In an era inundated with digital information, the proliferation of fake news poses significant challenges to public discourse, democratic processes, and societal trust. Media literacy emerges as a crucial tool in equipping individuals with the skills and awareness necessary to navigate this landscape effectively. This paper explores the role of media literacy in combating fake news by enhancing critical thinking, digital literacy, and information evaluation among users. By fostering a deeper understanding of how information is produced, disseminated, and manipulated in digital environments, media literacy empowers individuals to discern credible sources from misinformation. Drawing upon theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence, this study examines the effectiveness of media literacy interventions in different contexts and demographic groups. It discusses key components of media literacy education, such as source verification techniques, bias recognition, and the cultivation of skepticism without cynicism. Furthermore, the paper evaluates current challenges and opportunities in promoting media literacy, including the role of educators, policymakers, and technology platforms in fostering a more informed and resilient society. By advocating for the integration of media literacy into educational curricula and public awareness campaigns, this research underscores its potential to mitigate the harmful impacts of fake news and promote informed civic engagement in the digital age.

The interplay between law and theatre in India presents a compelling narrative of control, resistance, and cultural evolution. This paper explores the intricate legal framework that governs Indian drama, with a particular focus on the historical and contemporary implications of the Dramatic Performances Act of 1876. Enacted during British colonial rule, the Act was designed to regulate and censor theatrical performances deemed seditious or obscene, thereby curbing the burgeoning nationalist sentiments expressed through theatre. Through a detailed analysis, this paper traces the Act's origins, its enforcement, and its enduring legacy in the post-colonial era. It examines how the Act and subsequent legislation have shaped the development of Indian theatre, influencing both its form and content. The research delves into key legal texts, historical records, and landmark court cases to illustrate the ongoing tension between artistic freedom and regulatory control. The paper also highlights the role of theatre as a medium of social commentary and political resistance, showcasing how dramatists and performers have navigated legal constraints to address pressing social issues such as caste discrimination, gender inequality, and political corruption. Contemporary instances of censorship and legal challenges faced by theatre practitioners are discussed, providing a comprehensive overview of the current landscape.

Jean-Jacques Rousseau, a Genevan philosopher, writer, and composer, was a key figure in the Enlightenment, the French Revolution, and contemporary political, economic, and educational thought. 'Emile' is the noble creation of Rousseau. This qualitative study examined the 'Emile' with its revolutionary pedagogical insights for modern education. The present study also enlightened Rousseau's educational philosophy through 'Emile'. The researcher has found that Rousseau's naturalistic educational philosophy, rooted in human nature and self-discovery, has influenced modern educational theories like constructivism and student-centered learning approaches. Rousseau's philosophy emphasizes holistic development, natural talent cultivation, and ethical education, guiding educators in designing meaningful educational experiences. His ideas shape global educational systems and philosophies, including citizenship education, self-esteem, negative education, learning by experience, religious education, educational reform, and women's education. Rousseau believed in contrasting native and foreign cultures, giving self-esteem to childhood, avoiding negative education, learning by experience, and promoting a balance between teachers and students. His ideas continue to influence educational reform movements worldwide and continue to impact modern methods.

Kerala is a state with high Life expectancy, low infant mortality rate, birth rate and death rate. Health literacy rate also is high in this state. Free Immunization to children since birth is provided by this state. Government is providing health awareness to the public through Aasha workers. Most of the people are welcoming this. Still very few populations are reluctant to take this vaccination to their children. Uneducated parents are against the vaccination. Even after the continuous awareness from Govt heath workers, they are not ready to give vaccinations to their children. 1% of population is very non cooperative to government health policies. They prefer to deliver in home without any proper medical care. They are completely against vaccinations due to their religious believes. Educated parents are welcoming Govt policies and properly taking vaccinations. Lack of proper education and the seriousness of the deadly diseases among parents are major reasons for reluctancy to government's Immunization programme among children.

Abstract: The custard apple, or Annona squamosa L, is a hybrid of the sugar apple (Annona squamosa) and the cherimoya (Annona cherimola) species of the Annonaceae family. In tropical and subtropical regions including north and south America, Asia, Africa, and Australia, it is extensively grown. There are around 119 species of trees and shrubs in the genus Annona, which is one of the 120 genera in the Annonaceae family. Over 105 species have been documented in tropical America, home to most species. Annona fruits are currently gaining attention from those who are interested in eating foods that promote health because of its phytochemical composition, whose actions have not before been investigated. This plant possesses the seed, peel, and pulp of two cultivars of Annona squamosa (Annona b. and Annona h.) that have potential anticancer, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties in vitro. The primary sources of bioactive chemicals in plants are their fruits and waste products. The plant sample displays a wide range of bioactive components, including glycosides, proteins, carbohydrates, saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and phenolics. These constituents have been shown to possess notable antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer, and skin-protective qualities. The leaves have a high protein content and contain essential oils that are rich in terpenes and sesquiterpenes, which have been demonstrated to have medicinal properties.

This study explores the attitudes of higher secondary school students towards e-learning, focusing on their gender and school management. Utilizing a descriptive methods approach, data were collected through surveys from a sample of 160 students across various Provincialised and private schools of Guwahati. The results indicate more than 70% of higher secondary school students' level of attitude toward e-learning is average and above and the maximum (38.8%) higher secondary school students have average level of attitude towards e-learning. Gender plays an important role in attitude towards e-learning. That means higher secondary boys and girls differ significantly in this regard. Attitudes of higher secondary girls are more toward e-learning than higher secondary boys. Management of the school is not a contributory factor for developing the attitude of higher secondary students towards e-learning. The attitude of higher secondary students from private institutions is more than Provincialised higher secondary students towards e-learning. The findings suggest the need for improved e-learning infrastructure and support systems to enhance the effectiveness of digital education. This research provides insights for educators and policymakers to understand better and address the needs and expectations of students in the evolving landscape of e-learning.
