Abstract: Green finance(GF) is a financial arrangement for the projects that are environmentally sustainable addressing the climatic changes. GF involves financial products like loans and investments for initiatives such as renewable energy production (solar, biogas, wind), waste management, clean transportation, and energy-efficient projects like green buildings. There is a high risk associated with some environmentally sustainable projects due to their relatively untested nature and lack of a track record. GF can help to mitigate this risk by providing long term and patient capital to support the development and deployment of these projects (Bhatnagar et al., 2022). In addition, GF can help to encourage the development and deployment of products and trending technologies which promote environmental sustainability (Sadiq et al., 2022). increased awareness about GF and coordination amongst stakeholders could pave way towards a greener and sustainable long term economic growth (M.Bhtnagar, et al.,2021). There is no much literature on green finance focusing on a particular sector/Industry. Hence present study throw light on green finance initiatives undertaken in Oil and gas sector with a special reference to BPCL(Bharat Petroleum corporation Limited). The objectives of the study are i) To introduce the evolution of green finance and explain its role in environmental protection and climate control ii) To present the profile and sectoral performance of Oil and Gas sector in macro perspective and BPCL green initiatives in Micro perspective iii) To draw conclusions emerged from the present study and offer a few valid suggestions. The study is descriptive and analytical in nature. In Oil and gas sector, six major public sector companies were selected and two financial year's data was collected for performance analysis. Techniques of the analysis include Averages, percentages, Ratios and Diagrammatic presentation of data is adopted. The present study concludes that India is focusing heavily on Natural Gas. The transition towards greener energy sources to tackle with climate change requires heavy investment in infrastructure, technology, grid modernization and access to critical minerals. The intermittency of renewable sources like solar and wind further complicates this transition, necessitating advanced energy storage solutions and smarter grids, which are still developing. Aligning with sector, BPCL company also transitioning towards sustainability, aiming to become a Net Zero Energy Company by 2040. BPCL is driving social impact through its green initiatives with a vision to become the most admired global energy company.

Jigoro Kano created judo in the early 1900s to enhance both mental and physical strength. Judo involves tough training and includes various techniques for combat. Kano primarily emphasized throwing techniques, which he believed were essential for physical and spiritual education. Each throwing technique has three parts: kuzushi (unbalancing), tsukuri (positioning), and kake (throwing). Kuzushi is crucial because it helps save energy, putting the opponent in a weak position for easier throwing.Judo techniques follow the laws of physics, with five key elements influencing performance: motion, support base, center of gravity, and levers. Timing, stability, and other factors are vital to success. Biomechanical analysis categories judo movements into two main divisions, showing the complexity of gestures used in the sport. Though speed and velocity are often confused, they differ in biomechanics. Velocity includes both direction and speed, while speed only measures the amount. Biomechanical concepts like velocity, center of mass, kinetics, and kinematics are useful for assessing judo performance. Six elite Indian male judokas, aged 18 to 25, were chosen based on their competition performance to participate in a study. Each judoka practiced the tomoe nage technique, receiving guidance and having two chances to perform it naturally. Their technique was recorded using a digital video camera set at 500 frames per second, and motion capture was employed for analysis. Kinovea software was used to analyze the recorded footage. The study applied Karl Pearson's correlation coefficient to examine the relationship between kinematical variables and the performance of the judokas, with a significance level set at 0.05. he study examined the connection between kinematic factors and male judo performance using Pearson's correlation coefficient. It found a strong correlation for Kuzushi, a moderate one for Tsukuri, and a weak one for Kake. The results highlighted the significance of analyzing horizontal velocity in Tomoe Nage to enhance judo performance.

We live in an advanced world where an individual needs to travel from one place to another for one's lively hood. We are used to asking for directions from the people passing by the place. With the developments in technology, we have started to depend on them to take us from point a to point B. Our mobile phone is one of the most important tools that help us in this process. Nowadays most of us use our vehicles to travel. We use our mobile phones as our navigation system to guide us to the correct pinpointed location. These direction instructions can be used only by looking down at our phones while riding which is a hazard to the users. Even if we use an audio device to navigate it is still a hazard as we cannot listen to the upcoming traffic. Need for a device to bridge this gap was necessary for users as we want to make their life and day-to-day activities easy and risk-free. This was a pain point that was analyzed that a user face. It was essential for a product to be designed, that prevented users from being glued to their screens thus taking their eyes off the road and assisting the users by providing directions via audio.

Menarche is the first menstrual bleeding, marks the beginning of female puberty and the potential for future reproduction. Menarche happens between the ages of nine and sixteen, with 13 being the average age. The age at which menarche begins can be influenced by numerous elements includes genetics, diet, and body mass index. An early menarche is defined as menarching before the age of twelve and late menarche is defined as menarching before the age of fourteen. Many developed and developing nations have seen a decrease in menarcheal age over the past century. Consequently, this research was formulated to evaluate the influence of lifestyle and the age of menarche among girls in urban and rural area. The objectives of the study i) To assess the age of menarche of the subjects ii) To estimate the somatic status of the subjects, iii) To evaluate the dietary pattern of the subjects, iv) To assess the physical activity level of the subjects. The investigation was carried out in schools at rural and urban areas in Kannur district, Kerala, with the sample size of 120 individuals aged 10 to 13 years those who attained menarche. A questionnaire was constructed and validated which includes dietary pattern, menstruation and physical activity pattern. With the help of suitable statistical test, the result revealed that average age of menarche is 11.8 in rural area and 10.75 in urban area. The results indicate that majority of the urban subjects have higher education, occupation and income than rural area. Majority of them belongs to normal BMI age group. However, number of obese and overweight (41.6 percent) are greater in urban area. Majority of them follow a healthy dietary pattern including non-vegetarian diet (93.3 percent), number of meals per day with preferred food type is home - cooked foods (70 percent) in both rural and urban area. Nearly 60 percent of subjects skip meals in urban area while rural area result indicate only 23.3 percent. The obtained result shows that a healthy food consumption is followed by rural area while urban area shows consumption of junk food is higher when it compares with rural area. Among the study subjects, majority of their menstrual cycle is regular and severity of menstrual symptoms were found to be more in those who attained menarche early which is in urban area. The study however reflects the fact that average age of menarche is later in rural area than urban area due to various factors including higher income, high occupation and unhealthy food choices. Additionally, this analysis identifies menarcheal age declines in a secular manner than their mothers and a significant difference in the diet, physical activity and lifestyle pattern of the subjects from rural and urban areas.
