 Abstract

Abstract: One of the most popular folk-art forms of West Bengal Gambhira is centered on religious and social importance. Gambhira is a combined product of dance, drama and song rather it is a manifestation of folk believes, rituals, emotions. This song expresses the social incongruity, outrages, prejudice through their performances. Gambhira being an age-old traditional art form, is performed in so many places in and around the district of Maldah, Murshidabaad, Rajshahi, Chapainababganj in Bangladesh. In Maldah, Gambhira is performed at the auspicious occasion of Gajan puja in Chaitra, i.e., in mid-March to mid- April. The beauty of this art is in its language, lyrics, dialect, make up, presentation more over in its philosophy that makes the Gambhira a geo-cultural important component. In Gambhira, we can see shiva-bandana, considering lord shiva as the supreme of the feudal society where the common people can appeal or complain to him without hesitation or worry. The lyricist or writer of these songs always tried to focus on the contemporary issues like- anti-colonial movement, inequality in society, or modern social problems family planning, child health etc. that shows the sense of responsibilities among those rural, so-called backward people. After crossing a long path of social evolution, the Gambhira become an important phenomenon as well as those dynamic songs or verses are also a part of our literature. Here in this paper, we are going to discuss about this art of importance that is struggling for its existence and the ways of conservation.

 Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the criminal justice system, causing significant changes in law enforcement, judicial processes, and correctional practices. This study digs into AI's multiple applications, looking at how it might improve system efficiency, accuracy, and justice. Key AI technologies, including predictive law enforcement, risk evaluation tools, and machine learning systems, are used to evaluate huge data sets, identify crime patterns, and expect criminal conduct. Predictive policing algorithms use historical crime data to predict future criminal activity, helping law enforcement allocate resources better. Risk assessment tools, used throughout the pre-trial and sentence phases, analyze the possibility of reoffending to make better informed and consistent decisions.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT American writing in English has been praised around the world for its innovative approach towards novel writing. The American writers match with the pace of the world, with their individuality, creativity and originality. The women novelists are recognized from their novelty and versatility of their works. They reflect the realistic picture of their contemporary world with the revolutionary spirit. These women writers have shaped their literary endeavors to establish American literature as an inextricable part and have highlighted the new dimension and profundity of American fiction. The twentieth century novelists have played a significant part in modern fiction and have observed the society from a realistic attitude and humanistic concern. The novels of Marilynne Summers Robinson offer a thoughtful exploration of how nostalgia and identity are intertwined. Whether it is the longing for a lost family, the reflection on generational legacy, the struggle for personal redemption or the search for belonging, these themes are central to understanding the complex, richly drawn characters and narratives in her works. Robinson's nuanced portrayal of nostalgia and identity not only define her characters but also invite readers to reflect on how these themes play out in their own lives.

 Abstract

In an era marked by significant environmental challenges such as climate change, pollution, deforestation, and biodiversity loss, the role of education in fostering environmental awareness has never been more critical. Education serves as a powerful tool to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to address these issues effectively. This abstract explores how education contributes to developing environmental awareness in the current global context. Education for environmental awareness involves more than just disseminating information; it is about shaping behaviors and attitudes towards the environment. Integrating environmental topics into educational curricula at all levels ensures that learners understand the intricate connections between human activities and natural systems. This comprehensive approach helps students recognize the urgency of environmental issues and the need for sustainable practices. A primary objective of environmental education is to instill a sense of responsibility and stewardship towards the environment. By understanding the causes and effects of environmental degradation, students can become proactive in their efforts to adopt and promote sustainable lifestyles. This awareness is crucial in cultivating a generation of environmentally conscious citizens committed to making positive changes. Education fosters innovation and critical thinking, enabling students to develop creative solutions to environmental problems. Engaging in projects, research, and community activities enhances their learning experiences and contributes to tangible conservation efforts. Educated individuals are also more likely to support and advocate for policies that promote environmental sustainability, influencing both public and corporate practices. The impact of education on environmental awareness extends beyond the individual to influence societal norms and values. By creating an informed and engaged populace, education can drive collective action towards mitigating environmental challenges and achieving sustainable development goals. Education plays a vital role in developing environmental awareness, empowering individuals to contribute to environmental conservation and sustainability. Through comprehensive and inclusive educational strategies, we can foster a culture of environmental stewardship essential for addressing the pressing environmental issues of our time and ensuring a sustainable future.

 Abstract

" Guduchi," a popular name for the plant T. cordifolia, has a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic cure. Presented their well- known absence of side personal effects in comparison to medicinals, natural materials with medical potentiality are rising in elevation in clinical exploration. Since the dawn of culture, humans have relied on plants as a vital resource for mending. Medicines, health aids, medicinals, salutary supplements, cosmetics and other analogous particulars derived from plants are becoming more popular. In this article, the chemical factors and pharmacological personalty of Tinospora cordifolia are described." Guduchi," a popular name for the plantT. cordifolia, has a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic cure.T. cordifolia, most frequently known as guduchi, is a prominent medicinal plant found across the tropics. The remedial benefits of this system are well recognized internationally. The advantages it has for your diet are less well- known. Native Indians and other Indians have long included guduchi(T. cordifolia ( Willd.) Hook.F. Thoms) in their diets. It's also recommended for use in Ayurvedic diets. Interest in the plant has surged lately due to the identification of active factors from the plant and their natural significance in disorder administration. Exploiting the biochemical and signaling pathways impacted by the chemicals extracted from Tinospora to allow new and effective formulation in disorder eradication is still within the horizon of the review's unborn work. This conflation has applications in both introductory and clinical exploration.
