Aim- The present study aims to understand the employment opportunity in cultivation of Sundarbans with special reference to patharpratima block of South 24 parganas in West Bengal. Method- Using the data from Department of Sundarban Affairs,Government of West Bengal,2020 census,in workers ( Main workers of Multi skills,Marginal workers,Other workers,Household industries,Non-working,Agriculture labour and Cultivators) from 19 blocks, the block level Employment Opportunity Index (EOI) is constructed. Results- The study reveals that inter-blocks variation of agriculture labour and cultivators in Sundarbans.Agriculture labour is lowest (4%) in Canning-i CD block and highest (10%) in Sandeshkhali-ii and Hingalganj. Two blocks,Mathurapur -i and Jaynagar-I remain lowest percentage (2%) of cultivators and Sagar block remains highest percentage ( 7%) of cultivators. Conclusion- Inspite of having agricultural land, there are less percentage of agricultural labour as well as cultivators of maximum blocks of Sundarbans.Dwellers of Sundarbans turn their face from agriculture and employment opportunity in cultivational field slowly decreased in different blocks. This study may help to review the different work field as employment opportunity, specially in patharpratima block.

The present study analyses how a young abandoned woman achieved success in her life despite experiencing childhood trauma, parental negligence, and societal discrimination, using the character Lula Ann Bridewell from Toni Morrison's God Help the Child as a case study. For a child, parents are solely responsible, and abandonment during childhood can lead to a complex phase that often results in trauma. Healing from trauma becomes more feasible when individuals possess self-confidence, self-empowerment and selfmotivation. Judith Herman Lewis' trauma theory explores the consequences and healing process of trauma, detailing how a traumatized child navigates obstacles imposed by the dominant society and establishes their self- Identity without familial support.

Emergency management in industrial plants is fundamental to ensuring operator safety. It involves analyzing two crucial aspects: system reliability and human reliability. System reliability refers to the capability of maintaining functional properties under variable work conditions, considering potential deviations due to unexpected events. However, system reliability is often compromised by the reliability of its weakest component. In complex processes, incidental situations may arise, with human reliability being the most vulnerable aspect. The complexity of systems significantly influences an operator's ability to make decisions during emergencies. This research aims to develop a new approach to evaluate human error probability (HEP) in thermal power plants, termed Systematic Human Reliability Analysis (SHRA). This approach considers both internal and external factors affecting operator performance. SHRA is based on integrating Nuclear Action Reliability Assessment (NARA), Simplified Plant Analysis Risk Human Reliability (SPAR-H), and Performance Shaping Factors (PSFs). The paper critiques existing literature, particularly addressing the limitations associated with working time. We estimated HEP after 8 hours (standard work shift) under emergency conditions. By correlating the strengths of the three methodologies, we propose a comprehensive HEP analysis for emergency scenarios. SHRA was applied in a thermal power plant accident scenario, evaluating 24 hours of working time. The results underscore the most critical internal and external factors impacting operator reliability. This new approach offers a robust framework for assessing human reliability during emergencies in thermal power plants.

The goal of the present pharmacological study is to ascertain if methanol extract from Abutilon grandifolium leaves may protect albino rats against yeast-induced pyrexia. Each of the six animals was split up into four groups for the experiment. First, the yeast-induced pyrexia process was standardized by injecting 15% yeast suspension (s.c.). The rectal temperature was thereafter taken on a regular basis. The anti-pyretic effectiveness of Abutilon grandifolium leaf methanolic extract (250 mg/kg & 500 mg/kg) was then evaluated using this established procedure. In experimental rats, the plant extract Abutilon grandifolium exhibited a noteworthy (P<0.01) antipyretic activity when the rats' body temperature was elevated by yeast. The information gathered during the investigation demonstrates the strong antipyretic activity of Abutilon grandifolium.

Banking Industry in India witnessed a large-scale merger in recent times, which was earlier often sought out solution in the corporate to improve the efficiency and profitability. Bank mergers are more often witnessed across Europe and America. We have witnessed few acquisitions/mergers in the past few decades after liberalization. Present situation of mergers in the Banking Industry is primarily due to the weak position of some banks with respect to recovery of loans. This would result in incurring losses and failing to meet the liquidity needs of the deposits side. There have been mergers both in Public Sector Banks and Private Sector Banks. It is also observed that some private banks have been acquired by public sector banks in the interest of depositors and investors. This research paper focuses on and analyses the factors that lead to the merger of Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank. Three years financial data before the merger decision of the three banks is collected for the analysis and three years data after the merger decision of these three banks. Data analysis is done on pre merger and post merger data with the help of mean. This research paper has concluded with that after the merger, the Bank of Baroda has increased their profitability level and even her volume of business in terms of total assets and even their return on equity.

Women who successfully promote their well-being by questioning societal norms and customs engage in a process known as women's empowerment. Participation in Self Help Groups (SHGs) had a major impact on women's empowerment in social and economic domains. The focus of this study is on women's empowerment through self-help organizations in Chitradurga, Karnataka. The data for the study was gathered from primary and secondary sources. A multistage random sampling procedure was the method employed. An average and percentage analysis was performed to provide a logical interpretation of the data. The reasons for entering the self-help group were ascertained using the Garret ranking method. Factor analysis was used to measure and determine the relationship between the variables that were observed. The results of the study indicated that the SHGs had a greater influence on the social and economic circumstances of the beneficiaries.

Using information taken from PubMed, this study provides a thorough examination of forensic nursing articles from 1997 to 2024. Recent years have seen a notable increase in interest in the discipline of forensic nursing, which combines clinical nursing practice with legal investigations. This analysis looks at annual publication counts spanning almost thirty years to find patterns, trends, and variations in the output of scholarly research in this field. The results show a consistent rise in publications throughout time, with noticeable highs and lows associated with different time periods. The field may be influenced by external causes and dynamic shifts in research focus, as evidenced by the peak in 2023 and subsequent minor fall in 2024. his temporal analysis provides valuable insights into the development and evolving priorities in forensic nursing, emphasizing the field's growing importance and the need for ongoing research to address emerging challenges and advancements in forensic practice.
