This study evaluates the performance of business development strategies adopted by selected EdTech companies in Karnataka. As EdTech rapidly transforms education through digital innovation, region-specific strategies have become vital for sustainable growth. The research focuses on understanding how local factors--such as digital access, policy support, and user preferences--impact the success of EdTech platforms. Using a descriptive method and primary data from 400 users across four districts, the study applies statistical tools like ANOVA and t-tests to assess strategic elements including AI-driven learning, regional content, and pricing models. Results highlight the significance of government policy, regional demand, and adaptive strategies in enhancing EdTech engagement, particularly among youth in semi-urban areas. The findings emphasize the importance of localized innovation in driving long-term EdTech adoption

Geographical Indications (GIs) are a form of intellectual property right designed to protect the name, reputation, and unique qualities of goods related to a specific region. They aim for rural development, preserving cultural heritage, and economic development of a nation. Kerala, with its handicraft products, has obtained GI registrations for handlooms, coconut shell crafts, coir, etc. This review focuses on academic literature and government records to assess the influence of GI tagging on Kerala's handicraft sector. The analysis focuses on four key dimensions: economic impacts, socio-cultural impacts and tourism/branding synergies.Findings of this study indicate that GI recognition has improved product visibility and, in certain cases, enabled premium pricing and tourism-driven demand. However, the benefits for primary artisans remain poor, constrained by weak enforcement, limited organisational capacity among artisans, and the dominance of intermediaries. The study concludes with strategic recommendations to strengthen artisans' participation, ensure economic development , and safeguard the auth+enticity of Kerala's handicraft heritage.

This study develops and analyses a nonlinear mathematical model describing the interaction between two prey species and a common predator within a fisheries management framework under the influence of harvesting. The model incorporates logistic growth for prey populations, predator-prey interaction terms, and constant harvesting rates for each species. Local stability analysis is conducted using the Jacobian matrix method at various equilibrium points, while global stability is established via appropriate Routh-Hurwitz stability. The biological feasibility and boundedness of solutions are discussed, ensuring ecological realism. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the influence of harvesting rates on population dynamics, demonstrating scenarios of coexistence, predator extinction, and prey dominance. The results provide theoretical insight into sustainable harvesting strategies in multi-species fisheries systems.

For a country dealing with dumping cases against China in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and looking for furthering its trade and economic interests with Southeast Asia and the greater Indo-Pacific region in the recent context, the RCEP poses a dilemma for India as it is a right set of beneficial arrangement only if strategically calculated. Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) is an initiative to integrate 15 nations in one trade grouping. However, it also compelled nations to accept common tariff structure, customs and trade regulations. For India, which has the adverse trade balance with most of the countries, the problem is to work out a strategy or define the rules of trade which protects its interests while negotiating trade pacts with groupings. There is no denying of the fact that China has been using Rules of Origin (ROO) to venture into Indian markets by entering into joint ventures and opening production facilities in Southeast Asian countries and managing the trade restrictions with impunity. Meanwhile, India has been reiterating that trade agreements with ASEAN has helped four major ASEAN countries, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. The trade benefits have been asymmetrical with increase in Indian exports, not in same proportion as imports from ASEAN nations. Further, limited opening of services exports has jeopardized India's plans to compensate adverse merchandise trade with services. Therefore, Indian entry into RCEP could have been a risky jump which would have affected its economy and market. The cheap (Chinese) imported goods would have rendered many unemployed and the uneven production costs would have skewed trade balance much more in favor of China and other countries. It has been debated that RCEP was a missed opportunity for India but then with limited market growth in the other 15 member countries and Chinese selective opening of markets, and dumping of subsidized products, were major hindrances in India joining the trade grouping. The paper would argue the major thought process in India related to RCEP and why certain nagging issues which were not addressed in multiple RCEP meetings, forced India to take a contrarian stance.

Yellow journalism, which is known for using sensationalism, false information, and emotionally charged headlines, has become a major component of how people consume media today, especially young people. In rural and semi-urban areas like Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, where old-fashioned values meet new digital platforms, young people are more likely to suffer from the mental and behavioural effects of these kinds of journalism. This research looks at how often yellow journalism occurs, what it is, and how it affects people aged 17 to 23 in the Hamirpur region. The study looks at how young people interact with spectacular media, what kinds of content they see, and how this exposure changes how they think, feel, act, and view societal issues. It does this by using a variety of methods. The results show that a lot of young people in Hamirpur read yellow journalism, which makes them emotionally unstable, spreads false information, and changes how they feel about current events, celebrities, and politics. The report says that media literacy initiatives and ethical journalism are two ways to fight the bad consequences of yellow journalism.

Justice symbolizes a civilized world. India always has faced a complex society. It has always faced injustice towards women. It upholds the principle of social justice. It is a fact that social justice is a very comprehensive concept. Attaining social justice to society is one of the mottos the judiciary carries, and it has made strong laws to bring a strong transformation in society. If we have a strong judiciary, it transforms society by removing the ill myths and certain rules as made in the name of their personal law, which causes trouble to a particular group of society. We have a famous saying, "Law Changes Society". Society has a diversified culture; we do not have a single culture to uphold only those thoughts. It was British rule that came to an end, and India rejected to follow their rules and wanted to bring a new law. From that era till today, there are few changes we can see which has helped to bring justice to women in every field. As the constitution was framed, it did set a separate judiciary to be independent. Therefore the vibrant judicial system and innovative jurisprudence actively put both historical and contemporary wrongs to the right. Legal justice has paved the way for social justice. We have come across many tools that bring changes and try a transformation in our society, but nothing stands better than a perfect and independent judiciary. This paper attempts to bring the legal justice that made way for social justice through a dynamic judicial process.
