Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder which has reproductive implications for women (i.e. anovulation and fertility) as well as metabolic implications (i.e. increased incidence of diabetes mellitus). Obesity, central obesity an d insulin resistance are strongly correlated with the onset of PCOS and so, it is prudent to specifically target reducing these risk fa ctors in the management of PCOS. Short term weight loss has been consistently shown to reduce insulin resistance while resto ring ovulation and fertility. There are emerging changes in clinical practice regarding overweight women achieving weight loss, but in relation to monitoring we also have challenges regarding how to record and measure any potential changes that come with weight loss, with regards to long term risk factor considerations. The most recent evidence suggests that modest unequivocal lifestyle changes have a p opulation indication that reduced the severity of impaired glucose tolerance and delayed the timeline of onset of diabetes mellitus, however this has not yet be prospective randomised controlled trial tested in women with PCOS. Guidelines for conservative management prov ide recommendation for maintenance sustainable weight loss through dietary and exercise approach to treating the condition. It should also be noted that other exogenous behaviours such as psychosocial stresses, tobacco use and alcohol consumption are also important factors to consider in managing PCOS.

"Education is the most powerful weapon that you can use to change the world." " Education is the foundation of any nation, and without it, it is unable to prosper. Education is therefore the nation's cornerstone. Education makes people more competent and likeable. It seeks to accomplish a variety of objectives, from human development to employment. Education is a person's fourth most important need, after clothes, food, and housing. Article 21A of the Indian Constitution, which was inserted into the constitution by means of the 86th Amendment Act of 2002, mandates every state to provide free and compulsory education to all children in the age group of six to fourteen years, thereby declaring education as a fundamental right guaranteed under Part III of the Indian Constitution. Nationwide school enrollment rates have increased significantly as a result of the Right to Education Act. The Act has been especially helpful to children from marginalized and disadvantaged areas who were previously unable to receive an education because of financial limitations.

Energy audits are a vital tool for identifying energy conservation measures, reducing operating costs, and minimizing carbon emissions in industrial facilities. This paper presents the findings of an authorized energy audit located in Gundasara near Gondal, Gujarat. The study analyzed energy consumption trends, capacitor bank conditions, feeder loads, and performance of major equipment. Conservation opportunities were identified in the areas of motor efficiency, compressor maintenance, ventilation systems, and solar photovoltaic installation. The findings highlight the role of systematic energy management in achieving industrial sustainability.

Communication is an essential human need, yet millions of individuals with speech and hearing disabilities encounter barriers in expressing themselves effectively. To overcome this challenge, we present a smart wearable glove designed to convert hand gestures into natural voice output. The system employs flex sensors embedded in the glove to capture finger bends, with signals processed by an Arduino ESP8266 microcontroller. These inputs are then translated into speech through an ISD1820 audio recording and playback module, amplified and delivered via a compact speaker. A 3.7V rechargeable battery with an integrated charging unit ensures portability and continuous use. Unlike earlier approaches that rely only on text or synthetic tones, this prototype provides real-time, clear audio communication, enhancing usability. The proposed solution delivers a low-cost, practical assistive device that bridges the communication gap for differently abled users, while also offering vital support for patients with paralysis or mobility restrictions.

The National Education Policy, 2025, outlines the integration of the Indian Knowledge System in the contemporary curriculum. Indian Knowledge System or the Bhartiya Gyan Parampara aims towards the safeguarding of the ancient traditional aspects of India along with an amalgamation of the various aspects of Indian Knowledge into current learning, which includes the vast array of knowledge, traditional practices, and philosophies. The lush green territory of India's north-east is home to indigenous tribals, rooted in their rich traditional culture and practices. Many tribes of Nagaland used to transmit information from a dormitory-like structure called the Morung where the young men and women about their history, ethnicities, customs, and cultural practices. The Gurukul system of communicating knowledge was the ancient method of education, which started during the time of the Vedas. At the Gurukul, the students (shishya) would live in proximity to the teacher (guru). The Morung and Gurukul systems focused on experiential learning, instilling values in the students, and generating a sense of communal belonging. This study will primarily analyse the similarities between the Gurukul system and the Morung system in the transmission of education to the students through a comparative angle. An attempt will be made to understand the critical role played by both systems in determining the rich Indian knowledge and cultural identity. The study will emphasize the importance of the Morung system of education from north-east India as one key element of the Indian Knowledge System's holistic developmental approach, as charted in the National Education Policy of 2020.

MDM, Presently PM-POSHAN (Prodhan Mantri Poshan Shakti Nirman) considered as the largest programme in the world which provide lunch to school students in primary and elementary level without cost, introduced and implemented for serving the purpose of providing nutrition primarily along with the motive to increase the gross enrolment and retention a reality in school education. This scheme also provide free access to food for a large number of students which can cater the need of nutrition and food for economically backward areas of the nation state of India. This paper can be a useful document for validation in economically backward areas and rural villages where Mid Day Meal actually serving the primary objectives of the project. Schools under Kumarghat sub-division, Unakoti district of Tripura are taken into consideration for the study. This paper studies the impact of Mid Day Meal programme on students' at elementary level school children and the challenges faced after the implementation. For fulfilling the purpose 5 schools of kumarghat sub-division of Unakoti district been taken into consideration which aims at finding befitting measure to make Mid Day Meal more effective by providing more possible and appropriate ways for school children. This paper uses both primary and secondary data for meeting the need of the research. Purposive sampling is the method used intentionally in this paper.
