An estimated 463 million people around the world are affected by diabetes, a chronic metabolic condition. Digital health has been widely adopted in recent years with the intention of improving diabetes treatment and has generated a significant amount of data that could be utilized for additional diabetes management. This has led to the widespread adoption of strategies that make use of artificial intelligence, particularly deep learning, an emerging type of machine learning, with promising outcomes. In this paper, we present an exhaustive survey of the uses of profound advancing inside the field of diabetes. We directed an orderly writing search and recognized three primary regions that utilization this methodology: management of glucose, diabetes diagnosis, and complications of diabetes. We selected 40 original research articles from the search results and have compiled a summary of the most important information about the used learning models, development process, main outcomes, and baseline performance evaluation methods. It should be noted that, in many diabetes-related tasks, various deep learning techniques and frameworks have outperformed conventional machine learning approaches, achieving state-of-the-art performance. In the meantime, we identify some limitations in the existing literature, such as the lack of model interpretability and availability of data. The rapid development of deep learning and the increase in the amount of data that is available make it possible to address these issues in the near future and make it possible for this technology to be widely used in clinical settings.

Silica nanoparticles were synthesized by utilizing biological waste Eichhornia crassipes from water bodies. Different parts of the weed were used to synthesize the nanoparticles by using two methods. One of the methods employed uses TEOS as the precursor for the silica nanoparticles. The biologically synthesized silica nanoparticles (SN1, SN2, SN3) were characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy X-ray diffraction analysis, Scanning electron microscopy, and Nano sizer. Silica nanoparticles synthesized using all three processes showed the characteristic silanol groups in the FTIR spectra. The characteristic absorption bands at 1094cm-1, 10 3cm-1 & 1058cm-1of SN1, SN2 & SN3 samples showed characteristic Si-O-Si group vibrations.SN1 was selectively analyzed further due to the smooth texture obtained. The crystalline & spherical nature of the sample was confirmed by XRD pattern & SEM studies respectively. The particle size of the nanoparticles was found to be in the range of 10-15nm. The SN1 sample was found to exhibit -24.1 mv zeta potential owing to the uniform dispersibility of the synthesized nanoparticles.

Empowering women, particularly impoverished women from backward communities living in backward regions, is seen as a critical component of any emerging economy's economic progress. It is obvious that involvement in Self-Help Groups (SHGs) is higher among economically disadvantaged women. Backward areas in India's rural West Bengal might be an essential instrument for improving their socioeconomic position. This technique will undoubtedly equip children to make sound socioeconomic decisions both within and outside of the home. Women's empowerment is a frequently debated concept around the world. Women can be empowered through economic independence, improved well-being, and social and political progress, according to the literature. This can be accomplished by providing them with access to savings and credit, which encourages them to play a larger economic role in decision-making, improves household welfare, and strengthens women's skills, mobility, knowledge, and support networks. "Self Help Groups" emerged as an empowerment and financial model geared specifically at mobilizing women in rural regions to address the problem of poverty and enable the community to enhance its quality of life. The paper's major goal is to shed light on self-help groups operating in Purbasthali One, Purbasthali Two, Kalna Block I, Kalna Block II, Ausgram One, Ausgram Two, Memari One, Memari Two, Katwa One, Katwa Two, Purba Bardhamman District, West Bengal's rural setting. Its goal is to determine whether these organizations empower women in this district or whether skill development, human resource development and marketing development have an impact on self-help groups.

Technology known as the Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) has attracted a lot of interest because it has the potential to enable direct brain-to-device communication. The selection of pertinent features that capture the underlying brain activity patterns is a crucial element of efficient BCI data classification. The use of genetic algorithms (GAs) in conjunction with neural networks for feature selection in BCI data classification is thoroughly discussed in this review study. We talk about the importance of feature selection, describe how to combine GAs and neural networks, review pertinent literature, and emphasize the advantages and difficulties of this strategy. We provide insights on the developments, uses, and potential future directions of this approach in the context of BCI research by synthesizing the body of available material.

Introduction: Schizophrenia is a chronic psychiatric disorder with a heterogeneous genetic and neurobiological background that influences early brain development, and is expressed as a combination of psychotic symptoms -- such as hallucinations, delusions and disorganization -- and motivational and cognitive dysfunctions. Aim: To discuss a case of 23 years old male with history of 2 episodes of seizures due to neurocysticercosis presented with symptoms of schizophrenia. Results: Patient showed significant improvement with treatment (started interacting, suspiciousness reduced, catatonic symptoms improved) following which he was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia (TRS) represents a major clinical challenge. Clozapine is recognized as most effective treatment option worldwide. Earlier and broader use of clozapine in patients with TRS is an important measure to improve outcomes of patients with this most severe form of the illness.
