 Abstract

Dereverberation of speech signals in a hands-free scenario by adaptive algorithms has been a research topic for several years now. Speech is more natural approach of gaining access to information, monitoring things and interacting. However, its intuitiveness is not convenient while interacting with computer. In real time situations, the speech quality is degraded by reverberation occurred in rooms and background noise. These effects causes combine corrupt the speech signal and overall speech level degraded resulting in listening issues in human beings moreover, for hearing-impaired persons. Neural network based speech dereverberation has achieved promising results in recent studies. This algorithm investigates deep learning based multi-channel speech dereverberation. For multi-channel processing, we first denoising the signals using symlet wavelet, and then LSTM for Dereverberation, which is expected to be a filtered version of target signals. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated using performance evaluation metrics such Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality (PESQ) and LLR are used to validate our results.

 Abstract

Deficiencies in safety cause negative consequences for companies, national economy and individuals and therefore safer and healthier products and work environments are required. Improvements in safety of existing workplaces increase job satisfaction, decrease absenteeism and accidents in companies and may also have positive effects on the quality of the products of companies. The responsibility for ensuring that manufacturing equipment complies with regulatory and safety requirements frequently falls to the manufacturing engineer. A significant challenge to exploring machine guarding is for the workers who are working in machines in the machinery. Studies have found that engineers, many of whom have responsibility for machine safety, are either uneducated or poorly educated on the subject of machine guarding and safety standards. Machine operators in particular face high risks, often stemming from the absence or improper use of machine safeguarding or the failure to implement lockout procedures. The machine related injuries have a potential for uprooting if the research can provide better knowledge for machine workers, designers etc. Because machines are frequent and persist source for occupational injury. This paper clearly explains about the machine guarding purposes and uses of guarding so that the accidents that occur at industries can be minimized.

 Abstract

The goal of this article is to establish the importance of human resource management (HRM) and how it is emerged, to discuss its potential and future development. Shifts in the economy, globalization, domestic diversity, and technology have created new demands for organizations, and propelled the field in some completely new directions. Many resource specialists underlined the fact that human resource requires more attention and careful management then any other resources of an organization. We believe that these challenges also create numerous opportunities for HR and organizations as a whole. The role of the HR manager must parallel the needs of the changing organization .The HR professional must learn how to manage effectively through planning, organizing ,leading and controlling the human resource and be knowledgeable of emerging trends in training and employee development .  Abstract

Financial literacy is a must for every person. If a person is earning without proper financial management, it results in mismanagement of the resources. In a few years the saving rate among Indians has gone down from 34.6% in March, 2012 to 30% in 2017 to 28% in 2021 due to various reasons. This paper focuses on the financial literacy of the youth in MMRDA as they are likely to spend more and save less compared to other age groups. 205 respondents were approached from Mumbai, Thane & Navi-Mumbai via online structured questionnaire, with objectives to study the awareness and misconceptions about financial literacy. Researcher found that though most of the youth have theoretic knowledge but they lack in practical aspect. Researcher strongly suggests that governments and education institutions should take more initiative to inculcate savings habits and awareness about the management of finance among all the students.

 Abstract

The level of pollution was increased due to several factors such as industrialization, urbanization, vehicles, electronic wastes etc. While burning those fuels the ejection of several toxic gases are released into the atmosphere which causes severe harmful effects to the people. The monitoring of weather is really helpful in various applications like in critical scientific systems or for simulation purposes. Weather sensing is one of the major functions in aerospace applications to check suited weather environments of other planets too. With the ongoing deterioration of environmental parameters. A chamber has been designed to monitor Temperature, CO, and Humidity and air quality level changes within the specific area. For this reason, we creating air pollution monitoring system using IOT based technology. Our objective is to monitor air quality in Real time using IOT.The air quality is monitored by different sensors used in our project.

 Abstract

The article aims to analyze satisfaction of people with living conditions in new apartment buildings. The article presents the concept of customer satisfaction in construction and the criteria that define the quality of dwellings; the benefits, consequences, merits and demerits of the assessment of customer satisfaction are also named. A survey of customer satisfaction helped to evaluate the quality of dwellings according to their technical and functional parameters, as well as the degree of cooperation between customers and contractors/builders. The customer satisfaction index (CSI) and the degree of loyalty were calculated, and then a customer satisfaction matrix was built up. A house is a single-unit residential building. It may range in complexity from a rudimentary hut to a complex structure of wood, masonry, concrete or other material, outfitted with plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

 Abstract

Aim and Objective: The aim of this presents formulation and evaluation herbal shampoo and to assess its physiochemical function that emphasis on safety, efficacy, eliminating harmful ingredient, and substitute with safe natural ingredients. Material and Methods: The formulation of shampoo using the extracts of Drumstick, Hibiscus. Ritha, Alovera, and Shikakaiin different proportions. Evaluation of organoleptic, physicochemical, and performance tests in terms of wetting time test, pH, solid contents, surface tension, dirt dispersion, foam Stability, and Viscosity was performed. Results: The created cleanser was clear and good appealing. It demonstrated good froth stability, detergency, good cleansing, small bubble size, low surface strain, and execution of good conditioning. Conclusion: The physicochemical evaluation of the formulated shampoo showed ideal results. However, to improve its quality, product performance, and safety, further development was required.

 Abstract

The property that is developed by the human mind and by human intellect is called Intellectual Property. In present times rights attached to intellectual property are becoming very important and valuable. In India, the Government have been providing well-established administrative services and Judicial frameworks. Intellectual property rights played an important role in the overall growth of a country. Intellectual property lawsare different in all countries. In many developed countries, successful planning and strict enforcement of intellectual property rights have a huge contribution in their economic growth. IPR promotes innovation which leads to economic growth. Creation of innovation is the primary activity of each and every business in the world nowadays. The countries are now promoting their businesses through providing the importance to IPR laws. Intellectual Property rights have a great impact on the financial growth of a nation. The growth in economic development can be positive and negative through the impact of IPR. It is very important to protect the interest and rights of people to evolve in innovation and creation which is directly linked to the development and growth of the country. The most developing economies like India must focus on raising productivity in the market. India has always been known for its outstanding services to the rest of the world. Innovation requires a great amount of investmentbut have an important role in investment. We have examples of developed countries like USA, Japan and China in which the rate of development increased by 5 times after the implementation of Intellectual property laws. Some drawbacks are also associated with IPR as sometimes it restricts the use of right of technology in the best suitable way. The person or organization who is holding rights sometimes misuses their rights. On the ground of monopoly, they can charge higher prices of their rights. This article will signify the role of Intellectual Property rights in the economic growth of a country. This paper will also study the pros and cons of relationship between IPR and the economy.
