Adulteration of food products, especially milk, poses a significant threat to public health and safety. The use of urea as an adulterant in milk is a common practice, leading to serious health risks. To address this growing concern, we have developed IKshan, a revolutionary urea detection kit made from soybean flour, offering a simple, eco-friendly, and cost-effective solution for identifying urea adulteration in milk. The name ??shan, meaning "care" in Hindi, reflects our commitment as pharmacists to prioritize the well-being of society. This study investigates the spread of adulteration in commonly used food items such as turmeric powder, milk, ghee, and edible oils. Various adulteration testing methods were employed across different samples, and the results were analyzed graphically to distinguish between adulterated and unadulterated samples. The graphical representation highlights the extent of adulteration and its widespread nature in everyday consumables. Through the development of strip, we aim to provide a reliable tool for consumers to easily detect urea in milk, ensuring better food safety practices. The findings of this study underscore the necessity for innovative solutions to combat food adulteration, ensuring the safety and integrity of products consumed daily.

This study explores the role of employer branding in recruitment success among companies in Mumbai, one of India's largest and most competitive job markets. Employer branding refers to the reputation and image of a company as an employer, and its influence on attracting and retaining top talent. With the growing emphasis on creating a distinct organizational identity, the research examines how employer branding strategies such as online presence, employee value propositions (EVP), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee testimonials affect recruitment outcomes. The study uses a quantitative approach, gathering data from 100 companies in diverse sectors, including IT, banking, healthcare, and retail. Findings reveal that a strong employer brand significantly improves recruitment success by reducing time-to-hire, enhancing the quality of applicants, and lowering recruitment costs. Moreover, employer branding influences candidate decision-making, with candidates more likely to apply to organizations with a strong, positive brand image. The study also finds that employer branding plays a crucial role in employee retention and engagement, as companies with a strong brand identity experience higher retention rates. These results emphasize the strategic importance of employer branding in Mumbai's competitive labor market, suggesting that companies investing in their brand image can attract top talent and achieve greater recruitment success.

In the evolving landscape of global commerce, supply chains have transformed from static transactional models to dynamic, interconnected systems. The concept of complete justice, drawn from constitutional jurisprudence, has profound implications in these environments--particularly in supplier-customer relationships within agile and resilient ("Agilent") supply chains. This article explores how the principle of complete justice can serve as a foundation for fair, responsive, and sustainable commercial partnerships by complementing legal obligations with ethical considerations.

Artificial intelligence is changing the face of modern marketing, offering brands powerful tools to understand, predict, and influence consumer behavior with remarkable precision. From automated content generation to real-time personalization and predictive targeting, AI is helping marketers reach audiences in more intelligent and effective ways. However, with this growing technological capability comes a pressing ethical responsibility. As marketers gain deeper access to personal data and behavioral insights, the line between helpful personalization and invasive manipulation is becoming increasingly blurred. This conceptual paper explores the ethical dimensions of using AI in marketing. It begins by examining the key capabilities of AI that are being adopted in customer engagement--such as behavioral tracking, recommendation algorithms, emotion detection, and personalized pricing--and discusses how these tools, when not implemented carefully, may compromise consumer autonomy, privacy, and trust. The paper highlights real-world concerns such as algorithmic bias, lack of transparency, deepfake content, and the psychological impact of hyper-targeted messaging. To address these issues, the paper proposes a values-driven ethical framework that integrates innovation with accountability. It argues that ethical AI in marketing should go beyond regulatory compliance and embrace principles such as transparency, fairness, consent, and explainability. The framework also emphasizes the importance of cross-functional collaboration between marketers, data scientists, legal experts, and ethicists in designing AI systems that respect the human side of the consumer.By grounding the discussion in both current practice and forward-thinking strategy, this study aims to encourage organizations to treat ethical AI not as a constraint, but as a competitive advantage. Responsible AI use can strengthen brand reputation, foster long-term loyalty, and future-proof marketing efforts in an increasingly data-conscious world. In doing so, it invites marketers to reflect on a deeper question: not just what AI can do for marketing, but what marketing should stand for in the age of AI.

Physics, as a central discipline in secondary education, has long been regarded as abstract, conceptually demanding, and often disengaging for learners. Traditional lecture-based pedagogies, while effective in transmitting factual knowledge, have shown limitations in fostering deep conceptual understanding, scientific reasoning, and real-world problem-solving. This research article explores advanced pedagogical approaches in teaching Physics at the school level, including inquiry based learning, problem-based learning, conceptual change strategies, peer instruction, and technology integration. The paper reviews empirical evidence on the effectiveness of these methods, highlights challenges in implementation, and offers recommendations for sustainable improvement. The study concludes that while advanced pedagogy enhances students' learning outcomes and motivation, teacher training, curriculum reform, and resource provision are critical for large-scale success.

: Sand casting is an oldest method to accomplish obligatory shape, Every Foundry industry Requires least amount denunciation of module, Rejection Is Caused by Undesired indecision Found in Component's. Quality of casting is depends upon flow of molten metal through gating system. Unacceptable gating design is mainly in charge for the unrest and also in charge for shrinkage porosity. In other words, molten metal should enter into the mold cavity within solidification time of melt, so proper design of gating system is essential. Proper gating system design reduces the turbulence in the pour of molten metal, it also minimize air setup, sand inclusion, oxide film and dross. This paper describes the design of a gating system and feeder to produce Aluminium alloy casting of spherical component having diameter 180mm, and height 60mm the gating system with ratio of 1:4:4 (non- pressurized) and silica sand moulding method. It is crucial to recognize design of gating system and feeder for producing defect free casting. Objective of this research is to improve the quality of 7075 aluminium alloy casting by dipping defects producedin silicas and moulding process through proper gating system design and feeder design.

Psychiatry within the Siddha system of medicine remains an underexplored yet profoundly significant field. Agathiyar Kirisa Nithana Nool - Moolamum Uraiyum, authored by Dr. T. Michael, represents one of the few comprehensive works addressing psychiatric disorders in Siddha medicine. This review critically examines the structure, content, and clinical insights of the text, which documents eighteen distinct psychiatric conditions, their symptomatology, and management through internal and external therapies. The book also presents experiential remedies (Anubhava Marunthugal), novel formulations, and practical therapeutic techniques such as Kalikkam (eye salve) and Pugai (fumigation). Its readability, clear organization, and practical orientation render it a valuable resource for practitioners, students, and researchers. While the book's strengths lie in preserving and systematizing traditional psychiatric knowledge, limitations include its reliance on a single author's perspective and lack of translations for wider accessibility. Overall, this review underscores the text's significance in enriching contemporary psychiatric discourse, bridging ancient Siddha wisdom with modern mental health practices, and highlighting the need for further interdisciplinary and clinical research.
