Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) play a significant role in fostering a nation's economic development by providing services that prioritize the overall welfare and support other institutions and enterprises. Their operations differ considerably from those of private-sector businesses. However, challenges such as communication skill deficiencies, inadequate management, delayed decision-making, and political interference have impeded the functioning and integrity of these PSUs. To address these issues, a qualitative analysis of various PSUs suggests the implementation of regular audits and meetings as a means to improve communication skills among employees. Furthermore, recognizing that PSUs are government-controlled entities, minimizing political interference is crucial. Additionally, comparing the internal issues of the top four PSUs in the country has revealed that limited funds have hindered their recruitment processes and research programs, as well as their ability to establish international relations. To maintain the integrity of these PSUs, it is recommended to open doors to young and dedicated individuals who are keen to contribute to the respective organizations, based on their specific requirements. By doing so, PSUs can continue to make significant contributions to the country's economic development while adapting to their unique operational environment.

Leadership and management are important components of the nursing profession, essential to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The review works aims to explore the status of Nurse Leaders and their involvement in the process of decision making in the state of Assam. It has been observed that non availability of Nurse Leaders in the state of Assam coupled with non-involvement of them in the process of decision making jeopardized the health care delivery and the health indicators as well. Conclusion: Leaders play a key role in effective management of professionals, create good working environment and influence in positive outcomes of health indicators. Quality nursing education forms the backbone of professionally sound nurses and midwives in the country.

Today, there are a number of voluntary associations operating in our country. Since 1970, attempts have been made to unite the efforts of voluntary organizations through formation of consumer federation groups throughout the country. States have started organizing national conventions. The second National Convention that was held in New Delhi in 1991 gave rise to the formation of Confederation of Indian Consumer Organisations (CICO). Thus, it was for the first time many of the consumer organizations came together to form a "National Consumer Organization". Today it has got members from various states and has mustered enough consumer power to influence the Government to act in favour of consumers. If consumer organizations join together to form larger confederations, it is hoped that the consumer movement will gain momentum to solve the problems of consumers. If the Government protects its citizen till awareness is generated, there is no doubt that the consumer movement in our country will develop and catch momentum in its real spirit.

The demand of electric power is increasing gradually with the advancement of modern technology & engineering. Because the demand of electricity in urban areas or in industrial zones is large in amount & also more important than the rural areas, there exists a shortage of electric power supply facilities for rural households or remote location from the cities. In this case, Solar Energy is a promising solution to meet the demand for electricity services of rural areas in developing countries like Bangladesh. The effectiveness & stability of small PV systems for rural development is needed to be monitored for successful installment of Solar Panel. In order to analyze the system & modify it for cost reduction a data capturing unit should be constructed that can store the voltages & currents at three different terminals. A microcontroller operated Smart Data Logger can perform this work with high accuracy & precision maintaining the system cost much less than the conventional system. This paper deals with the design and implementation of a low cost data logger for solar home system. An experimental set up is designed and implemented and the paper illustrates the working principle, data observation and analysis, limitations, and future aspects of a low cost data logger for solar home system.

The objective of this study is to provide experimental data that could be used to predict the effectiveness and performance of a plate fin heat exchange for low temperature conditions. In this study, plate fin heat exchangers are tested with a variation of themass flow rate. Plate fin heat exchangers are widely used in cryogenic liquefaction. Such heat exchangers have high fin density and offer narrow passages for the fluid flow which often leads to significant pressure drop. The stringent requirement of high effectiveness and excessive pressure drop occurring in plate fin heat exchanger makes it necessary to test the heat exchanger before using in any system. An Numerical setup is made in the laboratory to test the plate fin heat exchanger at cryogenic temperature. In this setup compressed Nitrogen gas will be passed through the plate fin heat exchanger as hot stream. The hot stream gas will be passed through a liquid Nitrogen coil heat exchanger to cool the high pressure gas. The cold gas is then passed as a reverse stream of the plate fin heat exchanger. The effectiveness and pressure drop data is simulated with ANSYS software and also compared with other correlations to confirm the accuracy of the experiment.

The quality of work life in connection to gender and types of secondary school teachers is a topic of the current study. Simple random sampling techniques were used to choose samples from 114 secondary school teachers. The study methodology was a descriptive survey. Quality of Work Life Scale (QWLS), constructed and adapted by the researcher, was used to collect data. Quality of Work Life Scale is made up of Job Security, Equitable Pay and Rewards, Justice in the Work Place and Supervision. According to the research, there is no significant difference between Quality of Work Life of Male and Female Secondary School Teachers and there is no significant difference between Quality of Work Life of Government and Private Secondary School Teachers.

The COVID-19 pandemic has inaugurated a new era when internet meal delivery services have become an essential part of people's daily lives. This study looks at user satisfaction with pandemic-related digital meal courier services. However, this work investigates the reasons why customers chose to use or not during a major worldwide disaster app-based meal delivery services based on multiple aspects. The majority of previous studies assess client satisfaction in the context of online food delivery services on a general level. To gather data, secondary sources have been used. The study found that the majority of individuals utilised food delivery applications, mainly during "June and August", and that they trusted cafes, food brands, and couriers more than the other groups. It was unclear whether meals, food delivery, or support staff would take the necessary proper procedures while delivering to the next group of clients.

Senior citizens, often known as people in their elderly years, are becoming more prevalent in developing nations. Slowly, the responsibility for caring for the elderly is moving from families to community-level old age facilities for individuals who are financially strapped, lack family care, or are homeless. In most developing nations, older people who are institutionalised for housing, healthcare, rehabilitation, and amusement do not have enough knowledge of their health issues. The purpose of this study is to determine the issues facing senior housing facilities in urban areas

Sensibility plays an important role in literature. Basically, sensibility is the key to literary creation and reception. Literature originates from the heart and reaches the heart. A writer is rich in sensitive personality; his deeper observation and response to the socio-historical condition of his time are often reflected metaphorically in his works. He looks at an event or situation from a different perspective than the common man, examines it, understands its depth, and contemplates it in the context of its long-term consequences. Literary sensibility ignites the light in the darkness and a ray of hope in despair. Habib Tanvir portrays the contradictions of society, politics, religion, history, and culture. His plays are a sensitive response to the socio-political system of his time. As a close observer of Indian politics and politicians, he has brought out these experiences in his plays. His theatre is politically drenched to expose political hypocrisy, conspiracies, corruption, and malpractices to destroy truth in order to gain power. His plays like Hirma Ki Amar Kahani are good examples of various aspects of corrupt politics. Nepotism and the selfishness of the politicians and their lust for power is giving rise to social hatred, caste discrimination and religious riots. Police and bureaucrats have become puppets in the hands of politicians. In this way, Habib Tanvir has tried to bring the naked reality of politics in front of the society.
