The aim of the present investigation is to evaluate the gastroprotective effects of ethanolic extracts of Acacia Longifolia leaves against Indomethacin Induced gastric ulcers in rats. Peptic ulcer disease is a major health problem with multifactorial etiology. Peptic ulcer is a lesion of gastric or duodenal mucosa occurring at a site where the mucosal epithelium is exposed to aggressive factors. In spite of the vast amount of research on ulcer, the cause of chronic peptic ulceration is still not clear. Although in most of the cases the etiology of the ulcers is unknown, it is generally accepted that they result from an imbalance between aggressive factors and the maintenance of mucosal integrity through endogenous defence mechanisms. To regain the balance, different therapeutic agents including plant extracts are used. Acacia Longifolia leaf extract is one such herbal drug currently undertaken to evaluate its anti-ulcer potential.

Using graded oral doses (100 and 200 mg/kg body weight) for 15 days, Lantana Achyranthifolia ethanolic leaf extracts were given to diabetic Wistar rats that had been given "alloxan monohydrate" to induce diabetes. The purpose of the study was to assess the antidiabetic and antihyperlipidemic effects of the extracts. Significant antidiabetic action was demonstrated by the extract (p<0.001). Furthermore, after receiving extract treatments, the rats' reduced body weight considerably improved. When compared to the diabetic control group, the extract therapy also improved the serum insulin level in the diabetic rats. Utilizing in vivo methods, assess the antidiabetic potential of Lantana Achyranthifolia's ethanolic leaf extract. In the context of in vivo investigations, blood glucose levels were observed at various time points following the administration of different dosages of the extract to assess its hypoglycemic (100 mg/kg b.w.) and antihyperglycemic (200 mg/kg b.w.) effects in rats with diabetes and normoglycemia. When diabetic rats were given the extract orally every day for 15 days, their serum transaminase, triglyceride, and cholesterol levels were all significantly reduced; yet, their HDL-cholesterol levels were shown to be improved (p<0.001) when compared to the diabetic control group. In rats with diabetes and neither hyperglycemia nor hypoglycemia, the plant extract significantly reduced and prevented hyperglycemia.

Due to their possible pharmacological properties, which include antineoplastic, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-diabetic, anti-hypertensive, and antidiarrheal properties, medicinal plants have been employed in the treatment of a wide range of illnesses. The therapeutic value of a medicinal plant is determined by its phytoconstituents, either separately or in combination. Among the significant phytochemicals with a variety of biological activity are alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolics, tannins, saponins, steroids, glycosides, terpenes, etc. By identifying the phytochemicals in a plant, one can anticipate its pharmacological activity. Even though phytochemicals are now determined using a variety of contemporary methods, traditional qualitative assays are still widely used for plants' initial phytochemical screening. Phytochemicals are the best remedies to all kind of diseases and disorders throughout the world. There are a lot of plants, and its sources are playing a role as a heart, liver and kidney savers. In our present investigation, the chlorophytum tuberosum leaves extract used for the hepatoprotective activity. The phytochemicals present in the hydroalcoholic leaves extracts were analyzed using preliminary biochemical analysis. The animals were divided into five groups, in that apart from the first group (normal control), group-2 are induced with Isoniazid. Group-3, group-4 were experimental group treated with chlorophytum tuberosum leaves extract 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg and group-5 treated with standard drug. The increasing of enzymes and bilirubin, triglycerides and cholesterol and decreasing protein shows the liver damage. These levels are changed into normal range indicates efficiency of our plant drug.

A woman lives many lives in one cycle. She represents 'prakruthi' which means nature in Indian philosophy. She symbolizes 'shakti' power that energizes the system. Health plays a vital role in every individual's life. In India, improving access to health care is essential for achieving gender equality. Meeting women's health needs and eliminating gender inequality are moral imperatives and investment in women's health should therefore not requires justification. Women work harder and longer than men in all sectors. Women in India work over one and half hour more than men everyday; making this difference in total work hours the maximum is nearly 30 countries a report shows. In many countries, developed and developing women suffer special pressures of health since jobs are considered to be secondary importance where medical and health facilities are inadequate. Work participation is linked to several socioeconomic factors affecting living conditions and public health. So, work life is an important field for the equalization of social differences and gender inequalities. It is due to possible causes such as gender differences in burden of care for children and relatives, workload, nature of work, work environment, career choices and attitudes etc. The work load and health is complex and multi-factorial owing to variations in the environment and sociolect-economical conditions in developing countries. The majority of women today simultaneously occupy demanding work and family roles. Combining job and family responsibilities can be difficult & most popular presumption is that women's health is bound to suffer from increasing employment. It reflects the job stress model which posits that jobs involve sufficient pressures that may harm women's physical and mental well- being. This study concludes the need for understanding women's health, because women's well being is mainly based on health

The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has emerged as a transformative force within the Indian banking sector, transforming the way financial transactions are conducted. This study dives into the multifaceted effects of UPI on banks, analysing its implications on various aspects including customer behaviour, operational efficiency, competition, and regulatory framework. With its seamless and user-friendly interface, UPI has facilitated a sudden increase in adoption rates among consumers across diverse demographic segments. Banks have leveraged UPI to modernize their backend systems, automate routine tasks, and optimize resource allocation, leading to tangible improvements in service delivery and cost management. The transition towards digital payments is expected to fuel an increase in impulsive buying behaviour among individuals, further impacting the banking sector and consumer spending patterns. Traditional banks are facing increased pressure from non-banking entities such as fintech startups and digital wallets, which leverage UPI as a platform to offer innovative payment solutions. To analyse the impact of UPI on banking sector applications, how it influences the behaviour of normal people in impulsive buying and convenience of digitalisation. To analyse the use of UPI apps like Gpay, Phonepe etc. In conclusion, the advent of the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) in India has transformed the landscape of digital payments, offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility. However, its rapid adoption has brought forth challenges in the banking sector. While UPI transactions reduce fee-based income for banks and intensify competition from fintech players, they also necessitate substantial investments in cybersecurity and infrastructure. Moreover, the shift towards digital payments may strain banks' margins and interest income. In the foreseeable future, as digital payments become increasingly prevalent, the role of hard currency is likely to diminish, further reshaping the banking landscape.
