This research paper delves into the intricate dynamics of peer pressure among high school students, aiming to unravel its prevalence, impact, and students' coping strategies within educational environments. Through a survey-based methodology, 100 high school students participated in structured questionnaires, providing insights into their experiences with peer influence. The findings underscore the pervasive nature of peer pressure, with a substantial portion of students acknowledging its presence in various spheres of their lives. Academic pressure emerged as a dominant theme, indicating the significant impact of scholastic expectations on students' behaviors and decision-making processes. However, challenges were evident in seeking support from trusted adults and navigating peer pressure situations effectively, highlighting the need for targeted interventions and supportive environments within high schools. The study emphasizes the importance of proactive strategies, including fostering positive peer relationships, promoting open dialogue, and equipping students with coping mechanisms.

The 1952 Tamil movie 'Parasakthi' shocked the Dogmatic Tamil Society which had never seen before the fiery and fervour lines of dialogue. It was the first film to talk about Dravidian Ideology and Rationality. It has introduced various syntax and symbolic elements to emphasize the Dravidian concepts and principles. The climax courtroom dialogues defined Dravidian Ideology. It triggered a wave of radicalism in Indian popular culture and slapped social inequality. The movie strongly questioned the primary constitution and social law as a precursor of social reforms. It challenged all the wrong beliefs and overthrew religious myths. This movie in the name of God was not against God but against the atrocities in the name of God. The dialogue" Ambal is a stone, it won't talk" produces turbulence among religious cultists and that one word 'Ambal' created a buzz. Some people who could not bear this shock demanded a ban saying Parasakthi hurt religious sentiments. This movie was considered one of the most controversial flicks in the history of Tamil cinema. The questions and criticisms raised by the film Parasakthi have not changed even today. The movie tasted unprecedented success and cemented its action by employing cinema as a medium of propaganda and enabling social reform.

Neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (PD), cause significant impairment by affecting neurons in the central nervous system (CNS). These conditions lead to progressive nerve cell degeneration and death, resulting in movement disorders like ataxia and cognitive impairments such as dementia. AD alone accounts for 60-70% of dementia cases worldwide.A growing body of research highlights a link between neurodegenerative and metabolic disorders. Insulin signaling abnormalities, common in older adults with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), are also observed in AD and PD. Although the exact mechanisms connecting these disorders remain unclear, shared pathological features such as inflammation, insulin resistance, and oxidative stress suggest a common link. This overlap has spurred interest in repurposing antidiabetic drugs for treating neurodegenerative diseases.Antidiabetic medications, particularly those targeting insulin resistance and inflammation, offer potential as disease-modifying treatments for AD and PD. Despite the challenges in developing effective therapies for these neurodegenerative conditions, exploring the use of antidiabetic drugs presents a promising avenue for future research and therapeutic strategies. This review focuses on the potential of repurposing antidiabetic treatments to manage and possibly alter the course of AD and PD.

The buccal drug delivery technique is generally used Because it's a inexpensive, safe, and convenient way to provide medication, buccal and oral routes (also known as the buccal drug delivery system) are the most popular for administering different drugs since they are seen to be the most convenient, safest, and affordable routes. A buccal disintegrating tablet that improves patient compliance was recently produced by researchers. and convenience, motion sickness, mental disorders, elderly and paediatric patients with dysphasia (difficulty swallowing), moderate to severe pain, and troubleshooting such issues with a novel dose form called buccal disintegrating tablet / pill dissolving .In order to facilitate easy swallowing without the need for water, a tablet known as a buccal disintegrating tablet has been designed. These tablets can be prepared by It has been possible to create buccal disintegrating tablets that dissolve quickly in saliva and can be swallowed without the need for water. These tablets can be made using a variety of technologies, including mold-making, wet granulation, and lyophilization., Flash dose technologies .This review also briefly describes the benefits and limitations of the buccal drug delivery system and the theories surrounding bioadhesion, as well as the preparation process, the bioadhesion polymer, and the classification of the buccal system.

The anti-inflammatory qualities of ginger and its active ingredients in osteoarthritis are gaining recognition despite the herb's long history of health benefits. Certain active ingredients in ginger have properties in common with synthetic medications such non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines. Ginger inhibits prostaglandin and leukotrienes by upregulating the expression of 5-lipooxygenase, cyclooxygenase 1, and cyclooxygenase 2. Inhibiting many genes associated in the initiation of the inflammatory response is another important function of ginger. Enzyme-encoding genes, chemokines, and cytokines are among them. Ginger has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and analgesic qualities without causing adverse effects on the kidneys or gastrointestinal tract. Up to 2-2.5 g of ginger per kg of body weight is considered a safe dosage without any negative effects. To validate ginger's potential as a treatment for osteoarthritis, more research on human subjects is required. This review established ginger's excellent bioactive profile and the therapeutic benefits of these active ingredients. The information in this review is current and covers the benefits of applying and consuming ginger for osteoarthritis pain reduction and enhanced knee function.

It makes sense that we would want to learn from nature's long history of problem-solving and improvement in order to address our own sustainable design challenges, given that nature has spent billions of years refining and solving many of the issues that humans face today. While plenty of research has been done on the design of more sustainable buildings, little has been done on ecologically sustainable design approaches that might decrease resource waste by understanding how natural systems adapt. The purpose of this study is to study biomimicry in architecture as a possible remedy for environmentally friendly building design. In order to look into how biomimicry has been used in the built environment so far, it examines two case studies in addition to evaluating the fundamental ideas and developments in the field. It is anticipated that this study will show how taking cues from nature in the form of skeletal efficiency, water efficiency, thermal environment, and energy supply can lead to more sustainable building designs.

The category of single mothers is fluid and ambiguous. Single mothers are not new to Russia, as most of the roughly twenty-seven million Russians who died in the Second World War were men, leaving many mothers single. However, in New Russia with the shedding of the socialist character of the state and the withdrawal of the social safety net, the situation of single mothers has taken a new turn. Capitalist influences in Russia have changed what it is to be a single mother in Russia. Disillusioned with the 'weak men' and the state, women often end up embracing new aspects of capitalism. Though, it is seen that single-mother households are among post-soviet Russia's poorest, as they cannot count on either child support, subsidies or a life-long job, they face considerably less social stigma than what Soviet-single mothers faced. This provides some women especially those living with their mothers with the joy of bringing up their children without the handicap of a jobless or alcoholic father. Today most single mothers prefer to stay with their mother, aunt or other female relatives helping them at least in domestic unpaid work. On the other hand, those without any family support or state support constitute the most vulnerable section of society. This paper thus tries to look into the situation of single mothers in New Russia with its capitalist economy altering the fate of single mothers.
