Dandruff is a scalp disorder common to human population. Many of the studies shows that the presence of Malassezia species cause dandruff but according to recent studies it is proved that bacteria has a larger role in causing dandruff, it is also revealed that bacteria had a stronger relationship with the severity of dandruff than fungi. Herbal shampoo consists of natural composition that avoids harsh chemicals making it gentle on the scalp and hair. The goal of this study is to formulate a herbal shampoo with pomegranate peel extract. Pomegranate peel extract is selected for its well-known antimicrobial properties on Staphylococcus epidermidis which is also proven to be a causative agent of dandruff. Based on UV Spectra Punicalagin, Punicalin, Ellagic acid were detected which have antibacterial property against the said bacteria, while flaxseed gel was chosen as a base for its shear thinning and thickening effects. The formulation process is focused on optimizing the concentration of the pomegranate peel extract, in this study we made three different formulations with increasing concentrations of Pomegranate Peel Extract (PPE), F1, F2, F3. Various parameters like physical parameters, foaming studies, cleaning action, wetting time, surface tension, percentage solid content are evaluated. The shampoo's anti-bacterial activity was evaluated, the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) was measured and compared with Clindamycin as standard using the agar well diffusion method. 200ul of the shampoo was found to have better zone of inhibition than Clindamycin 32mg/ml. The F-3 was found to have had lesser wetting time and better detergency compared to F-1 and 2. The solid content was 22.85 which was higher than F1 and F2 but is within the specifications. It decreased the surface tension better than F1 and F2. The pH was under acceptable range according to the skin pH.

Ayurvedic philosophy describes Amavata with symptoms complex similar to many Rheumatic diseases decribed in modern classics .In Ayurveda etiology, pathogenesis.sign and symptoms etc. of the diseases, are being used as diagnostic tools to diagnose the disease. So in this article a effort has been made to diagnose the disease and prevent the disease Amavata by elaborating the Nidana,Rupa,Samprapti,Sadhya asadhyata and Pathya apathy of this disease Ayurveda links this disease with the diathesis of Agni which in term leads to accumulation of a variety of byproducts of faulty digestion and metabolism in the system. Such morbid mentioned pathophysiology and specific target of therapeutic intervention in Amavata is around Agni and Ama. .Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease in which the immunological reactions are supposed to be initiated by a triggering agent. The triggering agent will be of either exogenous antigen or endogenous antigen by nature. The factor which supports the exogenous antigenicity of Ama is its protein and bacterial content. The formation of Ama in the circulation by the combination of excessively vitiated Doshas, explains the endogenous production of Ama.

The plant of Mollugo oppositifolia Linn is used in the treatment like skin diseases, increase appetite, cures kapha, piles, leukoderma, tonic of intestine, urinary infection, fever, cough, liver problem. Due to its excellent properties and potent constituents' activities like free radical scavenging and antioxidant activities, hepato protective effect, antiprotozoal activity, immunomodulating activity. Thus, the extract of Mollugo oppositifolia Linn (family: Mollunginaceae) leaves was examined using the antimicrobial activity by agar well diffusion method. Here the chloroform, pet.ether and ethanolic extracts of Mollugo oppositifolia Linn was tested at 20mg/ml concentration and evaluated against organism of staphylococcus aureus and proteus vulgaris. Ciprofloxacin was used as standard. The level of effect was determined by measuring zone of inhibition at room temperature for 48hrs and diameter of the zone of inhibition was measured and the average diameter for each sample was calculated. Analytical method of FTIR used to evaluated the extract of Mollugo oppositifolia Linn. Result of the preliminary phytochemical screening showed the presence of alkaloids, carbohydrates, steroids, glycosides, flavonoids, protein.

In this project, high speed, power efficient adders were designed at the cost of accuracy. The proposed design fixes the LSP of the implementation which will truncate half of the adder area and there by reduces the power consumption along with that the propagation delay can be minimized to half of it and further can be optimized by inner stage input-output pipelining to the parallel prefix adder to increase its speed. The MSP utilizes the accurate computation utilizes LUT's as resources and reduces the parameters by slightly increasing the error of approximate adders. Compared to the existing LEADx and APEx now our suggested adder is efficient in parameters and the design and simulation and effectiveness of the proposed method is synthesized using Xilinx Vivado.

The objective of this study is to investigate the mental health of pupil teachers. Descriptive study method has been used , data has been collected through Mental health which is based on four dimensions: cognitive, emotional, social, and self-concept dimensions. Findings shows 7.69% of the pupil-teachers have good mental health, 61.53% have average mental health, and 30.76% have poor mental health. Results on dimensions of mental health shows 33.5% people were good in cognitive health, 23.2% people were good in emotional health, 16.4% people were good in social health, and 26.6% people were good in self-concept. There is need for Systematic investments to support pupil teachers well-being, resilience, and feelings of self-efficacy to cope with the challenges at their workplace.

Premature hair greying, characterized by the onset of grey or white hair before the age typically expected for one's ethnicity, poses a significant dermatological and psychological concern. This phenomenon, influenced by genetic predisposition, Oxidative stress, various medical condition, environmental pollutants and smoking, contributes to melanocyte damage and subsequent greying. Furthermore, deficiencies in vitamins B12, D3, E and using progressive hair products have been implicated in accelerating the greying process. Ongoing research aims to elucidate molecular pathways and therapeutic interventions to mitigate premature hair greying and improve quality of life.

Due to the unemployment rate the people tend to commit the crimes to earn to make endsmeet.the main ideal of the study is to know the adding crime rates in India. An aggregate of 228 samples have been taken out of which is taken through a simple arbitrary slice. The independent variables taken also are age, gender, qualification, occupation, residence.and the dependent variables are utmost of the crimes done by juvenile malefactors are discipline for malefactors were effective in India the statistical tool used by the exploration is graph( mean), scaling. Kukkutanda swedan is a type of pinda swedan, this type of swedan comes under shankara sweda mentioned by Acharya Charaka. It is shingdha in nature and is used mainly in condition of muscles wasting, atrophy (shosha), shula (pain), sthambha (stiffness), and type of vata vyadhi. Osteoarthritis of knee is one of the major musculoskeleton abnormality found now a days. In Ayurveda osteoarthritis is correlated with sandhigata vata which is chronic, degenerative disorder characterized by gradual loss of articular cartilage. Shula Pradhan vedana is the cardinal features of this disease associated with vata purna druti sparsha, lack of movements of joints or painful movement of the joints. It is type of Vatavyadhi, which mainly occurs due to Dhatu shaithailya and Dhatukhaya. Kukkutanda swedan is explained in Bhavprakash madhyam khanda vatavyadhi chikitsa, it has mainly triple action of Snehana ,Swedana and Brimhana . The Snigdha Pinda swedana is usually done in different type vatavydhi like Ardita, Janusandhigata vata, Hanugrah,, atrophy, avabahuka, Greevasthama ,muscular disorders around the vertebral region and traumatic disorders . The present study aims to review the procedure of kukkutanda swedan through of various Ayurvedic and modern literatures, published research papers and text books.
