 Abstract

A Java-based game engine called GameForge was created to make the process of creating Turn-Based Role-Playing Games (TBRPGs) more efficient. It combines effective asset management, simple physics simulation, and real-time graphics processing into a modular, component-based design. Character and inventory management, a tile-map system for grid-based gameplay, and JSON-based save/load capability for permanent game data are among the engine's primary TBRPG features. GameForge, which was created with Java Swing, provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for simple activities like character configuration, level building, and inventory editing that require little programming knowledge. For desktop-based TBRPG development, the focus is now on quick prototyping and customisation, with cross-platform support as a future objective.

 Abstract

Virtual addiction has emerged as a significant concern in the era of Cyberculture, particularly within collaborative digital environments. These spaces ranging from professional platforms to social and creative networks are designed around principles of immediacy, interactivity, and algorithmic personalization. While these characteristics enhance participation, knowledge sharing, and collective innovation, they also encourage compulsive engagement patterns. This paper explores the paradoxical nature of collaborative spaces: their ability to foster community and sustain productivity is inherently linked to their tendency to blur the lines between necessity and dependency. By identifying the distinctive attributes that drive both collaboration and addiction, this study emphasizes how digital culture transforms human interaction in ways that are both empowering and entrapping.

 Abstract

The Mediation Act, of 2023, marks a significant shift in India's dispute resolution framework by institutionalizing mediation as a preferred alternative to litigation. The Act aims to streamline and promote mediation as a formal process, ensuring the enforceability of mediated settlements and encouraging pre-litigation mediation in civil and commercial disputes. However, while the legislation introduces a structured mechanism, it has shortcomings. One of the Act's key strengths is its emphasis on mandatory pre-litigation mediation for civil and commercial disputes, which could reduce the judicial backlog and promote faster resolution. The Act also provides online mediation, making dispute resolution more accessible and cost-effective. Additionally, it ensures confidentiality and voluntariness in the mediation process, which is crucial for fostering trust between parties. The recognition of mediated settlements as legally binding agreements, enforceable like court decrees, further strengthens their efficacy. Despite these advancements, the Act has several limitations. The mandatory nature of pre-litigation mediation may be counterproductive, especially in cases where parties are unwilling to mediate or where power imbalances exist. The Act also excludes certain disputes, such as those involving criminal offences, rights of third parties, and matters concerning public policy, which may limit its broader applicability. Additionally, concerns remain regarding the qualification and regulation of mediators, as the Act does not establish a robust accreditation system. The lack of provisions addressing power asymmetry in mediation, especially in disputes involving marginalized groups, could lead to unfair outcomes. Furthermore, the Act's enforcement mechanisms and procedural clarity need further refinement, particularly in ensuring that mediated settlements do not contradict existing legal rights and precedents. The success of the Act will largely depend on its implementation, mediator training, and judicial support. In conclusion, while the Mediation Act, of 2023, is a progressive step toward institutionalizing mediation in India, its effectiveness will depend on addressing practical challenges, ensuring inclusivity, and refining regulatory frameworks. A more nuanced approach, particularly in balancing mandatory mediation with party autonomy and ensuring mediator competence, will be necessary for its long-term success. The researcher will explore the new Mediation Act, of 2023 and present a critical analysis of the same.

 Abstract

There is no greater value than knowledge. The tradition of Indian knowledge flows like the Ganga year after year. Since the Ganga fell from heaven to grant moksha to the inhabitants of Yogabhumi, Bharata, it is a symbol of purity and emancipation. The Indian Knowledge System sought to understand everything that the human mind is capable of understanding, from the universe to the smallest atoms. A long line of rishis has spread India's magnificent spiritual culture. In a variety of fields, including literature, medicine, music, dance, painting, sculpture, mythology, ethics, astronomy, mathematics, grammar, metaphysics, epistemology, ontology, yoga, philosophy, psychology, and economics, the teachings of the sages have remained timeless and have unleashed the creative potential of Indian culture. The human spirit has been elevated and Indian culture has been enhanced by this creative eruption. The oldest and most comprehensive source of spiritually based Indian knowledge systems is the Vedas. In order to help the Supreme Creator manifest the material realms, the creative power descends among the created creatures, who in turn build the cosmos. Universities are knowledge temples where concepts, inventions, and abilities are fostered. The National Education Policy 2020 is a synthesis of education and knowledge, and India is Vishwa guru in terms of teaching ideals and humanity.

 Abstract

Introduction: In today's world, stress have become an integral part of daily human life, to the extent that the present era is often labeled the "Age of Stress." Despite its pervasive influence across all aspects of life, there remains a noticeable lack of comprehensive and integrated literature on the subject. This paper seeks to bridge that gap by proposing a theoretical framework that synthesizes various perspectives and approaches to better understand and manage stress. Objective: The objective of this study is to explore the multifaceted nature of stress by examining its definitions, historical perspectives, conceptual frameworks, and psychological implications. It aims to highlight the universality and complexity of stress across life stages and cultures, distinguish between its adaptive and maladaptive effects, and emphasize the necessity of an integrated approach for understanding and managing stress. This analysis seeks to contribute to academic research and practical interventions that promote mental health and adaptive functioning in modern life. Data Source: This study is based on a comprehensive review of theoretical literature, empirical research studies, and authoritative definitions provided by leading psychological and occupational health organizations. Primary sources include the works of Richard S. Lazarus, Hans Selye, and Stephen Palmer (2006), as well as official definitions and guidelines from the APA, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the Health and Safety Executive. Supplementary insights are drawn from interdisciplinary research in psychology, neuroscience, and public health to support the discussion on the impact of stress on human functioning and well-being. Methods: The present study was designed as a systematic review. Information was collected from a variety of sources, including research articles and books. Only materials published in academic and scientific resources were included, based on their relevance to keywords such as stress, types, stress control and stress side effects. Result: Stress is recognized as a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that significantly affects cognitive performance, executive functioning, and overall mental health. Conclusion: Stress is an inevitable and universal part of human life, deeply rooted in the complexities of personal, social, and ecological environments. While moderate levels of stress can act as a motivating and adaptive force, excessive or prolonged stress poses serious risks to mental, emotional, and physical health.

 Abstract

Water scarcity has emerged as a critical challenge, especially in water-stressed nations such as India. Effective water management requires understanding both direct uses (drinking, bathing, cleaning) and indirect uses (products, energy, diet). The concept of the water footprint measures both, revealing the hidden impacts of consumption. This study evaluates individual water footprints in rural and urban India using a questionnaire and the Water Footprint Network calculator. Results show indirect consumption, especially from diet, dominates over direct use. Meat and dairy intake raise footprints, while vegetarian diets lower them. Urban lifestyles, influenced by packaged foods and modern facilities, increase overall consumption compared to rural patterns. The findings stress the need for awareness, behavior change, rainwater harvesting, and efficient household fixtures.

 Abstract

Population growth refers to the change in the number of individuals living in a particular region over a given period. This change can result from a disparity between birth rates and death rates, immigration and emigration. When the number of births exceeds the number of death, or when more people move into a region than those leaving it, positive population growth occurs. Population growth is fast becoming one of the most pressing issues of the 21" century, making managing and understanding the implications of rapid population growth imperative. Numerous factors influence this growth, ranging from economic developments, healthcare advancements, migration patterns and government policies. The rapid increase of human population is putting an incredible strain on our environment. While developed countries continue to pollute the environment and deplete its resources, developing countries are under increasing pressure to compete economically and their industrial advancements are damaging as well. The demands that this growth places on our global environment are threatening the future of sustainable life on earth. One of the largest environmental effects of human population growth is the problem of global warming. Some scientists fear that global warming will lead to rising sea levels and extreme weather condition in the future. The impact that this population explosion has on the environment has been just as striking as seen by change in greenhouse gas emissions, rate of soil erosion and the extinction of species. Nature reserves currently comprise about 10% of land area globally, but most are small, disconnected from other reserves, and subject to tremendous human pressures. Population size is clearly an important factor in measuring environmental impact. This paper highlighted how Population growth create bankrupt in forest sector.
