. Using a content analysis approach, the study examines how male, female, and non-binary characters are portrayed in terms of frequency, primary roles, occupations, personality traits, and spatial settings (e.g., home vs. public spaces). The objective is to offer a current, data-driven snapshot of gender representation, highlighting prevailing stereotypes as well as progressive trends. This research serves as a valuable resource for educators, parents, and publishers seeking to understand the implicit gender messages conveyed through children's literature in the Indian context.

Skin, hair, and nails are all impacted by ringworm, a common fungal infection brought on by Trichophyton, Microsporum, and Epidermophyton species. Charota Bhaji, a medicinal plant with antifungal and anti-inflammatory qualities, has long been used in Chhattisgarh traditional medicine. ¬ The purpose of this study is to assess how well Charota Bhaji extract works to cure ringworm infections. Fungal strains isolated from affected persons were evaluated against the ethanolic and aqueous extracts of Charota Bhaji leaves. Agar well diffusion and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) techniques were used to evaluate the antifungal activity. ¬ According to preliminary findings, fungal growth was significantly inhibited, on par with that of common antifungal medications. Within a week of topical administration, clinical use on infected persons also showed observable improvement in symptoms such itching, redness, and scaling.¬ According to the results, Charota Bhaji has potential antifungal qualities and may be used as a successful herbal treatment for ringworm infections. To confirm its medicinal potential, more study on formulation standardization and clinical trials is advised.¬

Abstract: In an increasingly digital world, the ability to access and navigate digital technologies is no longer a luxury and it is a necessity. This study explores the level of digital literacy and the barriers to digital inclusion among individuals in Kerala. The study Used a descriptive statistical analysis of survey data from 229 rural respondents in Thrissur district. The findings reveal moderate digital literacy across the sample, with higher proficiency in tasks like mobile app usage and online banking, but noticeable weaknesses in email communication and participation in online meetings. The study identifies key barriers to digital inclusion, including the lack of digital guidance, difficulties in understanding technology, and infrastructural limitations such as poor internet connectivity. The result found that a statistically significant difference between the income levels of respondents and their digital literacy, suggesting that income remains a critical determinant in shaping digital competencies.

The selection of an appropriate solvent plays a crucial role in determining the efficiency of oxidation reactions, particularly in the case of bio-molecules like tryptophan. This study presents a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approach using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to evaluate and rank five solvents--Chloroform (CF), Dichloroethane (DCE), Dichloromethane (DCM), Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and Dimethylformamide (DMF)--based on five performance parameters: Initial Decomposition Constant (IDC), Quenching Fluorescence Constant (QFC), Maximum Fluorescence Constant (MFC), Binding Percentage of Chromium Complex (BPCC), and Binding Tendency of Electron Accepting Chromium Complex (BTEACC). The decision matrix was normalized, weighted equally, and analyzed to determine the ideal and negative-ideal solutions. The results indicate that DMSO exhibits the highest closeness coefficient, emerging as the most suitable solvent for the oxidation of tryptophan by chromium complexes, followed by DMF. The findings provide a quantitative basis for solvent selection in coordination chemistry and oxidative bio-reactions.

DevSecOps is a paradigm shift in software development where security is now built in security into every part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This approach has now superseded the old ineffective, counterproductive systems of security and has incorporated a preventative, shift-left approach in which security becomes a collaborative activity between the development, security, and operation teams. DevSecOps supports application security in such a way that automated security scanning and continuous monitoring have been built in and by doing so, it minimizes the number of vulnerabilities, increases security, and shortens the deployment cycle. This white paper expounds on the underlying principles, advantages, obstacles, and the key practices of DevSecOps leading to an in-depth case study of applying the same to a contemporary e-commerce application, providing an exhaustive blueprint that an organization would follow in its bid to deliver secure high-quality software in a super-fast way.

The World Health Organization has already acknowledged the role that herbal medicines play in tribal communities' traditional health care systems. It is simple to obtain medicinal herbs from nature, and it is believed that these natural products have fewer adverse effects (Mishra, 2013; Sharma, 2018). In many tropical and sub-tropical nations, the xerophytes plant Aloe Vera (L.) Bumf. (family: Asphodelaceae) has become naturalized.

The inherent volatility of financial markets presents a significant challenge to accurate price forecasting. This paper introduces Algorion, a novel deep learning framework for stock price prediction. Algorion utilizes a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network trained on an extensive set of historical, technical, and fundamental data to forecast future price movements. To evaluate the model's effectiveness, we conduct a rigorous backtesting experiment on a diverse portfolio of stocks from the NIFTY 50 index over a ten-year period. The results demonstrate that the Algorion framework achieves superior prediction accuracy (measured by RMSE and MAE). Furthermore, when its predictions are used to generate systematic trading signals, the resulting strategy yields significantly higher risk-adjusted returns (measured by Sharpe and Sortino ratios) compared to traditional baseline strategies. An ablation study further quantifies the value-add of integrating a rich feature set, which improves performance over a basic LSTM model. Our findings establish the efficacy of sophisticated deep learning systems in creating more robust and accurate stock price prediction models.

Sciatica, known as Gridhrasi in Ayurveda, is a prevalent neuromuscular condition marked by pain that radiates along the sciatic nerve. While contemporary medicine mainly attributes it to nerve compression from lumbar disc herniation or spinal issues, Ayurveda views it as a disorder characterized by a dominance of Vata and systemic imbalance. This article offers a comparative analysis of Sciatica from both modern and Ayurvedic viewpoints, exploring their concepts regarding causes, symptoms, diagnostic methods, and treatment options. The modern perspective prioritizes relieving symptoms, relies on imaging for diagnosis, and includes surgical procedures, while Ayurveda emphasizes restoring balance among doshas through Panchakarma treatments, herbal solutions, and changes in lifestyle. The research underscores how both systems can complement each other and promotes an integrated approach to treatment. A comprehensive strategy that merges the advantages of both fields can improve clinical results and enhance overall well-being for patients dealing with Sciatica.
