Abstract: : A simple, precise, and accurate stability- indicating rear phase high- performance liquid chromatographic( RP- HPLC) system was developed and validated to graphy for the contemporaneous estimation of Captopril and Hydrochlorothiazide in bulk and combined lozenge form. The chromatographic separation was achieved using a C18 column with a suitable mobile phase composed of( insert exact composition, e.g., acetonitrilebuffer( pH 3.0) in a defined rate), at a inflow rate of( insert inflow rate) mL/ min and discovery wavelength at( insert discovery wavelength, e.g., 220 nm). The system was validated as per ICH guidelines for parameters including linearity, delicacy, perfection, particularity, limit of discovery( LOD), and limit of quantification( LOQ). Forced declination studies were conducted under colorful stress conditions like acid, base, oxidation, thermal, and photolytic to establish the stability- indicating nature of the system. Both medicines were well resolved with satisfactory retention times, and no hindrance from declination products was observed. The developed RP- HPLC system proved to be dependable, robust, and suitable for routine quality control analysis of Captopril and Hydrochlorothiazide in both bulk medicine and pharmaceutical phrasings.

Upon examining all facets, including the laws and policies established by the government for individuals under the age of 18 or those who have not yet reached the age of majority, it is indeed feasible to rehabilitate them. Children who are accused of offenses can certainly be reintegrated into society. As established by law, individuals under 18 years of age are classified as minors, indicating that they have not yet attained the level of maturity necessary to distinguish between good and bad, as well as right and wrong. This indicates that they lack a sufficient understanding that would enable them to comprehend not only the legal implications but also the ethical considerations. Overall, they do not possess the knowledge required to lead a peaceful, virtuous, and religious life, which is essential for fostering good faith and developing the understanding necessary for a meaningful existence.

Growth in online education has made knowledge more widely available, but with that comes a navigation and summarizing challenge. This research hence proposes a system implementing web data extraction blended with generative AI for the automated extraction and summarization of educational material from institutional websites. Using BeautifulSoup for text extraction and the Gemini AI API for abstractive summarization, given a target URL, the system returns a very brief summary of the web content in an educational context. It has a modular architecture consisting of three components: data extraction, summarization, and a user interface implemented in Flask. Performance evaluation on 100 educational web pages shows steady extraction with an F1-score of 0.80 and a summarization quality that outperforms general-purpose tools. A user study with 150 participants reports a high satisfaction rate, thereby improving accessibility for students, educators, and researchers through a scalable and inclusive solution.

Abstract The Smartphone is the trend that has experienced rampant expansion; its influences on transforming lifestyles of students across the globe have been tremendous. This has led to the initiation of academic performance and mental issues, whereas the usage of such devices has encouraged communication and simplified information attainment. Many researchers note that overuse of Smartphones among the students is occurring ever more widely and commonly known as nomophobia, the fear of being without a mobile phone. It has been demonstrated that protracted exposure to electronic gadgets and cell phone addiction are related to short attention capacity, low scholastic performance and inefficient thinking. High smartphone use is also associated with stress, anxiety, depression, sleeping disorders, and social isolation among the school-going children at the mental level. The propositions on the mentioned effects are mostly attributed to adolescents and the young adults, who are more vulnerable to overexposure since they are in the stages of development. The evidence emphasises the relevance of the more balanced use of Smartphone and the application of the strategy of digital wellness in the educational institutions. Digital detox plans (involving consciousness and counselling services) have been found to hold promise. Besides, the policy-level solutions like the ban on the use of smartphones during school hours and promotion of healthy digital social patterns should be provided in order to mitigate these adverse effects. Adoption of a multi-stakeholder model that involves teachers, parents, and policymakers is necessary in achieving a healthier student-technology relationship

Academic performance in higher education is shaped by a complex mix of academic and demographic factors. This study explores the underlying dimensions influencing student performance among undergraduate engineering students in South India through structured statistical techniques. A sample of 2,000 students was analyzed using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Factor Analysis to reduce dimensionality and uncover latent variables. The Bartlett's Test of Sphericity and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure confirmed the data's suitability for these methods. The analysis identified a small number of components--primarily related to academic engagement and past performance--that explain a significant proportion of the variance in student outcomes. Visual tools such as scree plots, biplots, and parallel analysis were used to aid interpretation and to guide the number of factors retained. The results offer valuable insights for academic institutions aiming to improve student support services and educational planning through evidence-based interventions.

Abstract Background of the study: The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine is a vital preventive measure against cervical and other HPV-related cancers. Despite its proven efficacy, global uptake remains suboptimal due to various social, cultural, and systemic barriers. Objectives: This meta-analysis aims to synthesize global literature to explore public perceptions and identify key barriers influencing HPV vaccine uptake. Methods: A systematic search was conducted across databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar for studies published between 2010 and 2024. Inclusion criteria were observational or interventional studies reporting on public perception, attitudes, and barriers to HPV vaccination. Data were extracted and analysed using random-effects modelling and thematic analysis for qualitative synthesis. Results: Thirty-five studies from 23 countries were included, encompassing over 85,000 participants. Positive perception and vaccine acceptance were highest in high-income countries with robust school-based immunization programs. Key barriers included lack of knowledge (72%), fear of side effects (61%), cost (48%), religious or cultural objections (36%), and misconceptions linking the vaccine to sexual activity (54%). Healthcare provider recommendation strongly influenced uptake. Conclusion: Improving awareness, addressing cultural sensitivities, and strengthening healthcare provider communication are crucial to enhancing global HPV vaccine uptake. Multi-level interventions are necessary to overcome these persistent barriers.

The increasing demand for natural and safe hair care products has driven research into herbal alternatives to conventional shampoos. This study presents the formulation and comprehensive evaluation of a herbal shampoo aimed at promoting hair growth, utilizing a synergistic blend of traditional botanicals. The shampoo was prepared by homogenizing methi, shikakai, amla, reetha, bhringraj, and orange peel powders each selected for their reputed benefits in hair nourishment into a 10% w/v gelatin solution to ensure uniform dispersion and stability. Jasmine oil was incorporated for its preservative and aromatic properties, while coconut oil was added to enhance conditioning effects. The resulting formulation underwent rigorous physicochemical assessment, including determination of pH, physical appearance, density, and percentage solid content. The herbal shampoo exhibited a balanced pH suitable for scalp health, pleasant aroma and appearance, optimal density, and consistent solid content, reflecting its stability and user acceptability. These findings underscore the potential of this herbal formulation as a safe, effective, and eco-friendly alternative for hair growth promotion, supporting the integration of traditional herbal knowledge into modern personal care products.
