 Abstract

: Now a days, object discovery is used encyclopedically in multitudinous fields similar as, videotape surveillance, rambler displays, vilification discovery, tone- driving buses and appearance recognition etc. Efficient and reliable monitoring of wild animals in their natural habitats is essential to inform conservation and management decisions. Since there are large number of different animals, manually relating them can be a delicate task. So, it's delicate to classify animals grounded on their images and cover them more efficiently. Also, it's important to make a count of animals as they're being defunct now a days, so to save them we've to keep a note duly so that we can take important measures to save them. In being system there's only homemade checking where a mortal being need to present to keep a count of animals. Which take so much of time to identify the animals. To overcome those problems, we're introducing an automatic relating and counting the animals by using deep learning methods. This process gives an accurate result to detects and keep proper count of animals.

 Abstract

Organochlorine (OC) pesticides are synthetic pesticides widely used all throughout the world. They are belonging to the group of chlorinated hydrocarbon derivatives, which have vast application in the chemical industry and in agriculture. The aim of the study was the organochlorine pesticides persistent in the environment and their toxic effects on breathing organisms. These compounds are known for their high toxicity persistent in the environment, slow degradation and bioaccumulation. Even though many of the chlorinated compounds which belong to OC were banned in developed countries, the use of these agents has been rising. This concerns particularly abuse of these chemicals which is in practice across the continents. Though pesticides have been developed with the concept of target organism toxicity, often non-target species are affected badly by their application. The purpose of this review is to list the major classes of pesticides, to understand pesticides based on their activity and persistence, and also to understand their biochemical toxicity.

 Abstract

The academic performance of the students during the high school is considered to be more important for their future career. The academic performance is affected by various factors internally and externally. To overcome all the challenges during their studies in high school, emotional intelligence is very important. Low emotional intelligence among students might affect their performance in academics. But empirical evidence for this is very minimal and thus this research has been conducted to find whether emotional intelligence affects the academic performance of the students by analyzing their high school Tamilnadu state board examination results. This research uses a descriptive method of research. The population used in this study was high school students who have completed their 12th standard as per the Tamilnadu state board Examination in Coimbatore area, and as many as 287 students were sampled in this study by random sampling. The data analysis was a simple linear regression test using IBM SPSS 23. The result of this study shows that the relationship between variables of 0.543 in a positive direction, with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.374, which means that independent variables have an influence of 37.4% on dependent variables. Referring to the calculated F value = 62.869 with a Sig. rate of 0.000 < 0.05 means that the null hypothesis is rejected, and the research hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, emotional intelligence positively affects students' academic performance.

 Abstract

The outbreak of Novel Corona Virus has throttled the entire world economy. The pandemic has created a profound shock with different implications for both male and female. It is witnessed that women have served on the frontlines against COVID 19 and the impact of the crisis on women is stark. There has occurred an economic downfall due to this pandemic which has affected the gender inequality in the labour market both in short run and long run. Again, there has occurred a change in the job pattern especially in case of female as during lockdown period they were overburdened with household work and child care work. Female counterpart has shown interest towards the gig work where they may find flexibility in terms of timing or shift of job. In this paper an attempt has been made to study mode of female employment during 2017/18-2021/22. Mode of employment is classified into three categories- self-employment, regular salaried employment and casual labour. The extent of casualisation has declined not because of the fall in casual labour but because of fall in regular salaried employment during the period 2017/18-2021/22. However, invention of Covid vaccine, social awareness, proper implementation of Covid protocols have played a vital role for handling this crisis gradually. With the passage of time, we are able to overcome the worst situation. In recent time, it is observed that the status of female counterpart in the workforce participation has slightly improved as compared to the previous situation.

 Abstract

The present study was delimited to the Government and Private school students of Kalaburgi district. The study was also delimited to students of age group 13-19 years. The study was further delimited to the selected postural deformities viz. kyphosis, scholiosis. Lordosis, bow-leg, knock-knee and flat-feet. The total sample side was 200 (100 rural, 100 urban) school students of rural and urban areas of Kalaburgi district. Kyphosis was measured more in urban school students while as knock-knee and flat feet were measured more in rural areas respectively. The kyphosis, scoliosis, lordosis, bow-leg, knock-knee were measured with the help of plumb line while as the flat- feet was measured with the help of foot impression. Frequencies and Percentage were used to analyze date. The study revealed that (11%) school students were Postural deformed. It was found that rural school students (7%) were more pastorally deformed then that of urban school students (4%). The date of study was analyzed to the test the association between the rural and urban school students under age of 13-18 years.

 Abstract

The main aim of this study is to find out effectiveness of cognitive apprenticeship model on achievement in dimensions of cognitive processes among secondary school students in mathematics subject. The investigator used pre-test -post-test non-equivalent group design. This study is conducted on the population of secondary school students in Davangere district. The present study will be conducted on the representative sample of 80 students of IX standard of Davangere district. Self-prepared achievement test containing 50 questions of 1 mark each was used for data collection. The result shows that there exist significant difference between the post-test mean score of experimental group and control group of all dimensions of cognitive processes

 Abstract

Context: The prolonged standing position is an important factor in the onset of foot musculoskeletal disorders among salesperson. The subtalar joint is in neutral when it is neither pronated nor supinated. The incorrect foot position causing excessive and prolonged pronation or supination during standing phase with biomechanical abnormalities would be believed to increase the risk of overuse injuries. A goniometer-based measurement method was created, but the results were unreliable. As a result, this method of measuring calcaneal angle is more efficient and dependable Aim: The main aim of this study is to evaluate hindfoot alignment especially calcaneal angle deviation from center in weight-bearing position using laser beam in salesperson Methods and material: An cross sectional study was conducted among 100 salesperson of age group 20-30 year. Their hindfoot alignment of both the foot using Lazer beam were measured. Any calcaneal deviations like inversion or eversion or central alignment were noted. Results: Among the 100 participants collected, there was prevalence of musculoskeletal injuries and pain in 86% of participants. The most common prevalence of pain was in low back (62%), knees (30%), shoulders (27%) and wrist (18%). 2 Conclusion: It is evident that delivery boys are exposed to a lot of musculoskeletal discomforts and have complaints of pain in low back, shoulders, knees, and wrist. The factors such as carrying weight, long working hours, and static faulty posture are the risk factors for these groups of people.
