Language serves as the primary medium of human communication, inherently reflecting shifts in social structures and cultural dynamics. The advent of the Internet, as a manifestation of scientific and technological advancement, has given rise to a distinctive linguistic phenomenon--Internet language--whose influence is particularly pronounced in the development and transformation of vocabulary. As digital communication becomes increasingly embedded in everyday life, the boundaries between formal and informal language use are continuously reshaped. This paper explores the evolving trajectory of Chinese vocabulary through the lens of Internet language, examining how online discourse not only introduces new lexical items but also reshapes existing linguistic norms and expressions.

On July 1, 2017, India implemented the Goods and Services Tax (GST), which marked a significant shift in the country's taxation system. GST was intended to replace a fragmented and confusing tax structure, creating a single national market, increasing tax compliance, and stimulating economic growth. This paper examines the impact of GST on India's economic growth, looking at its prospects, problems, and possible future choices. The study investigates the positive effects of GST, such as increased tax collection, reduced tax evasion, and improved trade efficiency through the removal of interstate obstacles. It also addresses the significance of GST in encouraging economic formalization and boosting business convenience, hence it's making India a more appealing investment choice. However, the paper identifies several barriers in fully realizing GST's potential, including the complexity of the multi-slab tax structure, the increased compliance burden on small businesses, technological issues in the GST network, and regional disparities in implementation. Furthermore, the paper discusses the adverse effect on specific industries, particularly SMEs, who confront difficulties in adapting to the new system. The research continues by suggesting future possibilities for improving GST efficacy, such as streamlining tax slabs, upgrading digital infrastructure, and giving sector-specific help. By resolving these concerns, India can maximize the benefits of GST while promoting long-term inclusive economic growth.

Psoriasis is a complex, chronic, multifactorial, inflammatory disease which involves hyper proliferation of the keratinocytes in the epidermis, with an increase in the epidermal cell turnover rate. At present time, Psoriasis is one of the most common human skin diseases. In ayurvedic it classified under kusta a group of skin disease with doshic imbalance of vata and kapha though pitta and rakta are involved. Case presentation: A 48-years old male, diagnosed with a case of psoriasis, came to our hospital with complaints of itching in the whole body, scaling, with red patches all over the body for 2 years. He was tired of trying all kinds of medicine and depressed. After a thorough examination, an ayurvedic treatment plan was designed in the form of Panchakarma and oral medicines. Outcomes: significant improvements were noticed in all symptoms; the duration of treatment was 3 months. And then follow-up was done after every month.

This experimental study aims to assess the levels of examination anxiety among secondary school students. The research was conducted with a random sample of 40 students from 9th grade of DAV Public School. For this study, various socio-demographic variables were considered, including age, gender, residential status (hosteller/day scholar), type of family (nuclear/joint), area of residence (urban/rural), parental education, and parental occupation. Each variable was categorized accordingly for detailed analysis. For the analysis, frequency and percentage distributions were calculated with the help of the Test Anxiety Scale (TAS) developed by V.P. Sharma (2009). Later, the Chi-square test was also calculated to check the association between these variables. As per the test scores, it came out clearly that there is a difference between levels of examination anxiety and socio-demographic variables. In continuation to the above, a pre-anxiety test was also conducted before the intervention, which was followed by relaxation therapies, further to which there was a post-anxiety test. The data was analyzed using frequency and percentage. Null hypotheses were examined accordingly. H0: There will be no significant difference between socio-demographic variables and levels of examination anxiety. In this scenario, the result was that the hypothesis was rejected. H1: There will be no significant association found between the socio-demographic variables and levels of examination anxiety. In this case also the result shows that the hypothesis was rejected. H2: There will be no significant difference observed between pre-test and post-test scores and level of examination anxiety. Here also the hypothesis was rejected.

INTRODUCTION: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is preventable and treatable disease characterised by persistent respiratory symptoms and airflow limitation that is due to airway and/or alveolar abnormalities usually caused by significant exposure to noxious gases and particles. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of pursed lip breathing vs positional relaxation along with pursed lip breathing on shortness of breath and respiratory rate in patients with acute exacerbative COPD. MATERIALS AND METHODOLOGY: In this study patients included both male and female between the age group 50 and greater than 50 years were recruited for the study. Total 36 patients were selected and were divided among two groups. Pursed lip breathing was given to one group and forward trunk lean position along with pursed lip breathing were given to another group. Pre and post measurements of of shortness of breath and respiratory rate were taken. The collected data was statistically analysed for finding. RESULT: The result of the study showed that both Pursed lip breathing and positional relaxation along with Pursed lip breathing are statistically significant in reducing shortness of breath and respiratory rate in acute exacerbative COPD patients. But Positional Relaxation along with pursed lip breathing showed more significant results than Pursed lip breathing exercise. CONCLUSION: Based on study results it can be concluded that positional relaxation along with pursed lip breathing was found to be more effective than Pursed lip breathing exercise in reducing shortness of breath and respiratory rate in acute exacerbative COPD patients.

Mitochondria, the energy-producing organelles in cells, have their own maternally inherited DNA, and mutations in this mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) can lead to severe genetic disorders. Mitochondrial Replacement Therapy (MRT), an advanced form of in vitro fertilization (IVF), offers a way to prevent the transmission of these mutations. Techniques like spindle transfer (ST), pronuclear transfer (PNT), and polar body transfer (PBT) involve replacing the nucleus of a mother's egg containing faulty mitochondria with that from a donor egg containing healthy mitochondria. These methods can be applied either before or after fertilization. One such method, ooplasmic spindle transfer (OST), pioneered by Dr. John Zhang, led to the birth of the first healthy baby using this technique. The UK and Australia have established clear regulatory frameworks for MRT, while countries like India are still navigating the cultural and ethical implications. Despite rapid technological growth, societal resistance in India poses challenges to adopting such reproductive innovations. This article focuses on the potential of MRT in India, its techniques, ethical concerns, and global experiences in implementing this promising therapy.
