Abstract: Motion sickness is a common and complex syndrome that occurs in response to either real or perceived motion. Its presentation can be diverse and may include gastrointestinal, central nervous system, and autonomic symptoms. The main symptom of motion sickness is typically nausea.Plant play a vital role in curing various ailments of the man and herbal remedies are getting increasing patient compliance as they are devoid of typical side effects of allopathic medicines. So there is need to investigate such drugs and their effective formulation for the better patient acceptance. While considering paediatric population the main problem is at what age children can safely swallow an oral medication especially tablets and capsules. Jellies can be easily swallowed even by children who does not have their primary teeth. For any paediatric formulation taste, colour, flavour, texture and its acceptance are very important.Considering these facts present review aims to develop novel herbal jellies containing the herbs, zingiber officinalis. The rhizomes of Zingiber officinale (ginger) have been used since ancient times as a traditional remedy for gastrointestinal complaints. The most active ingredients in ginger are the pungent principles, particularly gingerols and shogaols. This review focus on the current status of the therapeutic potential and phytochemical profile on the herbal zingiberofficinalis. This research paper critically examines the cultural discourse surrounding the merger of infotech and biotech in the 21st century. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and biotechnology has revolutionized the way data is collected, processed, and used. The paper delves into the concept of human hackability, wherein the desires and thoughts of individuals can be predicted, manipulated, and even re-engineered. It explores the potential dangers and implications of this merger, including the surveillance of individuals both externally and internally. The paper discusses the historical, analytical, and critical approaches used to study this phenomenon and highlights the empirical and qualitative nature of the research. The literature review section analyzes the works of influential thinkers such as Adorno, Marcuse, and Foucault, who discussed the power dynamics, cultural industry, and surveillance prevalent in modern society. While they may not have directly addressed the merger of biotech and AI, their insights shed light on the exploitation of individuals through technology and the maintenance of economic dominance. The study further examines the biometric surveillance culture, emphasizing how the merger of infotech and biotech has made humans vulnerable to constant monitoring. It explores the capabilities of algorithms to understand and manipulate human thoughts, actions, and emotions, and the potential implications for democratic processes. The rise of machine learning and artificial neural networks is discussed, highlighting the increasing autonomy and quality of algorithms, surpassing human comprehension. The paper also investigates the elusive market system, technological progress, and their potential to create a dictatorial environment. It argues for a techno-realist approach, acknowledging the pervasive influence of technology in society while advocating for a conscious determination of its speed and direction. The research paper presents a multidisciplinary approach, encompassing historical, analytical, and critical perspectives, and provides insights into the culture of biometric surveillance and its impact on society. It emphasizes the need for critical analysis and the development of social and political models to navigate the challenges posed by this technological revolution. Through empirical and qualitative research, this paper aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the implications of the merger of infotech and biotech in the 21st century.

Truck chassis is to provide structural integrity and stability to the commercial vehicle. In addition to supporting various components like, transmission system, body frames and payload to be placed upon it. Normally High strength low carbon steel is used as a main chassis material of heavy-duty trucks in our country in which the overall weight of the chassis is increased by 7% for reducing the deflection under load condition, road shocks to increase the stiffness of chassis. Due to this the gross weight of the vehicle is also increased. In this project, Aluminum lithium alloy is used as the alternative chassis material for heavy duty truck. In this Aluminum lithium alloy, 1% percentage of Lithium added to Aluminum reduces the density of material by 3% and increase in elastic modulus up to 7%. For a chassis frame thickness of 6 mm the Aluminum lithium alloy 2090 has the ability to give high strength with low density over high strength low carbon steel alloy. By using this aluminum lithium alloy we can be able to reduce one third of gross weight of vehicle chassis frame while compared to present chassis frame material. The modeling of the heavy duty truck chassis (Ashok Leyland Comet 1616 H) done by using Pro-E and The comparison of stress distribution and dynamic behavior like natural frequency of truck chassis made of high strength low carbon steel alloy and aluminum lithium alloy 2090 is done by using ANSYS software.

In today's turbulent economy and global marketing machine tool manufacturing companies are striving hard to maintain their competitive edge by developing innovative design to cope up with the modern production requirements like high precision, accuracy and reliability. Thus, machine tool structure development plays an important as they have decisive influence on the parameters that define the capability of machine, motion accuracy, the productivity of machine and quality of machining. This can be achieved by designing the structure with optimal static and dynamic stiffness. In present day designing structural components of machine is targeted to optimum the weight of machine structure while static and dynamic mechanical properties are maintained with desired threshold values. One of the methods to carry out this is through Finite Element Analysis. In the present study structural analysis of the Double Column Vertical Machining Centre is carried out using Pro-e works software. The analysis involves static deformations and strain in structure that is bearing the static forces and design solutions are proposed to optimize the machine structure with maximum deformation in order to have optimum static stiffness, so that balance between productivity and accuracy is achieved. Stiffness of the machine structure for static loads is evaluated by modelling the columns, crossbeam, and cross-slide and ram assembly. Percentage contribution of all the structural members towards the overall deflection at the tool tip is determined. Ram is found to be the important member contributing to the overall deflection at tool tip. Hence detailed analysis of the ram carried out. Various design alternatives are studied to optimize the ram with the objective of increasing its stiffness with minimum weight addition or maintaining same weight with respect to existing ram and decreasing the tool point deflection which in turn increases the stiffness of machine.
