General classroom achievement is an important concern of the total education process. The era of competition marks students more anxious and the eagerness of whether they can pass exams or perform well in academic activities. In the present time more and more importance is given to the performance of student in their academic and related activities. World of technological innovations in all educational in situations are trying to improve their quality in terms of academic output and general classroom achievement. The present study is related to assess the general classroom achievement of 6th&7th class students in relation to their study habits on the basis of gender and location of school. The result revealed that there is significant difference in general classroom achievement and study habits of boys and girls. Students study in rural and urban schools significantly differ in general classroom achievement and study habits. Analysis showed positive relationship between general classroom achievement and study habits of school students.

Many processes and phenomena in chemistry, and generally in sciences, can be described by first-order differential equations. These equations are the most important and most repeatedly used to illustrate natural laws. Even though the math is the same in all cases, the student may not always easily understand the similarities because the relevant equations appear in different topics and contain different quantities and units. This text was written to present a unified view on various examples; all of them can be mathematically described by first-order differential equations. The following example is discussed like time constants of sensors.

The main aim of the research is to know the effect of demonetization on the banking sector. Demonetization is a tool to battle inflation, black money, corruption and demoralize a money subordinate economy and help exchange. The approach of the legislature by restricting RS. 500, RS 1000 and RS. 2000 cash notes have affected all the sides of the economy. Its impact on the banking sector is critical. The bank employees suffered a lot due to demonetization as there was a stressed work pressure on employees over time. The customers faced inconvenience due to demonetization near banks and ATMs as there were no replaced denomination notes. Cash crunch was seen. This has shown positive impact on the banking sector. Due to this there was increase in deposits in banks. Demonetization has shown positive as well as negative impact in Indian market. Data was collected from 150 bank employees through questionnaire. Data were analysed using tools like descriptive statistics, and Chi–square Test. The study finds out that the majority of respondents there were changes, pre-demonetization and post demonetization. They said that they faced inconvenience due demonetization. They opinioned that there is no change in the black money, corruption, demonetization has shown minimal impact on it. The result of the analysis indicated that 68.8% of the bank employees supported the positive impact of demonetization.

Diabetic retinopathy, caused by damage to the retina from diabetes mellitus, is diagnosed through coloured fundus images that require trained clinicians to identify various small characteristics, making it a time-consuming task. In this research, we present a CNN-based method to detect diabetic retinopathy in fundus images. Our novel segmentation strategy using Gabor filters prepares the data for training the model, and data augmentation is used to gather enough data due to the limited dataset. Our segmentation approach identifies intricate properties in fundus images and also detects the presence of diabetic retinopathy. We utilize the ResNet50 algorithm for training the model, which is efficiently trained using a high-end Graphics Processor Unit (GPU). Our proposed method shows promising results in the detection of diabetic retinopathy, indicating its potential for use in clinical practice. On training the dataset we achieved an accuracy of 71.51 percent.

Breastfeeding is one of the most effective ways to ensure a child health and survival. UNICEF and WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life, starting within an hour of birth. Following simple techniques like proper positions, latching up and burping up the baby will easily resolve minor problem. Objectives: The objective of the study to assess the effectiveness of Video Assisted teaching upon knowledge and practice of lactation among primi mother in SMVMCH at Puducherry. Methodlogy: The research approach adopted for the present study is a quantitative approach. The target population for the study consist of all the primi mothers The sample size consists of 100 primi mothers who meet the inclusion criteria. A convenient sampling technique was selected for the present study. Result: The overall score of 73% of primi mother had adequate knowledge. In level of lactation practice majority of 62% of primi mothers had good lactation practice 38% of primi mothers had average practice on lactation. Conclusion: It has be concluded that video assisted teaching upon knowledge and practice of lactation among primi mother was very effective. It also recommended that all primi mother should gain knowledge regarding breastfeeding and care of infants during the time period of pregnancy

Tax – Refers to compulsory monetary contribution to the Government, charged as per legislative authority on the activity’s expenditure, income, property, etc. of individual and organization Taxes are major sources of revenues for the government. There are two types of Tax. • Direct Tax • Indirect Tax Direct taxes are taxes where liability to pay the tax to Government and burden of payment lies on the same person, it is progressive in nature – higher income, higher tax. While indirect taxes are taxes where liability to pay the Government lies on one person but the same is recovered from another person, it is regressive in nature -same tax is charged from everyone irrespective of level of income. Indirect taxation in India has witnessed a significant shift on 01 July, 2017 with introduction of a unified indirect tax regime wherein many central and state indirect taxes have been amalgamated into a single tax – Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Introduction of GST is a very remarkable step in field of indirect tax reforms in India. This paper emphasis on impact of GST on Indian economy after its implementation.

The partition of India in 1947, a momentous event etched in history, reshaped the subcontinent's landscape, society, and literature. This research paper delves into the multifaceted impact of the partition, exploring its historical underpinnings, human suffering, and enduring relevance. We navigate the largest migration in history, marked by mass violence and communal tensions, unravelling personal narratives and literary expressions that illuminate the human experience. By examining works such as Khushwant Singh's "Train to Pakistan," Saadat Hasan Manto's haunting narratives, and Salman Rushdie's allegorical "Midnight's Children," we decipher the power of literature to convey the emotional turmoil of the time. Beyond the past, the partition's consequences persist in diplomatic conflicts, cross- border relations, and contemporary literature. This paper underscores that the partition is not relegated to history; its echoes resonate in the present, underscoring the necessity of recognizing the complexities of shared human history.

The research project delves into the intriguing realm of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), focusing on their impact on the long-term performance of acquiring companies. Employing a systematic review methodology, the study carefully selected and analyzed a diverse array of sources, ranging from academic articles to industry reports, to unveil the intricate dynamics at play. The investigation encompasses various facets, including financial performance, non-financial indicators, integration strategies, synergies, corporate culture, and more. By scrutinizing real-world examples, the project sheds light on the intricate connections between strategic decisions, operational strategies, and the ultimate financial and non-financial outcomes of merged entities. The research delves into the depths of corporate culture alignment, evaluates integration best practices, and underscores the significance of market perception. Through rigorous data analysis and comprehensive synthesis, the project aims to provide a holistic understanding of how M&A ventures shape the long-term destiny of companies, while acknowledging the limitations inherent in such explorations. The research uncovers that operational efficiency and synergy realization significantly influence post-M&A financial success, exemplified by Exxon-Mobil. Non-financial indicators, seen in Hindalco-Novelis, reveal cultural integration's transformative impact. Integration strategies, evident in Vodafone idea, shape long-term performance, while corporate culture, as in Tata Motors-Jaguar Land Rover, plays a crucial role in sustained success.
