Classifications of chiral chromatography, focusing on normal phase and reversed phase methodologies. The criteria for selecting chiral stationary phases (CSPs), mobile phase compositions, and different chromatographic techniques such as HPLC, GC, SFC, CE, and SMB are thoroughly examined. Recent progress in CSP development, multidimensional chromatography, and environmentally friendly chromatography practices are highlighted. Moreover, the review addresses the challenges and future prospects in chiral chromatography, emphasizing the need for enhanced chiral selectivity, sustainability, automation, and integration with cutting-edge detection techniques. Practical applications across pharmaceuticals, environmental monitoring, food industry, forensic science, and biomedical research are discussed to underscore the versatility and significance of chiral chromatography in scientific and industrial settings. Overall, this review provides a comprehensive analysis of chiral chromatography's pivotal role in advancing enantiomeric analysis, ensuring product quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and fostering scientific innovations across diverse sectors.

Originally, diaspora refers to the dispersion of the Jews beyond Israel. It is otherwise known as a scattered population whose origin lies in a separate locale. Historically too, diaspora goes back to the Bible era when the Jews exiled from Israel by the Babylonians. The term Diaspora is derived from ancient Greek language which means "Scatter about". But the term is now described to show any large migration of refugees, language or culture.

As India is still a developing country, many old and weak structures need to be demolished and reconstructed due to their insufficient bearing capacity or due to increase in population demand and many other several factors. But alternatively strengthening of structural elements of existing building proves to be more economical and time saving rather than demolishing the entire structure and reconstructing. Based on the correct survey and analysis of the existing structure with appropriate strengthening measures we can achieve required strength of a structural element to fulfill the current demand of the structure. Many of the Indian buildings are constructed of Reinforced Cement Concrete, hence RCC jacketing to existing structural elements is most commonly practiced in India. Many case studies have proved that RCC jacketing method gives satisfactory results. In this study a commercial RCC building is taken where it is required to strengthen its structural elements so that it can withstand the proposed additional floor loads.

Jhumpa Lahiri's novel The Lowland, traces the fate of tender fraternal bonds torn asunder by violent politics. Lahiri's delineation of the narrative events purports to show how the absence of loved ones becomes covertly a portent haunting presence within the subconscious mind of the affected characters directing their overt actions to their own consequential ways of life through which they are goaded on. When their respective paths crisscross, Lahiri proves herself to be adept at depicting the unhappiness at the core of the intricate interpersonal relations that materializes. This write-up attempts to grasp the import of this novel by situating the author's unique presence both in the post millennium Indian English fiction as well as in the fabric of the narrative. Its analytical method moves from an elaborate study of the tortuous plot through a network of characterization, scrutiny of the multiplex narration leading to a medley of themes that have contemporary appeal.

Engineering solutions have involved in everyone's life ,most importantly are those aiming to help people with disabilities ,however, the modern assistance devices with their current prices are not meeting the requirements of the market. This project is mainly focusing on people with visual impairments and more specifically their education life. It is presenting a concept of smart glasses to provide assistance in multiple tasks represented as modes to be chosen by the user. To prove the concept, this project implements only one mode which is reading using text detection techniques. Smart spectacles or smart glasses are wearable smart glasses that add information along side to what user sees. Alternatively, smart glasses are sometimes defined as wearable computer glasses that are able to change their optical properties at run time. Smart sun glasses which are programmed to change tint by electronic means these are an Example of the latter type of smart glasses. Superimposing information onto a field of view is achieved through an optical head- mounted display (OHMD) or embedded wire less glasses with transparent heads-up display (HUD) or augmented reality (AR) overlay. Smart glasses are may collect information from internal or external sensors. It may control or retrieve data from other instruments or computers.

The study focusses on the impact of Art education in the development of personality and social behaviour. The study mainly concentrated on the teacher training students of Palakkad district. Sample of 50-100 teacher training students were taken for the study. It was found that including art education in teacher training students showed positive results in the behaviour and personality of the students. Students who highly involved showed better academic performance also. They were found stress free and energetic after giving sessions related to art education.

BACKGROUND: Depression, anxiety and stress are one of the most common problems in student's life. Depression, anxiety and stress are cause due to teenage brain, assignment, project, exam failure etc. if this activities done that leads to hypertension and leads to depression, anxiety and stress in students. OBJECTIVE: To study on assessment of depression, anxiety and stress among the agriculture students (dass-21) METHODOLOGY: A total 102 participants were included. The data was collected with DASS-21(Depression, Anxiety and Stress Survey - Questionnaire) in form of google forms. Google forms were filled up by the students who were 17-22 years old. We got the result in percentage according to activity limitations and male to female ratio. RESULTS: Among them 54.9% female and 45.1% male were responded. CONCLUSION: According to the study the students have there are more common (65.98%), followed by anxiety (21.7%), depression (24.28%) and stress (20%) in day to day life. The female students are more affected than male students.

Climate change, characterized by rising temperatures, altered precipitation patterns, and increased frequency of extreme weather events, poses significant challenges to agriculture worldwide. In India, where agriculture is a vital sector supporting millions of livelihoods, the impact of climate change is particularly profound. This research article explores the various dimensions of climate change and its effects on Indian agriculture. It examines changes in crop yield, water availability, pest and disease prevalence, and soil health. The article also discusses adaptive strategies being employed by Indian farmers and the role of government policies in mitigating these impacts. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and data analysis, the article aims to provide a detailed understanding of the current and future implications of climate change on Indian agriculture and suggest pathways for sustainable agricultural practices in the face of climatic uncertainties.

Women, even in today's world remain subject to gender bias and inequality as against men. Consider then the plight of Dalit women who belonged to a community exploited by the caste Hindus. Under such circumstances, those women deserve kudos, who came forward in this men's world, stood up for a cause and struggled to improve the lot of their community. When we discuss about those women behind the Constitution-Smt.Dakshayani Velayudhan, one of the youngest and the only Dalit woman who helped to shape the Constitution of India, deserve special mention. This paper discusses a detailed life sketch of Dakshayani Velayudhan, highlighting her contributions ,challenges ,and significance as a female figure in the power structures of her time.
