Potholes are a serious risk to both public safety and the economy, but finding them usually requires labor- intensive, time-consuming manual inspections. This research explores the deep learning prospects for automated pothole recognition using a synergistic CNN and YOLO approach. For our pothole-detecting research, we have collaborated with CNN and used YOLOv5. These results demonstrate the deep learning prospects for automated pothole detection, which might enhance road safety, minimize car damage, and save maintenance expenses. Future directions that could be explored include pothole severity rating, mobile platform integration, and transfer learning.

Background of the study: The baby friendly hospital initiative (BFHI) was launched in 1991 as a global campaign to prepare health systems and mobilize health care workers to protect, promote and support breastfeeding. The initiative aims to give every baby best start in life by creating a health care environment that supports breastfeeding as the norm. it therefore provides a framework that enables mothers to acquire the skill they need to breastfeed exclusively for the first six months.

Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, also known as the "Night-Flowering Jasmine," has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In this study, we developed an antioxidant face serum incorporating Nyctanthes arbor-tristis extract as the primary active ingredient. The serum was formulated to protect the skin from oxidative stress, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and improve skin elasticity and firmness. The Nyctanthes arbor-tristis extract-based serum significantly scavenged free radicals, reduced inflammation, and improved skin hydration. This novel formulation offers a natural and effective solution for promoting skin health and protection, making it an attractive addition to the growing market of natural and organic skincare products. Nyctanthes arbor-tristis Linn, also referred to as Parijat or night jasmine, is one such plant. This plant, which belongs to the Oleaceae family, grows natively in tropical and subtropical climates across the globe. It has several therapeutic and pharmacological qualities, although being mainly valued for its aesthetic qualities. Each portion of this significant traditional plant from India has therapeutic significance and a variety of pharmacological effects, including antibacterial, antifungal, antipyretic, antihistaminic, antimalarial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. It is utilized in Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani medicine. Phytochemicals such as flavanol glycoside, oleanic acid, tannic acid, carotene, friedeline, lupeol, glucose, and benzoic acid compounds are found in Nyctanthes arbor-tristis. Nyctanthes arbor-tristis may be a less expensive and potentially harmful substitute for pharmaceutical medications.

Indigofera suffruticosa, commonly known as Indigofera anil L, is a plant traditionally used in various folk medicines for its diuretic properties. This study aimed to evaluate the diuretic activity of Indigofera suffruticosa through experimental models. The plant material was extracted using aqueous solvents, and the extracts were screened for diuretic activity using spargue dawley rats. Diuretic activity was assessed by measuring urine output, electrolyte excretion, and urine pH. Results indicated that the aqueous extract of Indigofera suffruticosa exhibited significant diuretic activity compared to the control group, with a notable increase in urine volume and electrolyte excretion. The findings suggest that Indigofera suffruticosa possesses potential diuretic properties, supporting its traditional use in folk medicine. Further studies are warranted to elucidate the underlying mechanisms and identify active constituents responsible for its diuretic effects.

Vitamin B12 deficiency in early childhood is an important cause of neurodevelopmental delay and regression. Most of these cases occur in exclusively breast-fed infants of deficient mothers. Symptoms and signs of vitamin B12 deficiency appear between the ages of 2 to 12 months and include vomiting, lethargy, failure to thrive, hypotonia, and arrest or regression of developmental skills. Approximately one half of this cases exhibit abnormal movements, variously described as tremors, twitches, chorea, or myoclonus. Urinary concentrations of methylmalonic acid and homocysteine are characteristically elevated in vitamin B12 deficiency. Hyperglycinuria is sometimes present. The early diagnosis and treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency is crucial for significant neurological impairment and long-term prognosis. Treatment with vitamin B12 corrects these metabolic abnormalities very rapidly (within a few days). Vitamin B12 supplementation of pregnant women may prevent neurological and neuroradiological findings of the infants. Because of the importance of vitamin B12 in the development of the foetal and neonatal brain, vegetarian and vegan mothers should be aware of the severe and not fully-reversible damages caused by insufficient nutritional intake of vitamin B12 during pregnancy and lactation. Therefore, efforts should be directed to prevent its deficiency in pregnant and breastfeeding women on vegan diets and their infants. It is also important to take the nutritional history of both infants and their mothers for the early prevention and treatment. Here an interesting case of vitamin B12 deficiency in a 10-month- old boy presented with psychomotor regression, hypotonia and lethargy.

The novel The Palace of Illusions is an extremely engrossing story of Draupadi, who is an embodiment of strength and sacrifice. The paper examines the illusion and the reality in the novel. The novel is the retelling of epic Mahabharata from the feminist view. Draupadi, who is the mouthpiece of the novelist, posed a strong role. The story is about the epic Mahabharata, which is a bundle of lessons and learning for the whole mankind. The feminist perspective is also discussed in the paper, that how patriarchy portrays the objectification of the women. Draupadi is also treated as a possession in the game of dice and how she is easily won by Kauravas. The humiliation and the violence that is faced by Draupadi are similar to the violence faced by women of contemporary times.

The Indian Railways, known for its extensive network, transports millions of passengers daily, emphasizing importance of passenger safety (Martis & Daniel, 2023). Loco pilots play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely operation of trains, facing long hours, irregular schedules, and heavy workloads that contribute to occupational stress. This study focuses on loco pilots' perceptions of occupational stress, job satisfaction, and their well-being, gaining an understanding of the causes, symptoms, challenges, and coping strategies associated with occupational stress. The objectives of the present study were: 1) To ascertain from loco pilots (both male and female) their: (a) perception of their wellbeing (b) meaning of the term occupational stress (c) causes of occupational stress at workplace (d) emotional symptoms of occupational stress; 2) To elicit from loco pilots (both male and female) the occupational stress related challenges or difficulties faced by them: (a) in maintaining family relationships (b) while operating locomotive; 3) To identify from loco pilots (both male and female): (a) actions that a loco pilot or individual should take in order to minimize or avoid occupational stress at the workplace (b) the respondent's perception of action taken by Railways to reduce or avoid occupational stress at workplace (c) factors influencing job satisfaction at workplace; 4) To develop guidelines to promote the wellbeing of loco pilots based on the review of literature and the data obtained from the objectives. Descriptive method of research design was used. The total sample consisted of 65 loco pilots. When asked about the meaning of the term "occupational stress" as loco pilots working in Indian Railways, a large majority of them mentioned it as a heavy responsibility for operating the train (78%), while little more than half of them mentioned poor employment conditions (55%). Regarding actions Railways should take to reduce occupational stress, majority of loco pilots reported regular assessment of workload distribution (61%), while little more than half suggested granting approval for leave requests (54%). Additionally, little less than half mentioned conducting regular stress management workshops (48%). Little more than one third of the loco pilots reported having sightly low wellbeing (35%) while little more than quarter reported moderate (32%). However, only a few of the loco pilots reported high wellbeing (11%). This study therefore provides us with the wellbeing and job satisfaction of loco pilots working for Indian Railways and contributes by providing guidelines to promote the wellbeing of loco pilots
