This paper "Ready for Growth: Solutions to Increase Access to Finance and Accounting for Women-owned Business in Visakhapatnam, is designed to shed a light on those barriers. It is the result of a unique partnership with financial assistancefor Businesswomen'sSet-up. Its purpose is to fill a critical gap in our knowledge of what women-owned businesses need in terms of financial products and services. The problems women face in access to finance must be understood in the context of problems in access to finance and accounting for the developing world as a whole. This paper demonstrates that although accessing finance is an integral issue women face when growing their business, it cannot be resolved in isolation of other related impediments. Action to improve women's access must be taken holistically -- along with increased access to training, information. Building on our knowledge of how commercial banks currently reach the women's market, this study can provide banks financial assistances with information to better serve women business owners.

In this paper, we present an effective Wireless technique in which two optimization algorithms i.e., Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) and Grasshopper Optimization algorithm (GOA) has been hybridized. The key motive of the proposed HABCGOA model is to improve the lifespan of the network by reducing its energy consumption. To combat this task, nodes are deployed in the network upon which HABCGOA technique is implemented. In order to select the optimum CH in the network, the proposed model analyses four parameters i.e., node density, residual energy, distance from CH to BS and average distance between two nearby nodes to calculate fitness value. The node with the best fitness value is selected as CH in the network for a particular cluster on iteration. Additionally, we have also introduced the range-based communication in the proposed work by virtue of which non cluster member nodes transfer their data to the nearest CH node instead of transferring it directly to Base Station (BS). The effectiveness or proposed HABCGOA model is analysed and validated by comparing it with similar approaches in MATLAB Software using various dependency factors.

In this research paper, we present a comprehensive analysis of metamaterial unit cells for antenna engineering. The analysis includes the examination of unit cells with both single and double substrates through a waveguide medium. The first unit cell comprises a split ring resonator (SRR) with two splits placed within the perpendicular sides. Inside the SRR, a circular splitted ring resonator (C-SRR) is printed on a copper-backed FR4 dielectric substrate. This configuration exhibits a stop-band phenomenon at 5.5 GHz. The second unit cell also consists of an SRR with two splits within the perpendicular sides. Inside this structure, a circular splitted ring resonator (C-SRR) is designed using two different substrates (FR4 and Rogers RT5880) backed by a metallic ground plane. This unit cell demonstrates a stop-band phenomenon at 10.7 GHz. Furthermore, we conduct a detailed analysis of the extraction of medium parameters such as permittivity and permeability for both metamaterial unit cells. The extraction methodology and results are discussed extensively. To validate our findings, simulations are performed using the CST Microwave Studio, a widely-used commercial software in the field. Through these simulations, we obtain reliable and significant results.

The World Health Organization (WHO) states Substance use as "Harmful or hazardous use of psychoactive substances, including alcohol and illicit drugs". Objectives: Firstly to assess the socio-demographic characteristics and clinical profile of patients attending the drug de-addiction centre. Secondly to determine specific types of psychiatric disorder. Methodology: Study was designed in an exploratory descriptive survey approach. The investigator had selected 115 substance users who are being treated at Delhi's four de-addiction centers. Consecutive sampling was used. The information was gathered through an interview method using a self-structured questionnaire. Results: The drug users were reported to be from a wide range of educational backgrounds and nearly half of the drug users were currently married. The nuclear family accounts for the majority of drug users. Adolescents and young people are at a higher risk of drug misuse. The majority of people were alcoholics. 2/5th of cases were tobacco addicts, while 1/5th were heroin and opium addicts. The maximum of substance user were having pulmonary disorders along with HTN followed by DM. Schizophrenia, BPAD and personal disorder were the common type of psychiatric disorders found. Peptic ulcer disorder, HTN, DM and CAD were found to be significantly associated with age group. Pulmonary disorders and HTN were found to be significant associated with occupation. Conclusion: This study reveals that substance users are falling into a vicious cycle of drug usage at a teenage. To address this significant public health problem of drug use, community-based awareness programmes, and counseling and health camps were essential.

Vehicular Adhoc Networks (VANETs) have been attracted a lot of research in recent years. In VANET, vehicles are dynamic nodes which communicating with each other by wireless technology in their own transmission range. Although VANETs are deployed in reality offering several services, the current architecture has been facing many difficulties in deployment and management because of poor connectivity, less scalability, less flexibility and less intelligence. To improve network scalability and connection reliability, a vehicle clustering algorithm, which organizes vehicles in groups, is introduced in VANET. Recently, there are various clustering and load balancing methods such as cluster-enabled capacity-based load-balancing , hybrid Ant Colony Optimization and Artificial Bee Colony (ACO-ABC) optimization, energy-aware predictive clustering approach, Vehicular Genetic Bee Clustering (VGBC), proactive load balancing mechanism, Cluster-on-Demand VANET Clustering algorithm (CDVC) along with load balancing, Link Reliability-based Clustering Algorithm (LRCA), hybrid backbone based clustering algorithm, Load Balanced Routing strategy (LBR) are analyzed and its merits and demerits are evaluated.

This paper presents an inventory model for a single item where the demand rate is stock-dependent. Three fixed costs are considered in the model is purchasing cost, ordering cost and holding cost. A new approach focused on maximizing the return on investment (ROI) is used to determine the optimal policy. It is proved that maximizing profitability is equivalent to minimizing the average inventory cost per item. The optimal policy for minimizing the inventory cost per unit time is also obtained with a zero-order point, but the optimal lot size is different. Both solutions are not equal to the one that provides the maximum profit per unit time. The optimal lot size for the maximum ROI policy does not change if the purchasing cost or the selling price vary. A sensitivity analysis for the optimal values regarding the initial parameters is performed by using partial derivatives. Some useful managerial insights are deduced for decision-makers. Numerical examples are solved to illustrate the obtained results on the Inventory Model with Stock-Dependent Demand Rate and Maximization of the Return on Investment in fuzzy environment.

An Individualized Education Program, also called an IEP, is a document that is developed for each public school child who has special education needs. The IEP is created through a team effort, reviewed periodically. In the United States, this program is known as an individualized education program. (IEP), in Canada it is known as an Individualized Education Plan or a Special Education Plan (SEP). In the United Kingdom, an equivalent document is called an Individualized Education System. In Saudi Arabia, the document is known as an Individualized Education Program. An IEP defines the individual objectives of a child who has been determined to have a disability or need special accommodations as defined by federal regulations. The purpose of an IEP is to help children reach educational goals more easily than they would otherwise be able to, with four component goals:
