This research paper examines the relationship between social support and self-esteem in dancers. The study aimed to investigate the influence of social support on dancers' self-esteem, an area that has received limited attention in the existing literature. A sample of 100 professional dancers aged between 18 and 35 was recruited through purposeful and snowball sampling techniques. Two inventories, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the Oslo Social Support Scale, were used to assess self-esteem and social support, respectively. Descriptive and correlation analyses were conducted to analyze the data. The results revealed a positive correlation between social support and self-esteem (r = 0.267, p < 0.01), supporting the hypothesis and previous research findings. Dancers who perceived higher levels of social support reported higher self-esteem. The implications of the study suggest that social support plays a significant role in strengthening dancers' self-perceptions and overall well-being. The dance community provides dancers with a sense of acceptance, belongingness, and validation, which contribute to positive self-perceptions and increased self-esteem. However, the study has certain limitations, including a specific sample from a particular region and reliance on self-report measures. Future research should aim to include a more diverse and representative sample to enhance the generalizability of the findings. Additionally, the use of objective measures and a combination of methodologies could provide a deeper understanding of emotional regulation, social support, and self-esteem in dance. Longitudinal studies could explore temporal dynamics and causal relationships between these variables over time. Qualitative research methods may provide a more nuanced understanding of dancers' experiences with emotional regulation, social support, and self-esteem. In conclusion, this study highlights the positive relationship between social support and self-esteem in dancers. The findings emphasize the importance of social support within the dance community in shaping dancers' self-perceptions and overall well-being. The research contributes to the existing knowledge on the psychological aspects of dance and calls for further investigation into the complex interplay between emotional regulation, social support, and self-esteem in dancers.

Abstract: Scrotal cystocele, commonly known as a complete herniation of the urine bladder into the scrotum. Most of the people who have had it reported are older, and they frequently have obstructive symptoms. Scrotal cystocele, or inguino-scrotal herniation of the bladder, is extremely an uncommon yet clinically significant disease that if ignored preoperatively. We discuss the characteristics of scrotal cystocele on computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, as well as the radiologic findings of this uncommon condition that have been reported in the literature.

Background- The use of spiral computed tomography (CT) for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism has been compared to angiography, the current gold standard. However, the accuracy of CT has never been evaluated against an independent gold standard. The aim of this study was to compare contrast-enhanced spiral CT to pulmonary angiography for the detection of sub segmental sized pulmonary emboli. Methods and materials- this is a retrospective observational study. Based on case records, 20 patients with acute pulmonary embolism were selected. After routine investigations, only if haemodynamically stable, Spiral CT was performed, followed by pulmonary angiography. Spiral CT and angiography were interpreted independently by two radiologists. Results- Majority of the patients presented with dyspnoea. Spiral CT was performed, and 16/20 patients had evidence of acute pulmonary embolus in the sub segmental vessels. It was sub-optimal in 4 patients. Sensitivity and specificity for CT and angiography, respectively, were: 88% vs 93.33%, 75% vs 82.42% respectively. Accuracy of CT and angiography was comparable; 75.09% vs 76.14%. Conclusion- There was no difference between spiral CT and angiography for detection of sub-segmental-sized pulmonary emboli. We conclude that spiral CT is comparable to angiography for detection of pulmonary emboli.

The present century is known as the Century of skills. Generally speaking, the 21st century skills concept is motivated by the belief that teaching students the most relevant, useful, in-demand, and universally applicable skills should be prioritized in today's schools, and by the related belief that many schools may not sufficiently prioritize such skills or effectively teach them to students. Transferable skills are skills that are relevant and helpful across different situations and areas of life. Such skills are often seen as a crucial factor adding to the employability of individuals. The current piece of investigation is delineate the transferable skills among teachers in post-COVID period. It is based on a phenomenological approach, descriptive in nature. Nealy 140 teachers were selected ,out of which 137 responses were recorded. The results of the study revealed that there was no stark difference in their transferable skills but a majority of them are good at working with technology. Further, female teachers found to be more creative and male teachers in working with technology. Implications along with directions for future research were also portrayed.

: The development of composite concrete beams employing conversional concrete (CC) and lightweight concrete (LWC) is the topic of this research. The typical concrete is made to have an M30 strength. The coarse aggregate of 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% will then be replaced by broken bricks in conventional concrete to create the lightweight concrete for the beam. It was anticipated that the density and strength would decrease as more bricks were added. The amount of air entrainment for the matching density will be examined. Finally, a mix with a reasonable density will be selected to be employed in the composite flexural members together with regular concrete. The main goal is to determine where in a flexural member light weight concrete should be used in addition to conventional concrete. First, during compression, the presumptive position of the light weight and conventional concrete in the cross section of the beam will be studied. The test and cast cubes to determine the cubic strength of various assumed cross sections. Using those findings, the beam will be cast to ensure that the composite material's compression strength is at its highest. It will be tested after curing, and more research on the load to deflection parameter will follow. This enables us to determine whether lightweight concrete may be utilized in beams with traditional concrete.

Abstract: Cryptocurrency is a decentralized digital currency that is based on blockchain technology. Blockchain is a system of technology that records data and information in a way that is very complicated and almost impossible to alter, hack, and deceive the system. A blockchain is a digital ledger of transactions that is duplicated and distributed across the whole network of computer systems on the blockchain, each block in the chain contains several transactions, and every time a new transaction occurs, a record of that transaction is added to every user's ledger. The decentralized database managed by multiple participants is known as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). In the current scenario, we are most familiar with Bitcoin, Dogecoin & Ethereum but there are approximately around 5000 different private cryptocurrencies in the world in circulation. Cryptocurrency is a medium of exchange like centralized digital currency but absent of centralization unlike the Indian Rupee, US dollar, British Pound, Euro, etc. In this paper, we are going to understand how cryptocurrencies have evolved, their scopes and future opportunities, and also the regulation of cryptocurrency by the Indian government. We are also going to study in detail, how cryptocurrencies posses a serious threat to the World economy. Studying cryptocurrencies requires a multidisciplinary approach, considering their technical, economic, and social aspects. Cryptocurrencies have introduced a new paradigm for financial transactions and technological innovation. While they offer numerous advantages, they also require careful consideration of risks, regulatory frameworks, and responsible participation. As the cryptocurrency ecosystem continues to mature, it will be essential to monitor developments, adapt to changing regulations, and stay informed to make informed decisions in this dynamic and evolving landscape.

The consumption of industrially processed fruit juices has become increasingly popular in Dhaka City, raising concerns about the implications for public health and legal ethics. This paper aims to examine the various aspects related to industrially processed fruit juices and their effects on public health, as well as the ethical and legal considerations associated with their production and distribution. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining a comprehensive literature review with primary data collection. The literature review provides an overview of the fruit juice industry, explores the health implications of consuming industrially processed fruit juices, and examines the existing legal and ethical frameworks. The results reveal potential health risks associated with the consumption of industrially processed fruit juices, including the presence of additives, high sugar content, and inadequate nutritional value. Furthermore, compliance with food safety standards and regulations is found to be inadequate in some cases, raising concerns about consumer protection and public health. The study also highlights the need for consumer education and awareness programs to improve understanding and informed decision-making regarding fruit juice consumption. Additionally, it suggests policy and regulatory interventions to strengthen food safety standards, enhance industry practices, and promote corporate social responsibility.

Agriculture is the backbone of any economy, and with the increasing population, the demand for food is also increasing. To meet the food demand, farmers are using various techniques to increase the yield of the crops. One such technique is to use fertilizers and manure. The traditional method of using fertilizers and manure requires manual intervention, which is not only time-consuming but also labor-intensive. Therefore, we have proposed a solar-powered IoT-based fertigation cum panchagavya (natural manure) dispenser, which will automate the process of transferring fertilizers and manure to the crops.

This report examines the topic of respiratory rate of players while swimming, It is not only about the importance of performance in the start, turn and swimming speed, but also about the design of a strength training program. Different approaches are discussed in the literature, of which two are at the forefront. On the one hand, the optimal intensity of strength training is discussed, and on the other, the question of how to plan a certain strength training. In addition to a running summary of the importance of strength training in swimming, the article shows what physiological adaptations must be achieved to improve performance in the long term. In addition, an attempt is made to explain why some training contents seem to be quite unsuitable from the point of view of increasing strength as a basis for better performance in start, turn and clean swimming. From the above paper, it concludes that
