The parametric study of hexagrid structure has been carried out by analyzing and designing 14 storey real life structure. The parameters nominated for evaluation are 3 different cross sectional shapes i.e., star angle section, BRB - bolted section and cold form C section. Finally the results generated due to the variation of the above parameters were compared in terms of maximum top storey displacement, storey drift and base shear.

Malnutrition is highly prevalent among the poor communities in our country. However, the extent and severity of malnutrition differ in various states and communities. This study is gender-based research on the risk and prevalence of malnutrition among tribal children in the state of Kerala. It also analyses the incidence and intensity of undernutrition among children below the age of five years in the Scheduled Tribes in Kerala. For the study, 70 tribal children were selected from three blocks from tribal areas, namely, Attapadi (Irrullar, Mudhuga, Kurumbha), Manthavadi (Kurichayar, Paniya, and Kattunayakan), and Idukki (Muthuvan, Paniya) are selected from the central, northern, and southern region of Kerala respectively. Results show that the tribal community still has the prevalence of severe wasting (67.14%), stunting (64.29%), and being underweight (70 %); more than fifty percent of the tribal child population is suffering from malnutrition

Cloud computing is an IT technology that is focused on business and is made up of several computer technologies that can be accessed online. Delivering cloud services effectively and efficiently to cloud consumers on a pay-per-use basis is becoming more difficult due to the rapid increase in cloud usage. Load balancing has emerged as a crucial element necessary for the cloud computing environment to function efficiently in this regard. Virtual machine or data centre scheduling must be done correctly with the use of an appropriate load balancing technique. In order to handle the client's request towards the cloud nodes, many methods have been created. To distribute the incoming task requests across the virtual machines or server in an equitable manner, a hybridised swarm intelligence technique is proposed in this study. To further enhance the performance study, the CloudAnalyst simulator has been utilised. The suggested strategy is thoroughly examined in this work, and its outcomes are compared to those of the current Round Robin (RR), Equally Spread Current Execution (ESCE), and Ant Colony Optimisation (ACO) algorithms. The suggested technique has a noteworthy impact in terms of reaction time, data centre processing time, and total cost in cloud computing, according to simulation results.

The development of the Scheduled Tribe population in Telangana, which makes up 9.33% of the state's total population (as of the 2011 census), is of utmost importance to the state government since the new state was formed on June 2nd 2014. This percentage is significantly higher than the 6.89 STs in the combined state of Andhra Pradesh. The Tribal Welfare Department has prepared a number of creative programs, such as Kalyana Lakshmi, to provide financial aid to ST girls who are of marriageable age. The Telangana government launched the several programs that are the subject of this study

Street vending is a vital economic activity in urban India. It is the largest informal sector which caters to the livelihood of the urban poor. Since the era of economic reform in the country, the sector has faced many challenges, which have been sought to be addressed by numerous legislative attempts- the most recent one being the introduction of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Bill 2012. This legislative report seeks to review the 2012 Bill. However, the discussion of the Bill in the report is confined to addressing certain core issues that the Bill seems to address and critically appraising the regulatory and policy responses to those issues contained in the provisions of the Bill. Part I of the paper will present a brief overview of the legal discourse on the issue by mapping some legal responses in foreign jurisdictions and briefly discussing some Indian case laws to establish the Indian legal position. Part II will examine the rights and duties of street vendors as laid down in the Bill. Part III aims to analyse the registration and licensing mechanism under the Bill. Part IV evaluates dispute redressal and appeal mechanism provided under the Bill. Finally, the report concludes by calling for the suggested amendments to be incorporated to the Bill to ensure its efficacy in letter as well as spirit.

Street vendors are an integral part of urban economies around the world, offering easy access to a wide range of affordable goods and services in public spaces. They sell everything from fresh vegetables to prepared foods, from building materials to garments and crafts, and from consumer electronics to auto repairs to haircuts. (Reference:-Street Vendors and Market Traders | WIEGO) Role of the informal economy "An informal economy is the part of any economy that is neither taxed nor monitored by any form of government. Although the informal sector makes up a significant portion of the economies in developing countries, it is sometimes stigmatized as troublesome and unmanageable". (Reference:-informal economy). Through this platform and the experience to work for street vendors in the Indian capital city of Delhi and the state of Haryana. First purpose to understanding of street vendor livelihoods in the city with particular focus on challenges to livelihood security, where vendors face persistent challenges including forced removals, exploitation and extortion. The second purpose to understand the ways in which vendors are able to organize in order to face these challenges collectively. It is proposed that more attention should be given to street vendor in the informal sector and that those in such occupations should be recognized and protected by national level and state laws as workers rights.

A mainstay of many traditional medical systems, Convolvulus pluricaulis has been used historically to treat a wide range of illnesses. Like morning glory, C. pluricaulis has medicinal qualities in all sections of its body and is used in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine to treat ailments like anxiety, hallucinations, epilepsy, and chronic cough. A thorough analysis of its phytochemistry, pharmacology, toxicity, and pharmacognosy demonstrates its wide range of applications and future research and development possibilities. Information gleaned from literature and computerized databases highlights its historical use in the treatment of viral and microbial infections, liver ailments, epilepsy, and disorders of the central nervous system. Its wide range of effects, which include antioxidant, neuroprotective, antistress, anxiolytic, tranquilizing, antidepressant, hypolipidemic, immunomodulatory, analgesic, antifungal, antibacterial, antidiabetic, antiulcer, anticatatonic, and cardiovascular effects, have been confirmed by pharmacological studies. C. pluricaulis, also known as "Shankhpushpi" in Ayurvedic medicine, is highly prized for improving cognitive abilities, relieving neurological illnesses, and controlling hypertension. The species has been overfished due to its growing demand, which has resulted in the sale of unrelated plants as replacements.

In the process to make quick money, moneymakers often neglect the simple interest of the customers. In doing so the buyers get a defective product and this led to legal injury. In such case there is a violation of a right of the customer and he is entitled to file a suit to claim damages. But, this process came to be expensive, time consuming and not friendly for claims of small amounts. Furthermore, these suits were decided and based on maxim "ibi jus ubi remedia" which means where there is a right, there is a remedy. A Law of Tort principle. In these decisions the man got remedy but after a long battle in court. In this background the legislatives realized the need of a special law particularly for the consumers to gain remedy in speedy way and in more effective, efficient manner. This paper is one made during the course study of law which goes through the history of laws available to buyers to get remedy and how with change in time the consumer got the remedy of civil suit and how there were deficiency in such remedy, leading to development of Consumer Protection Act in India.
