Nanotechnology is a 'multidisciplinary' as well as an 'interdisciplinary' area of inquiry and application. The broad spectrum of applications that nanotechnology is and will be catering to speaks of its omnipresence. Be it in agriculture, energy, electronics, medicine, healthcare, textiles, transport, construction, cosmetics, water treatment etc., nanotechnology finds a role to play or rather a 'defining role' to play, as suggested by many scholars worldwide. All around the world, nanotechnology is being promoted as a technological revolution that will help solve an array of problems. According to the current hype, nanotechnology promises to provide new ways of solving some of the Asia-Pacific Region's chronic challenges, such as treating tuberculosis and malaria, making water drinkable, conserving food, and diversifying energy sources, among other hosts of applications. However, the potential risks and social implications of this new technology are not often highlighted in this paper. The overall level of awareness and capacity to address these issues remains very low, in both civil society and government, and prevents these actors from playing their social role in ensuring the public good. The present review based article enlighten impact of nanotechnology on human health and environment in south Asian countries

Sayalan al-Rahim (Leucorrhoea) is one of the common problem among the females visiting the Outpatient department of the hospital. It occurs in about 1-14% of all women of reproductive age group and is responsible for 5-10 million OPD visits per year. Due to white discharge, females are prone to other symptoms such as backache, itching in vulva, general weakness. The objectives of this clinical study was to assess the efficacy and safety of Unani Pharmacopoeial formulation Majoon Muqawwi -i- Rahim in patients of Sayalan al-Rahim (Leucorrhoea). A total of 100 cases in the age group of 13-45 years completed the study. Out of 100 patients 36 patients got relieved, 61 patients got partially relieved and 3 patients got no relief. The trial drug showed significant improvements in clinical parameters and showed statistically not significant effect on safety parameters. Thus it can be concluded that Majoon Muqawwi-i- Rahim is effective and safe in the management of Sayalan al-Rahim (Leucorrhoea).

In the era of data-driven decision-making, developing student's competencies in data interpretation, statistical literacy, and data science has become a critical priority across educational levels and disciplines. This review synthesizes findings from 20 empirical and conceptual studies that explore various contexts, including academic and professional learning environments. The studies explore pedagogical approaches, competency frameworks, and challenges in fostering statistical thinking and data interpretation. Methods range from qualitative case studies and surveys to systematic reviews and experimental designs, highlighting diverse strategies to enhance data literacy. Key findings indicate that data literacy is critical for preparing students for data-driven decision-making, yet gaps persist in integrating these skills into curricula and addressing learner challenges. This review identifies trends in instructional strategies, the role of technology (e.g., Excel, metadata tools), and the need for interdisciplinary approaches to data education. Implications for educators, curriculum designers, and policymakers are discussed to advance data literacy in an increasingly digital world.

Gandhiji was one among the most inspiring leaders which was accepted widely not only by the people of pre-independent India but also by the people of other countries. Indeed, the gandhiji has earned huge popularity after the country become independent. The philosophy of the great gandhiji was relevant during his lifetime, after their death and even until today, its importance has not ignored. On political awakening in the country, the social work, society and social engagement started becoming the part of educated and common masses. With this social-economic awakening, the people started connecting with the social work and related activities. Gandhiji being most influential leaders earned great reputation worldwide in order to lift the life of the common people of the country. Thus, it may be appropriate to agree that many of the political icons keep themselves involving into social work and related societal activities which ultimately could bring revolutions and simultaneously it would encompass the political, socio-economic and spiritual areas.

Melasma is a chronic skin condition marked by hyperpigmented patches, commonly triggered by hormonal fluctuations, sun exposure, and genetic predisposition1. While conventional treatments - such as hydroquinone and retinoid are effective, their prolonged use is often limited by side effects including irritation, rebound hyperpigmentation, and skin thinning2 . In recent years, herbal creams formulated with novel plant-based extracts have emerged as a promising alternative for the topical management of melasma3. These formulations leverage the natural tyrosinase-inhibitory, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties of bioactive compounds found in herbs like Bakuchiol (Psoralea corylifolia)4 ,Glabridin from Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)5, Alpha-arbutin from Bearberry (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi)6, Mulberry extract7 and Kojic acid-producing fungi-derived botanicals8. Incorporated into emulsion-based creams, these activities not only reduce melanin synthesis but also enhance skin tone uniformity with minimal irritation9.

In both the developed and developing worlds, violence against women continues to be a serious issue. According to 2013 WHO estimates approximately 35% of all women have experienced physical or sexual abuse, with prevalence rates ranging from 27% in Europe to over 40% in Africa and South-East Asia. This particular form of violence has severe economic repercussions, especially in nations where inequality, poverty, and low labor force participation rates are problems. Finding effective strategies to lessen violence against women has proven challenging. Improvements in women's social and economic position generally seem to lessen the frequency with which they are abused by intimate partners. This paper will attempt to analyze alcohol prohibition as a potential policy or force which can help in reducing women centric violence. Although alcohol manufacturing, selling and consumption are among the world's biggest industries. But with alcohol consumption comes many issues that may hamper someone's social life and may also bring physical and economic losses. When we talk about crime against women, alcohol consumption becomes a major reason for this. This paper will compare and contrast the ban imposed on alcohol in the United States in the early 20th century and the ban imposed by the state government in Bihar, India in the second case. The paper will also highlight how crime against women has been reduced after the ban has been imposed by the state government of Bihar. The paper will also bring to focus, the need for women's safety and the benefits of implementing the ban on alcohol in Bihar.

The Road by McCarthy is categorized as one of the best novels written by him with an apocalyptic theme not only apocalypse but also others aspects are also dexterously combined in the novel to achieve a higher degree of excellence like the description of a world just after devastation and holocaust although the cause of the apocalypse is ambiguous and obscure might be a nuclear holocaust or something else. The relationship dynamics of the main two character in the novel are the prime focus of this article and the Freudian psychoanalytical stances are adopted to draw an inference on the topic of the same to analyze the father son relationship confrontations and how they two together faces the same scenario with two different perspectives on life. The purpose of this article is to find out the purpose and meaning in the relationship of both the father and child in a world shattered of purpose, law and meaning and how bond and relationships works as a driving force in life to live a better and fulfilling one amid chaos as well as carry out one's duty and responsibilities where it seems meaningless and develop anoptimistic outlook.Freud's concept and interpretation of ideas of id, ego and superego has used to analyze the father-son relationship using secondary data form sources widely.
