In Oil and Gas Industry for safety. We can use the Internet of Things (IoT) in the oil & gas industry sector of a physical network objects connected with Machine learning. Oil and Gas Pipeline, vehicles, equipment, buildings, and just about any other thing can be embedded with electronics, sensors, and with network connectivity. As IoT methods servicing for removing the physical barriers in Oil and Gas industry which would help the companies to reach broader target audiences and opening new global business opportunities. Moreover, adopting a certain IoT innovation for oil and gas, increases the value of the company's products for clients, boosts its status, and reduces business maintenance costs in the long term. In This Paper we are going to propose URLLC (Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communications and MEC (Mobility Edging Computing) with SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition).

GMP guidelines provide minimum requirements for pharmaceutical or a food product manufacturer must meet to assure that the products are of high quality and do not pose any risk to the consumer or public. Good manufacturing practices (GMP) is a part of quality assurance which ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled to the quality standards appropriate to their intended use and as required by the marketing authorization.

In most rural areas, the issues found - low economic condition, smart quality education, water management system, waste management system, and restricted access to technology, due to this there's a lack of awareness regarding schemes and subsidies in varied areas provided by the government. The project work is applied to implement a sustainable village model that's capable to be a model for every village to develop towards a higher future. In major agricultural countries, the main part of the offered land is roofed by the agricultural areas; but, they typically stay outside the thought of innovative development processes. Still, rural areas have potential and are very important for implementing the extremely valid thought of persistent and sustainable development. The main aim of this project is to gift the sustainable village system thought as a way sensing weather parameters, soil moisture detector, LDR primarily based street light and every one of the parameters square measure uploaded to cloud platform, farmers will monitor remotely and a few schemes and subsidies in varied areas provided by the government, also are displayed and it may be conveyed to farmers through peer entity as they lack education. The sustainable village thought may help facilitate the sustainable development of rural areas.

The study of liquid crystals (LCs) belongs to the wider field of soft condensed matter physics, an area growing in importance because of new physics being discovered and the possibility of various technological applications being developed. Impact of liquid crystalline materials on the modern science, technology, industry and medicine has been very profound. The research activities in this area are undergoing a modern-day renaissance. It is now a subject of a well established and mature field of science. It is well known that liquid crystallinity is relevant to a wide range of branches of science and engineering: from cell membrane to display technology, from biological systems to polymer networks, from cosmetics to telecommunications, from paints to optical information processing, etc. Liquid crystals are of interest to chemists, physicists, biologists, mathematicians and engineers. In recent years, the incorporation of dyes, polymers and nanomaterials in LC geometry has provided an effective tool to tailor the material suitable for various applications. It is also becoming helpful in understanding many unsolved problems related to this fascinating subject.

 Abstract

Root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita is one of the most widespread and destructive pest for the vegetable production area. Eco-friendly neem based pesticides are the alternative approaches to control root knot nematodes. An experiment was carried out in vitro to test the neem based pesticides Neem Baan and Neem Raj. Different concentrations of neem based pesticides Neem Baan and Neem Raj were tested on egg hatching of Meloidogyne incognita. Increase in concentration and exposure period resulted in decreased egg hatching rate of M. incognita.
