India's neighborhood has been plagued by terrorism, with Pakistan being a major contributor to this threat. Despite various efforts to combat terrorism, India continues to face several challenges in its counter-terrorism efforts. This study provides a critical analysis of India's counter-terrorism strategy in its neighborhood, focusing on the country's response to terrorism emanating from Pakistan. This study examines the evolution of India's counter-terrorism approach from reactive to a proactive strategy and assesses its effectiveness in deterring terrorist attacks. This study also analyzes the key challenges facing India's counter-terrorism efforts, including the lack of effective international cooperation, the presence of terrorist safe places in Pakistan and the need for greater coordination between different agencies which involved in counter-terrorism efforts. This study employs a qualitative research approach and which draws on official data, media reports, government statements etc. The findings of the study highlight the need for a more proactive and coordinated approach to counter-terrorism which includes greater international cooperation, more effective use of intelligence and improved coordination between different agencies which are involved in counter-terrorism efforts. This study also analyzes the importance of addressing the root causes of terrorism including poverty, social inequality and unemployment.

This paper introduces a new generative AI method for facilitating human-centric systems: multimodal emotion recognition inferences. Existing emotion recognition models cannot be applied to unseen data well, since the number of emotions is different across datasets. We introduce a synthetic data-based solution to overcome such mismatches in GPT, which uses Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), diffusion models, and large language models (LLMs) like GPT in conjunction to create expressive samples on visual (facial), auditory and textual modalities. To learn deep neural networks like ResNet-18, BiLSTM and BERT, the synthetic samples are incorporated for training with real-world datasets in the proposed system. This a late fusion strategy using attention but the attention is over the modality cues which tries to select relevant modalities based on context. Experiment results on benchmark datasets (FER2013, RAVDEEDS, and IEMOCAP) show the effectiveness of our framework by achieving state-of-the-art performance with higher emotion classification accuracy, robustness and cross-domain generalization. It yields new information for the design of emotionally intelligent systems that are adaptive, inclusive and capable of engaging in an empathetic dialogue in real-world scenarios.

PROBLEM STATEMENT "A study to assess social media addiction on academic performance among adolescents in selected secondary school of city." BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY: The rapid emergence of social networking sites like Facebook Twitter, Instagram and others lead to some significant changes in how people connect and communicate. Over use of social media has been leaked to various problem like decrease in sleep hours, lack of appetite for a long time and limited physical activity leading to obesity. It can also interfere with other aspects of daily life of an individual. The amount of time one spends using social media is associated with their academic performance. MATERIALS AND METHOD: The Research Method adopted for the present study was Non-experimental descriptive research design, which was quantitative research approach. Non-probability convenient sampling technique used. The study aimed at assessing social media addiction on academic performance among adolescents in selected secondary school of city. Sample size was 134 adolescents. Standardized Social Media Addiction Scale (SMAS) tool used for assessment of social media addiction among adolescents. RESULT In the present study, 35.07% of the adolescents were less addicted to social media. 34.33% of the adolescents were moderately addicted. In the present study shows the association of social media addiction score with academic performance of adolescents in selected secondary school of city. The calculated p =0.002 which was lesser than the acceptable level of significance i.e. 'p' = 0.05. Hence, it was interpreted that academic performance of adolescents in selected secondary school of city was statistically significant with their social media addiction score. p value-0.002 which was less than 0.05 standard deviation for social media addiction was 27.15 & academic performance was 1.92.

Abstract: In context of skin care Ayurveda recognize the significance of balancing the skin's water content and surface lipids. The objective of the project is to formulate and evaluate a moisturizing cream using Shata-Dhauta-Ghrita as a base. Shata-Dhauta-Ghrita is ayurvedic preparation, which hydrates the skin and prescribed for treatment of wounds, burns, scars and other skin problems. The lab made formulation was subjected to various evaluation including pH , spreadability, Homogeneity, consistency, Irritancy, sensitivity, bleeding and removal test, Microbial test and stability studies. The result shows that the lab made formulation was comparable to the marketed formulation in most parameters and better in some parameters, hence the formulation was found to be good quality. Three different water-in-oil (w/o) cream formulation (F1 to F3) were developed with varying concentration of ingredients. This formulation was evaluated for safety, stability. This study suggests that F1 formulation is more stable and safe.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder which has reproductive implications for women (i.e. anovulation and fertility) as well as metabolic implications (i.e. increased incidence of diabetes mellitus). Obesity, central obesity an d insulin resistance are strongly correlated with the onset of PCOS and so, it is prudent to specifically target reducing these risk fa ctors in the management of PCOS. Short term weight loss has been consistently shown to reduce insulin resistance while resto ring ovulation and fertility. There are emerging changes in clinical practice regarding overweight women achieving weight loss, but in relation to monitoring we also have challenges regarding how to record and measure any potential changes that come with weight loss, with regards to long term risk factor considerations. The most recent evidence suggests that modest unequivocal lifestyle changes have a p opulation indication that reduced the severity of impaired glucose tolerance and delayed the timeline of onset of diabetes mellitus, however this has not yet be prospective randomised controlled trial tested in women with PCOS. Guidelines for conservative management prov ide recommendation for maintenance sustainable weight loss through dietary and exercise approach to treating the condition. It should also be noted that other exogenous behaviours such as psychosocial stresses, tobacco use and alcohol consumption are also important factors to consider in managing PCOS.
