The job environment is dynamic and unpredictable since it is constantly changing. The workforce has become more multicultural, both in terms of age and nationality. Due to globalization, there are less geographic boundaries and more mobility nowadays. Organizations expect their employees to be more devoted to their work and to have more harmonious working relationships. The capacity to perceive, comprehend, and use emotions as a source of human energy, knowledge, connection, and influence is known as emotional intelligence. The set of skills that people use to apply, incorporate, and embody spiritual resources, ideals, and traits in ways that improve their daily functioning and wellbeing is known as spiritual intelligence. The workplace will be more conducive if both of this intelligence is present. A higher degree of productivity is correlated with a better working environment.

Distributed computing is turning into the design of another age of IT Undertaking. Not at all like customary arrangements, Distributed computing moves application programming and data sets to huge server farms, where information and administration the board may not be completely trusted. In any case, this extraordinary component presents numerous new security gives that poor person been surely known. In distributed computing, neither the information nor the product is completely contained on the client's PC; Information security concerns emerge in light of the fact that both client information and the program are situated on the supplier's premises. Mists normally have a solitary security design, however have numerous clients with various necessities. Each cloud supplier takes care of this issue by scrambling information utilizing encryption calculations. In any case, there is likewise an opportunity that the cloud administration isn't trusted to conquer this issue. This web application presents another model called the V-GRT approach that conquers the central issue of distributed computing information security. The creator introduced an information security model of distributed computing with a security seller, which kills the worry of information abuse by the cloud specialist co-op and subsequently increments information security.

The purpose of robotics in commercial & residential has come to be quite essential for executing challenging work in a more conveniently simple way. The report presents the design & development of a Voice Controlled Tripod with Sensors based on Arduino Nano. The control system of the tripod movement will be employed by the voice and the tripod will rotate to the direction where the sound has been produced. The goal of Voice Controlled Tripod is to listen and act on the commands received from the user. Here, the system will require training from the user (for the accent) after which the device will start understanding the commands issued. This is done by adding commands to the controller through a code. The system is designed based on the microcontroller which is connected to a smart Android phone through a Bluetooth module for receiving voice commands. The voice command is converted to text by an app on the Android phone and sends necessary data to the microcontroller for controlling tripod movement. This project is mainly designed to help people with disabilities and also for monitoring, where the tripod will sense the voice and do all the required actions commanded by the users.

Every culture around the world has their traditional practices and beliefs which frame their outlooks and perspectives. These traditional beliefs and practices differ from one another based on their origin, location and history of their experiences. The Mizos in the Northeastern part of India, as an indigenous group of people among many tribal also have their own indigenous beliefs and practices. These beliefs and practices of the Mizos, after the advent of Christian, by the western missionaries, with the advent of colonial rule in India, have been changed as new culture was introduced which was very much different from the traditional ways. Christianity itself, introduced by western missionaries, was a westernization of the people for which to become a Christian was also to adapt the western culture and practices which gradually replaced the tradition and practices of the Mizos.

Climate change is a global reality and needs immediate action. Climate change did not occur instantaneously but was a gradual process due to Anthropocene causes. It is crucial to view climate change in multiple perspective in order to understand it deeper and to mitigate it. While scientists of various fields are juggling to address climate change, a huge share of responsibility also lies on the shoulders of writers. The present article studies the emergence of climate change and how fiction writers can help in creating awareness about it.

The awareness of the strengthening of structures came into being in the minds of engineers and scientists during the 1960s. The strengthening technique was essentially originated and developed keeping the bridge structures in mind. This technique was particularly a dire need for bridges because alternate solutions may affect the traffic conditions very seriously for a prolonged or unacceptable span of time. Different methods of structural strengthening/retrofitting techniques have been developed over the years such as external bonding of steel plates, glass fibre-reinforced plastic (GFRP), fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) sheets, external prestressing, carbon fibre wrapping, external bar reinforcement, and very recently improved external (bars) reinforcement techniques. The objective of this paper is to critically review the strengthening techniques developed so far with reference to the effect of each technique and their salient features in enhancing the strength of RC beam elements. However, it is hoped that the review on the use of different techniques for retrofitting of RC beams presented in this paper will widen the horizon to retrofitting technology as a cost-effective and easy-to-execute method.

The research paper is to determine the study of the employee welfare measure. An organization's most precious asset is its workforce. The term "employee welfare" refers to all actions taken by an employer for the benefit or comfort of its employees, including the provision of services, facilities, and perks. It is done in an effort to increase production and inspire workers. The goals of knowing employee welfare are to enhance working-class life, promote the total development of the employee's personality, and other things. Housing options, free medical care, retirement benefits, children's and adults' educational perks, welfare programs for the employee's families, loan options, etc. are just a few of the employee welfare amenities. The type of research methodology used is descriptive

The COVID-19 pandemic in India is a part of the worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).. In October 2021, the World Health Organization estimated 4.7 million excess deaths, both directly and indirectly related to COVID-19 to have taken place in India. [1] The first cases of COVID-19 in India were reported on 30 January 2020 in three towns of Kerala, among three Indian medical students who had returned from Wuhan, the epicentre of the pandemic. Lockdowns were announced in Kerala on 23 March, and in the rest of the country on 25 March. Infection rates started to drop in September. Daily cases peaked mid-September with over 90,000 cases reported per-day, dropping to below 15,000 in January 2021. A second wave beginning in March 2021 was much more devastating than the first, with shortages of vaccines, hospital beds, oxygen cylinders and other medical supplies in parts of the country. India began its vaccination programme on 16 January 2021 with AstraZeneca vaccine (Covishield) and the indigenous Covaxin. Later, Sputnik V and the Moderna vaccine was approved for emergency use too.[3] On 30 January 2022, India announced that it administered about 1.7 billion doses of vaccines and more than 720 million people were fully vaccinated. Objective: The main objectives of this paper are to provide awareness and to identify the research areas related to COVID-19. It may help improve the understanding of this disease and describe the psychological impacts of this pandemic and how these could change as the disease spreads. Conclusion : The real-world studies of vaccine effectiveness measure to which extent a certain vaccine has succeeded in preventing COVID-19 infection, symptoms, hospitalization and death for the vaccinated individuals in a large population under routine conditions that are less than ideal.
