Machine learning has an obligatory reliance on causal inference which is actually the search for cause and effect relationships in observational data, that is crucial in a variety of fields like economics, healthcare, and social sciences. Traditional methods for causal inference often face challenges with high-dimensional information and interactions between variables that are complex, making such techniques unavailable for biased or imprecise estimates of treatment effects. This research presents a new method which links deep learning with instrumental variables to solve these problems thereby providing a strong empirical approach for causal inference in machine learning. Our study builds a deep learning model that captures intricate and nonlinear association among variables while utilizing instrumental variables to control unobserved confounding factors. Synthetic datasets as well as actual clinical data were used to validate our proposed approach. A simulated dataset was used where there were pre-defined causal relationships in a healthcare setting to enable examination of the validity under conditions strictly controlled by the investigator. Realistic public health and economic datasets have been used to illustrate the feasibility of our method. The outcomes of the experiment show that the application of our method increases the reveal of the real ATE and CATE comparing to the traditional approach. MSE for example and bias are some of the aspects that are minimized by the deep learning model hence provide a reliable chance or causal inference. It shows the effects of the treatment while in the case of more elaborate analysis, attention is given to the ability of the treatment to affect different groups. Based on these findings, it is possible to consider this new approach helpful for management of observational data, which are complicated in their nature; the proposed approach is useful for providing professionals of various fields with necessary information. This paper presents a new approach developed to eradicate any constraint observed in traditional procedures particularly when performed under high dimensionality; information that enlarges the understanding of the topic area. The interpretation skills of the model need improvement in the future, as well as its ability to autonomously choose relevant instruments and apply them in different fields. It is worth pointing out that this particular research helps us understand how causality works within complicated data composition, especially in machine-based inference among others

-Congenital Muscular Dystrophy (CMD) is one of the variants of muscle weakness disorders presenting early in life during infancy and soon after birth, most of these disorders are inherited and linked to specific genes.[1] The global prevalence of muscular dystrophy is 3.6 per 100,000 people.[2] CMDs are characterized by hypotonia, muscle weakness, and delays in achieving motor milestones.[3] There is no exact correlation for this disease in Ayurveda, however, it could be understood as Adibalapravrutta mamsadhatugata vatavyadhi (hereditary anomalies affecting muscle tissues due to vitiated Vata) Guidelines for the multidisciplinary care for Duchenne muscular dystrophy that address obtaining a genetic diagnosis and managing the various aspects of the disease have been established. In addition, a number of therapies that aim to restore the missing dystrophin protein or address secondary pathology have received regulatory approval and many others are in clinical development

In this research, we developed and evaluated a novel flaxseed-based hairl mask .containing tulsi (holy basil) and garlic oils aimed at addressing hair diseases like candidiasis. Tulsi is renowned for its diverse therapeutic properties like vitamin K content, antioxidant benefits, and its ability to stimulate hair growth. Garlic, another important component, has antimicrobial properties and contains selenium, which aids in eliminating scalp bacteria and enhancing blood circulation for improved hair growth. Tulsi and Garlic were selected as they show no or minimum side effects. Flaxseed contributes to hair nourishment and smoothing effects, complementing the therapeutic properties of tulsi and garlic. The formulation involves carbopol 934 at varying concentrations (1% to 2%) as gelling agent, while tulsi and garlic oils were incorporated at concentrations of 2%, 5%, and 8. Out of the nine formulations tested, F8 emerged as the most promising, demonstrating superior performance and stability over an extended duration. This report presents the findings of a comprehensive study involving Design of Experiments (DOE), preliminary testing, texture analysis, zeta potential measurements, and freeze-thaw evaluations. The developed formulation have the potential of incorporating Ayurvedic principles into cosmetic formulations, leveraging the synergistic effects of traditional ingredients to combat specific hair ailments like candidiasis. The developed flaxseed hair mask offers a promising alternative in the realm of natural hair care products, with potential implications for broader cosmetic applications rooted in Ayurvedic knowledge.
