This paper gives the idea to develop Aiming to address the growth and the integration of renewable sources and electronic loads, different types of dc-dc topologies with specific feature shave been proposed, going from medium frequency isolated Modular Multilevel Converter. This project presents the theoretical study and simulation validation of a PFC based AC DC using MMC converter applications. This topology is based on the modular multilevel converter (MMC) and employs the concepts of interleaving converters and integrated power stages. A single magnetic element operating at medium frequency is employed to perform galvanic isolation and coupling between the grid-side and load-side converters. The main characteristics of the structure are derived from the aforementioned characteristics, such as passive elements operating with an effective frequency higher than the switching frequency, minimized current ripples at high frequency, as well as reduced volume and weight.

Nearly everywhere in the world has seen negative economic growth as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic that has been present since December 2019 (in China) and March 2020 (in Indonesia). This also applies to Indonesia. In order to stop the covid-19 virus from spreading, the community's economic movement was restricted (PSBB), which resulted in this negative economic growth. PSBB has an impact on lowering household consumption. Consumption is one of the key drivers of overall spending and significantly contributes to economic expansion. There are both objective and subjective elements that affect household consumption. Using a literature review, it was determined what degree of consumption households would experience during a pandemic. The analyses' findings back the Keynesian theory, which holds that disposable income will have a substantial impact on household consumption during the COVID-19 epidemic

Scrub typhus is a bacterial infection caused by the Orientia tsutsugamushi bacteria. The illness can cause anything from a fever to serious multi-organ malfunction. Clinical symptoms and antibody serological testing, which have low sensitivity and specificity, are used to make the diagnosis. Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) are only infrequently linked to scrub typhus. In this study, we describe a 62 year old female who had a prolonged fever without eschar. Following the negative results of normal tests, she was identified as having scrub typhus. After receiving dexamethasone, enhanced life support, and anti-rickettsial medication, the patient, who had progressed to HLH and MODS, made a successful Furthermore, we provide a brief review of the literature on scrub typhus and its complicationsrecovery. Furthermore, we provide a brief review of the literature on scrub typhus and its complications. Introduction Thebacteria Orientia tsutsugamushi causes the natural foci illness scrub typhus. The illness can cause anything from a minor fever to many system dysfunctions. The most pathognomonic symptom is an eschar. Despite their poor sensitivity and specificity, clinical symptoms and serological tests (such as the Weil-Felix test) are employed to diagnose scrub typhus. Alternative testing include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), polymerase chain reactions (PCR), serum immunoglobulinM (IgM) and immunoglobulinG (IgG) antibodies. mNGS, or metagenomic next generation sequencing, is a cutting-edge approach for locating unique pathogenic diseases. Scrub typhus cases have only seldom been confirmed by mNGS up to this point. Scrub typhus cases have been recorded more frequently in recent years. Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) linked with scrub typhus have only been described in a small number of investigations. In the rare and fatal hyperinflammatory disease known as HLH, T lymphocytes and macrophages are overactive, while natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes are depleted. This leads to various organ dysfunction caused by cytokine-mediated multiple histiocytic phagocytosis of blood cells. Genetic mutations are the root cause of primary HLH. Immunodeficiency, autoimmune disorders, infections, and malignancies are the primary causes of secondary HLH. In this case report, scrub typhus without eschar was determined by immunoglobulins . The patient developed HLH and MODS but showed clinical improvement. We also analysed the clinical characteristics, diagnostic approaches, therapeutic approaches, and clinical results of scrub typhus and associated HLH.

More than thousand years now, Dalits continue to live as submissive creatures, leaving their degrading and disgracing conditions to fate. Dalit literature is known for its documentation of struggles and persecution of lower castes by the upper caste people. Bama a Dalit writer plays an important role in Tamil Dalit literature and the impact that her works create evokes many suppressed Dalits. Karukku, an autobiographical work of Bama depicts the Self - reflection and the persecution that she experiences. Portrayal of Self - reflection by Bama and the way she expresses it creates a revolution among Dalits. Expression of one's self is not an easy task. Bama just gathers up her courage and she narrates all her sufferings and pains through her work Karukku.

Cardiac arrests are critical medical events that constitute a major cause of death in many industrialized countries. Timely and appropriate detection and treatment are essential for the survival of an individual suffering from a cardiac arrest. Recent advances in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques have enabled the development of effective early detection models of cardiac arrests. Machine learning algorithms use data-driven modeling approaches to capture and analyze patterns in both clinical data and in streams of physiological signals. These systems are capable of extracting important features and subtle changes in patient physiology that may not have been captured using traditional monitoring methods. This review presents an overview of the various machine learning approaches proposed for the early detection of cardiac arrests, their strengths and weaknesses, and how these approaches relate to existing standards of care. It also provides perspectives for future research directions and provides insights into the potential of machine learning technology for improving patient outcomes

This article focused on the significance of the Manilkara zapota L. (sapota) fruit and its nutritional content, therapeutic benefits, and application in the food sector. Since fruits are abundant in vital micronutrients, useful substances, and free radical-scavenging antioxidants, and their preventive properties can be very helpful for preserving public health. More than 40 scientific publications with the keywords "Sapota - overview, geographical extent, nutritional profile, ethnomedicinal values, and uses in the food industry" were taken into consideration for this review from a number of databases between 2011-2022. The most well-known and frequently grown fruit from the Sapotaceae family is the Manilkara zapota, sometimes referred to as sapota. Sapota has a wide range of bioactive substances in addition to being a rich source of nutrients (sugars, protein, and amino acids), minerals (calcium, iron, and potassium), and vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, and pantothenic acid). They have a variety of pharmaceutical properties like antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiviral, antidiarrheal, antihyperglycemic, antiparasitic, antibiotics, anticancer, antitumor, and hypercholesteraemic properties. Sapota fruits have a limited time in storage. Therefore, sapota fruit is typically processed into a variety of culinary items, such as squash, jellies, jam, osmo-dehydrated slices, nectar, chutney, pickles, and blended sapota beverages, to deal with its perishability. The future scientific research on this fruit will undoubtedly rely heavily on this review work.
