Aluminium (Al), the third most abundant element in the Earth's crust, is extensively used in industrial processes, consumer products, and certain pharmaceuticals. Despite its non-essential role in human physiology, increasing evidence associates chronic aluminium exposure with neurotoxic effects, including oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and cognitive impairment. Aluminium can cross the blood-brain barrier through transferrin-mediated and citrate-complex transport, accumulating preferentially in brain regions responsible for memory and learning. Experimental studies in rodents demonstrate dose- and time-dependent behavioural deficits, neuropathological alterations, and cholinergic system disruption. Factors influencing aluminium toxicity include dose, chemical form, exposure route, age, and renal function. Public health concerns persist regarding occupational, environmental, and dietary exposure, yet causal relationships with human neurodegenerative diseases remain debated. This review consolidates current evidence on aluminium sources, exposure pathways, mechanisms of neurotoxicity, behavioural outcomes, and research gaps, aiming to guide future studies and inform regulatory policies.

This study examines the relationship between corporate financial performance and the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on prosperity-related SDGs. Using fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA), the research analyzes a sample of 26 companies to explore the interaction between SDGs and market capitalization, particularly emphasizing SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities). The findings indicate that companies aligning their strategies with these specific SDGs tend to be associated with higher market capitalization, demonstrating the financial advantages of incorporating sustainability into business models. Conversely, the absence of certain SDGs, such as SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), is associated with lower market value, suggesting that prioritizing specific sustainability initiatives is vital for financial success. Notably, the absence of SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) was found to have no significant impact on this research. These results contribute to the growing body of literature on sustainable business practices and provide valuable insights for companies aiming to integrate global sustainability goals while improving long-term profitability. Future research should investigate industry-specific variations and the long-term effects of SDG integration on financial performance.

Abstract--Multimodal learning empowers large language models (LLMs) to process text, images, and videos, enabling advanced capabilities in tasks like visual question answering (VQA), image captioning, and video understanding. This paper introduces the Multimodal Fusion Transformer (MFT), a novel architecture that employs a hybrid attention mechanism to dynamically align and fuse features from heterogeneous modalities. The MFT achieves 10-15% performance improvements over state-of-the-art models on benchmarks such as VQA v2.0, COCO, and MSRVTT, while reducing computational overhead. A comprehensive literature review identifies gaps in existing approaches, and a compact flow diagram illustrates the MFT architecture. Extensive experiments, including ablation studies and robustness analysis, validate its efficiency, scalability, and adaptability for real-world multimodal tasks. The female is at the center of the human life cycle. Because of her "janani" power, women have been held in high regard since the beginning of life in the universe human society must treat women with respect and care. The most priceless gift that God has given women is parenthood. These articles aim to raise awareness of the value of breastfeeding, its promotion, and the primary recent issue of stanyakshay (mostly brought on by changes in lifestyle and incorrect beliefs). A gift from the Almighty to little angels, breast milk is an elixir. For a mother, the most rewarding and satisfying experience is feeding her child. Every area of medical science provides a thorough explanation of the value of breastfeeding. The first six months following delivery should be spent solely breastfeeding the infant. Especially in primiparous moms, stanyakshaya (hypogalactia) or stanyanasha (agalactia) are fairly common conditions nowadays. Lactational deficiencies may be 30-40% common in Asian and tropical nations like India. Ayurvedic acharyas have described Stanyakshya in detail, including its causes and treatment, and they view it as a significant problem. Stanyakshaya is brought on by both physical and psychological factors. Agnimandya and Dhatukshaya are the two main causes of this illness. Several stanyanajanana, stanyavardhaka medicines, stanyavardhak aahaaras, and viharas were described by acharyas in Ayurveda; these have been shown to be safe, effective, and extremely significant over the millennia. This paper makes an effort is made to describe the concept of Stanyakshaya and its Ayurvedic management.

Financial inclusion has emerged as a pivotal strategy for driving inclusive economic growth and reducing rural poverty. In India, particularly in the state of Odisha, government-led financial initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY), Mudra Yojana, and Digital India have aimed to bridge the gap between rural populations and the formal financial system. For rural youths, access to financial services not only facilitates income generation and entrepreneurship but also enhances their socio-economic mobility and empowerment. This study investigates the impact of these financial initiatives on the economic empowerment of rural youths in Odisha. The primary objectives are to assess the level of banking inclusion, evaluate the awareness and utilization of government financial schemes, and analyze the relationship between financial access and youth empowerment in terms of income, savings, and entrepreneurial activities. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining quantitative data from 300 surveyed respondents across four rural districts in Odisha with qualitative insights from key informant interviews. Statistical tools, including correlation and regression analysis, were employed to examine the relationship between financial inclusion indicators and empowerment outcomes. Findings reveal a moderate but growing level of financial inclusion among rural youths, with PMJDY having the highest reach. However, gaps persist in credit access, digital literacy, and scheme utilization. Youths who actively participated in financial schemes demonstrated significantly better outcomes in income generation, self-employment, and savings behavior. The study concludes that while government financial initiatives have positively influenced youth empowerment, their full potential remains untapped due to implementation challenges and lack of awareness. Strengthening financial literacy, improving access to credit, and tailoring schemes to the needs of rural youth are critical to enhancing the long-term impact of financial development on youth empowerment in Odisha.
