2.Abstract Child labour remains a pressing socio-legal issue in many developing nations, particularly India, where millions of children are denied their fundamental rights to education, health, and a safe childhood. This paper critically examines the phenomenon of child labour through a socio-legal lens, highlighting how economic compulsions, systemic failures, and cultural acceptance contribute to its persistence. Despite the existence of robust legal frameworks such as the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, and constitutional guarantees like the Right to Education (Article 21A), enforcement remains inconsistent and often ineffective. The study investigates the multifaceted causes of child labour, including poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, and lack of social security, and analyses its long-term consequences on national development. It explores the judicial interventions, policy measures, and the role of civil society in combating this social evil. Through qualitative analysis and secondary data review, the research highlights how child labour undermines human capital formation, weakens economic growth, and perpetuates cycles of poverty and inequality. Furthermore, the paper offers strategic recommendations for policy reforms, effective enforcement, education-based rehabilitation, and stakeholder collaboration. The findings stress that the elimination of child labour is not merely a legal obligation but a national imperative for inclusive, sustainable development. The paper concludes by calling for a holistic, rights-based approach to restore childhoods and secure the nation's future.

The modernization in India has been associated with an increase in lifestyle-related diseases, particularly inflammatory disorders such as Vatarakta (Gout). Vatarakta, characterized by the vitiation of Vata and Rakta doshas, presents as an inflammatory condition. Gout primarily resulting from the deposition of Mono-Sodium Urate (MSU) crystals in small synovial joints. Gout commonly affects small joints, leading to episodes of severe pain and swelling. Recent reports indicate a prevalence of 1-2%, with a notable male preponderance. However, the incidence and prevalence rates of gout show regional and demographic variations. The study aims to explore the complexities of Vatarakta, focusing on its diagnosis, treatment, and the multifactorial factors influencing its progression, such as dietary habits, lifestyle choices, and genetic predispositions. A case report of a female patient with Vatarakta symptoms was assessed to evaluate the effectiveness of an Ayurvedic protocol, which integrates Shodhana with Yoga Basti krama (detoxification), Shamana (pacification), dietary regulations, and lifestyle modifications. The study highlights the significance of a holistic approach to managing Vatarakta, demonstrating that Ayurveda can be an effective intervention to manage the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients suffering from this condition. Continued research into the link between modern lifestyle and Vatarakta will be essential for developing comprehensive therapeutic strategies.

The integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies into urban infrastructures has become essential for building sustainable and smart cities. A critical challenge in deploying large-scale IoT systems is ensuring energy-efficient data routing due to the limited battery life and computational resources of most IoT devices. This research focuses on developing and optimizing energy-efficient routing protocols tailored for scalable IoT networks. We propose a hybrid routing approach that leverages both cluster-based and opportunistic routing strategies, adapting dynamically to network conditions to minimize energy consumption. Our experimental results demonstrate that the proposed protocol significantly improves energy efficiency, extends network lifetime, and maintains reliable data transmission in various smart city applications. This study contributes a scalable routing framework capable of supporting the ever-increasing demands of IoT-based smart environments.

The primary investigation in the aerodynamics is to study how the objects fly in the air. Study of flutter analysis is to be considered in the aircraft wing design. In this work the comprehensive study of tapered 3D asymmetrical airfoil wing is focused. There have been the studies which proved to be acceptable by adopting simulation tools and then by experimental validation. In the present study the CAE approach is used to model the aircraft wing according to NACA standards and this model is used for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis. The tapered wing is modeled in CATIA V5 considering NACA 64-210 at the tip and NACA 64-215 at the root. CFD is carried out using ANSYS Fluent R20. The Reynolds number of 3.5 x 106 (30m/s) is considered, which resembles the subsonic speed. The wing considered for the present study is analyzed for the flutter. The wind tunnel experiment is carried out to determine the frequency and amplitude at different angles of attack (AOA) ranging from 0o to 20o. This indicates that the flutter boundary occurs at the lower frequency range for the tapered wing between 0 Hz to 50 Hz. The occurrence of maximum amplitude during lower frequency range certainly not desirable characteristic for the aircraft wing design.

Polychrest remedies represent a foundational concept in homeopathic therapeutics. These remedies are characterized by their extensive clinical applicability across a wide range of organ systems, their deep constitutional influence, and their frequent repertorial coverage. This review undertakes a comparative analysis of ten widely used polychrest remedies -- Sulphur, Lycopodium clavatum, Calcarea carbonica, Natrum muriaticum, Pulsatilla, Sepia, Phosphorus, Nux vomica, Arsenicum album, and Silicea -- with emphasis on their key clinical indications, organ affinities, modalities, and constitutional profiles. Drawing from classical materia medica, repertorial data, and contemporary clinical evidence, this work presents detailed differentiation for practical prescribing. Expanded comparative tables are included to assist practitioners in remedy selection, and the discussion addresses common overlaps, subtle distinctions, and prescribing challenges in both acute and chronic cases. The aim is to provide a practical yet academically rigorous reference for students, educators, and clinicians.

This study investigated hand grip strength among athletes participating in three distinct combat sports: Wrestling, Judo, and Taekwondo. A total of 91 athletes (30 Judo, 29 Taekwondo, 32 Wrestling) participated. Descriptive statistics revealed that wrestlers exhibited superior hand grip strength, followed by judo players, and then taekwondo players. A one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) indicated a significant difference in mean hand grip strength across the three groups (F(2, 88) = 7.293, p < .001). Post-hoc analysis (GamesHowell, assuming from the previous context) further elucidated specific group differences, revealing significant differences between Judo and Taekwondo players (p < .05), and between Taekwondo and Wrestling players (p < .001). While a numerical difference was observed between Judo and Wrestling players, this difference did not reach statistical significance. These findings suggest that the specific demands of each combat sport may contribute to varying levels of hand grip strength development.
